Seamless integration with all business accounts, seamless creation of invoices, quotes, bills, receipts
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty integrating some settings, it requires you to have some technical skills.

Easy to Use with Helpful New Features
What do you like best about the product?
Xero is accounting software that is easy to use and has really helpful features that you can take advantage of, like Projects and integration with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the Projects feature is an additional cost. I think that it should be included in the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoicing clients has become easier with the Projects feature. We have been able to keep track of projects as they get done and then invoice a client at the end of the month by reviewing the hours and sending the invoice out quickly. We don't need to keep separate spreadsheets with our hours and what we did, we just input it directly into Xero.
Easy money management
What do you like best about the product?
Xero provides clear information regarding transactions into and out of the account I manage. It allows me to place expenses exactly where they need to be in our organizational budget with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can sometimes take a while for transactions to show up on the dashboard for reconciliation. I also wish they offered an "introduction to xero" tab for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero allows myself and my organization to quickly identify where expenses and income belong within our budget. Xero also has the benefit of being able to include receipts when reconciling transactions.
Awesome Accounting Platform and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Xero is exceptionally simple to utilize and adaptable. As a salesman it's overall quite simple to record costs. Can get to it anyplace and Xero joins with most bank making bank compromise quick and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to oversee contacts. In any case, since I have it ready for action it's going alright.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This works flawlessly when working away from our administrative center. I love having a day by day check out the business.
Xero is a great accounting solution for your small business
What do you like best about the product?
The bank feeds make bank reconciliations super easy. You can automate and repeat invoices, bills, journals. Also, it offers a lot of different integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bank feeds don't seem to work very well with some of the banks my clients use, so I have to export and import the bank transactions manually. It's still an easy process if the bank provides an OFX file type; it just takes longer. If the bank does not provide an OFX file type export, it takes even longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero is the best solution we have found for keeping accounting records.
Best Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
Best part of using xero is we can easily reconcile bank by find & match options if we use another softwares like dext to keep our AP and AR reconciliation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Xero lacks to keep Inventory for livestock.

Best part using xero is handy to use and can keep all records cloud based

If you want to keep all your accounting records handy then xero is best option to use

What do you like best about the product?
Layout and reconciling flow. I used to use QB and love this so much more. Lots of programs that integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
When they are doing product updates, you can tell. It is very slow and glitchy. For instance, when they updated security, there were many delays and I wasn't able to update my bank feeds for a week or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Xero is easy to navigate, pleasant on the eye, and very intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some AR tasks are not as easy as they should be - e.g., sending statements in Excel & sorting statements by the due date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Xero as our accounting package for four years as we have grown from 100k turnover to ~100m, only now are we starting to meet Xero's limitations.
Great accounts solution
What do you like best about the product?
We moved from on-premise Sage which was buggy and cumbersome. Deploying was a breeze, syncing to our bank accounts and rolling out in the US and Singapore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports were pretty basic at first, but Xero have addressed this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge time savings across the board, accessing financials on the road, consistent reporting across countries. The list goes on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No brainer for us. Just do it!
Great accounting solution for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Xero is cheaper than most other online accounting solutions. The UI is clean and easy to use. Easy to integrate with GoCardless and other billing providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reconciling accounts doesn't have the smartest auto-fill, and you often have to re-enter a lot of data when reconciling a lot of items at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am managing the accounting system for my small business. It's saved me hours with a simple UX and integrating with my other tools.
