Xero
What do you like best about the product?
So easy and quick to use. I do not have an accounting or financial background and I picked it up very quickly. It is very intuitive and easy to use. It makes doing tax so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to navigate back and forth. For example, if you want to reconcile but need to create an invoice first to reconcile the payment with, you will have to get back to the dashboard first and create it before going back to reconcile. I wish there was an easier and quicker way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting, tax payments, invoicing.

Ever since I started using Xero, I have never experienced much troubles, but it lacks offline mode capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating accounts payable and receivable.

What do you like best about the product?
It's customer support has been helpful.
It's price is Pocket friendly unlike other similar platforms.
Also I like how it allows date of invoices to change - not rigid.
Creating of invoices is easy with it.

No integration and visibility to other payroll platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to quickly label transactions.
Also it allows me to easily pull reports like balance sheet and P&LS.

efficiency and economy, save cost, save time. Work gets easy, no need to put statements manually.

There is little i dislike about xero i am happy with it

Saves me time doing manual accounts, I can add PDFs so no more paperwork anywhere, sending invoices is key to my business and i love this

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Xero is that it is clear and user-friendly. My clients are able to view the same reports that the accountants use and it makes the business owners have more financial knowledge over their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike with Xero is the chart of accounts that are automatically within Xero, it can be very time-consuming having to change them for each business so it would be good if Xero had pre-set chart of accounts for different types of businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero is making real-time accounting possible for the business owners that we work with. They have more control over their finances and can check figures up regularly to keep business performance on track.

What do you like best about the product?
Xero is something I use every day. It's the mainframe for our business in terms of reporting, day-to-day management, and interconnectivity between systems. It works well for us, and we manage all of our incoming and outgoing on there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly dislike anything about Xero. Sometimes the Expenses function is a little buggy, and might need some work, but otherwise it's great. I've used unleashed pretty much everyday for the last 3 or so years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero solves a lot of problems in our business. It allows us to keep track of invoices, account for duties paid on our products, and helps me report on month end turnover, stock etc.
Using Xero and Clio
What do you like best about the product?
Xero is 100% cloud-based and is built for the cloud. Access is easy and I comfortably work with my CPA remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as easy for non-accountants to use. I have worked with other products that are more user-friendly in categorizing transactions and producing reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps real-time track of my accounting.

Make sure you have good CPA support.

Xero is a simple-to-use accounting solution. I can generate invoices, accounting reports, and bank account reconciliations. Anywhere in the world, I can easily operate and login to the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall xero is very good accounting software but the price is comparatively higher than others.

I can provide others with access via email and work from anywhere on the planet.
