Review of XERO
What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple and user friendly accounting software with multiple options in Reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Performing reconciliation in XERO is limited to only Bank and Credit card accounts, and we can not reconcile in XERO for other Balance sheet accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to Day Accounting, Invoice and Bills creation, and Performing Reconciliations

Simple & Effective!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using Xero is that it has all the functionality required from a financial/accounting standpoint for our business. We are able to store a lot of confidential information in Xero securely knowing that we can easily export and extract at any point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest flaw with Xero would probably the user interface. We are using the standard Xero product which seems a bit outdated. It's still simple to use but could be better and more informative through a nicer user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero is solving a number of crucial problems within our organisation most simply being the tool used to invoice our clients. Its simple setup allows us to quickly and easily create, edit and send invoices to our clients using our own specific template.
It also has very useful accounting storage concepts such as charts of account, general ledger reports etc.

What do you like best about the product?
keeps our invoices, tuition fee records organized. using xero eliminates the usage of paper, makes bills and payables record keeping easier . useful to everyone especially to those who dont have any accounting experience. It is user friendly.
It also makes payments transactions easier. We are able to keep track of each of our student's tuition fee , balances and other payables because of Xero. We have linked Xero to our sudenyt's profiles.

What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it lags and the updates will not appear immediately. Xero is user friendly. and you can update the system to keep up with your current needs. maybe it would be better if xero send monthly updates to the account manager automoatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the Benefits of uisng xero system is having all files organized. When I click on the student's name, I can just click on his xero invoices and see all history and balances.It keeps collaboration and information sharing within the company easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Xero is a professional way of organizing and issuing invoices to clients. In our school, we link it to each of our student's profile so it would be easy to track all payments. it is a safe and secure way to store important documents involving money. It also eliminates the usage of paper and time of filing documents. If you are starting a small business, or a growing business it would be great and helpful to use Xero invoice.
Easy to use accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
Xero is a very useful accounting package for small businesses to manage their day to day financial transactions. It is a very intuitive product which does not require extensive accounting knowledge. The product is very reasonably priced and is very good value for money. Overall I would recomment Xero to any small businesses over the other products available.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Xero is a simple program it is not useful for any transactions slightly more complex than normal. It is also somewhat difficult to build custom reports however the standard reports are useful nonetheless. Generally we export our Xero reports into Excel to present for our Board reports etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplistic financial reporting that all relevant parties can understand. Our staff who are not financially focussed can use the platform for inputting purchase orders and invoices which saves a lot of time for the finance team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small business looking for a simple, cost-effective and solid accounting package - Xero is perfect. If your business is a little bit more complex, or you intend to move to IFRS accounting or you are multi-national, then I would suggest Xero is too simplistic and another accounting package should be used.
XERO Review
What do you like best about the product?
The software is foolproof and relatively easy to understand. We have the ability to create and export invoices at an efficient rate. It took a small amount of time to be taught the processes of Xero, and I find it is also easy to access students' records. we also use Xero for our personal timesheets. It is perfect for keeping track of all past and future leave requests, as well as a copy of all my payslips. I would highly recommend XERO to anyone who is in need of a invoicing or payment platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constantly being signed out and third party authentication can be an issue. Although it is a necessary precaution to ensure no one else is singing in. it does take up some time when swapping from my work Xero (this has our invoices for students) to my personal account (access to payslips and leave). When needing to clarify payments with students over the phone, having to authentic my account can cause a delay in response, furthe rpreventing other calls from being answered. However this issue is minor and would not deter me from using XERO.

we have had no problems with Xero since I have been a member of my organisaiton.

Very user-friendly to use for a small business, easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
support takes some time to get back to you. Also they are no longer integrated for cash Sales on YOCO.

Very easy to keep my business bookkeeping up to date.
Simple & Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple, clean look of the interface. It is easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have the flexibility with reporting that QuickBooks has, and does not sync well with softwares I have used
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pages only load so much at a time, so if your custom report returns large reports, you can only export so much at a time. Benefits is that it is easy to learn.

Not much of a system that can integrate with Xero unless the system is built in house

What do you like best about the product?
Availability of both accounting and invoicing features in one platform is what I like more about Xero.

Up to date, I haven't encountered errors while utilizing Xero.

Super simple accounting solution for small business owners
What do you like best about the product?
Xero is a simple to use, nondaunting accounting platform. I'm basing my review from the view of a small business owner, it works equally well for large corporations, I'm sure, but for the purpose of this review, let's keep it small. I run a small graphic design firm in Ireland and a simple solution to accounting was a must, as I am absolutely awful with anything to do with accounting. Xero offers a straightforward solution, ties in well with National and international bank accounts to allow for automatic reconciliation, which is a huge time saver. I have been using it since 2010 (it's now 2021) and I can firmly say for a small business, it's excellent value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the bank balance shown will not align with the actual amount of money in the account. This may however be down to the fact that I work in multiple currencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me heaps of time. I can invoice quickly and easily. I've linked it in with Stripe Payments which has improved the time I get paid by most clients significantly.
