Great system but not the full package
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use and accessible anywhere. For a single company it is great and as an auditor very easy to track information and see client attached fules/
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a shame that you can not use it easily for groups. Post in one company and then the corresponding post occurs in that company.

Allows for ability to access client accounting systems anywhere. Allows attachment of information to transactions.

Great for singile companies or a small groups. Not so good for large groups.

Xero - Cloud Accounting Software for Your Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
Xero's platform is extremely easy to setup and navigate but still has all the features you need without being so robust that it's slow to navigate. You can integrate so many softwares through their open API and adjustments are a breeze. You can add various user levels to share the file with business owners and CPAs or members of the team who may just need access to one portion like AR/AP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Xero could improve the 1099 process but their developer team always takes comments into account and works to push new updates to the software frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A cloud accounting software that really cares about its users and allows an easy to navigate accounting software to create beautiful reports for monthly review and end of year tax filings. Affordable and offers numerous integrations to other softwares if your specific needs are not met within the software itself.
Xero is a great alternative to Quickbooks. Easy, Affordable & Always Right!

What do you like best about the product?
Accounting is not hard with Xero as it helps me to manage the payments and the online transactions as well. I have become more professional in my working and I am ensuring transparency in my working by providing the detailed reports about any certain invoices, because I can easily co-relate it with the previous clients’ history, thus it becomes easy to provide firsthand information to the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software is very high in price even the most economical plans could be expensive for the small set ups, a medium plan should be adopted and must take this thing in account. Further the interface is no so intuitive, which gives a clingy appearance and one loss the taste to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best things is that I am not at all bound to accept any particular payment mode, because Xero provides me an option to accept the payments via Debit card, credit card, direct debit and many other, even it provides an option to pay online, in this way it is very easy for me to maintain the data simultaneously with invoices generation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will become easy to buy and sell the products based on financial reports thus not only accounts and finance but also your sales department will be positively affected by it. Thus I recommend you to implement this software in your account department.

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best software for accounting. Easy to use and navigate. Reasonable price. Easy to create user and grant access to them as per the work they are handling. Xero program is user friendly and free with many invoices features which always produces efficient results. What I like most about Xero is that it is a cloud-based software, it is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such thing about Xero which I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All accounting transaction can be handle and manage with Xero Software which is easy to use and user friendly. Xero to be the simplest and most cost effective solution to our accounting needs.

I would highly recommend Xero as it's an excellent cloud-based accounting tool, very easy to set up and use.

Xero is constantly working on updates and improvements which is positive the software is not stagnant so do believe it will develop into something amazing in due course

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use accounting package with great features. Simple interface and can easily be integrated with payment services like Paypal. An affordable alternative to expensive softwares like quickbooks. Supports multiple currencies. Range of useful built-in reports and ability to customize the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative i think is the custom reporting features can be improved and secondly the payroll function is pretty basic and needs to be worked on

We have used xero to extract reports from our client system to auditing purposes. Its easy to use and generates a variety of reports which aids in our audit work.
