excellent user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like most the way it represents the whole data. You can easily find all the scenarios, the income, expenses, and most importantly, it shows the whole scenario of your business that help you to make a quick decision. i strongly recommend this software and make your task most automated

did not find anything unusual. so far using experience is good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this software to run my small business and record all the business expenses. It helps me to track everything starting from my inventory to filing taxes.

i will strongly recommend this software to those who is looking for accounting software.

So easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, I love the ability to change account numbers in the chart of accounts. It's an all-around simple software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take about two days for the bank feed to refresh, but it may be the bank I use. I also do which within an invoice you can mark it paid and keep the money personally, instead of doing an additional journal entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a bookkeeper and use Xero for my business finances, and I also use Xero for a few clients as well.
Xero is intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
Xero allows you to easily enter invoices to be paid and to track when they are paid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any dislikes with Xero. Mistakes can easily be rectified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we use Xero we don't have problems! We easily keep track of invoicing, who has paid and who is late paying, so that we may follow them up.
Great for invoicing and accounting
What do you like best about the product?
It organizes the information most used into an easy to find, easy-to-read folder. It is very comfortable and simple to figure out. There are no huge limitations like only sending ten invoices at one time or the "all or nothing" option like so many other accounting software have. You can choose to send all or send one, but no picking and choosing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find an awful lot that I dislike about this software. I think it is very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have efficiently been able to plan my time, and minimize being in front of a computer with Xero. Takes me no time at all to create invoices, and I have a lot more time for other priorities. Easily ties in with other software as well!!

What do you like best about the product?
invoicing is great, but ux/ui is a little bit dated compared to other solutions on the market. however, it does the job and isn't too expensive. worth the price imo

as mentioned before the ux/ui could be more up to date

User-friendly interface and amazing rules for auto reconciling

Our entire accounting is in one place with an amazing extent of reports to choose from and connects with the HMRC for VAT reports
So much convenience that is capable of reducing workload
What do you like best about the product?
Xero's accessibility characteristic is one of my favourite features that made me like it because it is accessible through Windows, Mac and mobile applications both Android and Apple hence it promotes so much flexibility. More so this feature allowed me to log off from my workplace device and to log in using my mobile application hence I was able to seamlessly and remotely continue with my work even when I was out of my office.
I also liked that Xero allowed me to generate several reports even before the end of the month and this has been a very vital feature since it has managed to give me an overview of my organisation financials at any time. More so it allowed me to share these reports in form of income, cash flow, balance sheets among others which have been very convenient because the reports can be easily customized.
Another feature that I enjoyed using in Xero was the unlimited user assess for free whereby it allowed me to easily collaborate with other accountants who were not from my company and sharing of financial data was the best because it allowed us to make comments and analysis hence this promoted so much efficiency in my workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
My drawback when using Xero how it lacked automatic recurring payments whereby I always had to rely on manually setting up payments and this involved a lot of human error and a lot of labour which took a lot of my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero has opened for us a lot of opportunities in terms of doing business at a large scale and even globally whereby it is capable of accepting multi currencies up to 160 currencies. More so collaborations were not possible before the introduction of Xero in our organisation which was a feature that also opened new connections from outside our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend anyone considering this product to take advantage of the automation features in the product because they can lessen the workload by a lot.
Outstanding management system
What do you like best about the product?
Xero has done a lot of things I didn't even imagine possible, one of the powerful intergrations Xero offered helped us managed out client's company money - bills and expenses coming in and going out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things can be challenging, especially on the technicalities of the application itself and the way the UI is organized but as you familiarize its work around and using its purpose, it can do amazing things for you and your company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few things I deal with is how e-commerce mainly done espescially recurring invoices, you’ll have a billing partner handling the details and since you want to see all those invoices in Xero, a direct connection is ideal.
