Best accounting software with some amazing features
What do you like best about the product?
It makes the work of an accountant very easy. Manages all your work in one place without any professional user's help. Its supporting team is so helpful, they are available everytime whenever anybody needs help in using it or in setuping it. All the details of the transaction you do are available here, and the data is secured end to end. It makes the life an business runner very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online thing I dislike about Xero is that some of the features are of additional cost, and we cannot use them in the purchasing price of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the details of my online payments are available and saved in it. I make regular online payments through various online payment applications, so all the data is saved in Xero, which helps me create tax reposts. Generating invoices and sending them to my clients and customers. It helps me keep track and generate income and expenses reports.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Some features missing in the payroll like salary sacrifices do not get coded to superannuation automatically.
- Cash flow statements are a bit tricky to use.
- Apart from this all the features and functions are great.

Great accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up recurring invoices that will automatically create on set dates. Integrates well with Accelo for generating invoices for ongoing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far Xero is exceeding our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less time entering invoices, reconciling bank statements is a breeze. Accessibility to many reports plus you can refine these reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, integrates with credit cards, and I can give my CPA accountants access to book the quarterly journal entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not an accountant, so it takes me longer to find things, but the help is very helpful.

Not really solving problems, it's a necessary task to execute all of the accounting for financial reporting.
First class accounting product for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Xero is easy to use with an intuitive user experience. It is designed for use by non-experts while at the same time having features for expert accountants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. However, this is a small business level product and so does have limitations in certain areas. Granularity in security permissions is one such area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business accounting platform that integrates with other best-of-breed products. Xero provides efficiency in the accounting processes.

This is the best small business accounting product available. However, always map your specific business requirements to the product.

Xero is a fully-featured, yet simple to use, financial accounting platform explicitly designed for small businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike, both product quality and customer support are excellent.

Having Xero as the core financial accounting product allows use of very specific integrated tools from best-of-breed suppliers through their ecosystem of partner products

For a low-cost, fully-featured accounting solution for small businesses look no further than Xero.
Xero for your Office
What do you like best about the product?
I do like how you can integrate other platforms in Xero, such as Accelo and Productive. It's relatively easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I cannot find an invoice, or it doesn't show me if an invoice was paid correctly. Also, I would like to receive notifications of past due invoices or expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I've entered in the same expense twice it doesn't recognize the same information. I do like their in app platform that allows me add receipts quickly by taking a picture of it. It captures the information very quickly and accurately.
Integration with key apps makes this the best choice!
What do you like best about the product?
Integrates with apps like HubDoc and Gusto to allow for relatively seamless accounting and payroll workflow. Able to customize reports down to the order of how categories appear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it's a great product. Less glitchy than QBO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow integration with processing receipts from clients to attach to expenses, easy reporting and improved productivity with setting bank rules for recurring transactions.
Xero is a beautiful way to do a vital function
What do you like best about the product?
The product provides a clean, easy user interface for nearly all tasks, and there is extensive online help. The tools around reconciliation are especially important, and these are particularly good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help articles are sometimes duplicative, sometimes contradict each other, and too often don't address my real issue. When I would get a reconciliation wrong and have to re-do it, while the interface was about as good as it could be, the knowledge to USE that interface would elude me -- and the articles did NOT help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed an accounting system that would not drown me in details like QB, yet would have all the features I needed to do real accounting and not just bookkeeping. I want to create professional financial reports for my small business. Xero gives me what I need in an easy-to-use package.
