Professional accounting system app
What do you like best about the product?
Xero is one of the most popular buisiness based account solutions.
With a complex initial learning curve, this app allowed for online real time accounting and upto date paperless accounting.
Such a time saver, a payroll service in an app.

What do you dislike about the product?
The initial complexity is a bit of headache and unless for accounting trained you will struggle with the accounting terminology.
Some the fields can be super small at times, so be prepared to stare hard at the small symbols.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effextly a payroll for my company, so instead of a team of accountants, a course later and a few hours a weeks you are your own accounting and wages department.
This app literally pays for itself.

Xero is the ideal accounting package for small business
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create recurring invoices
The ability to re-code transactions very easily

The reporting could be improved with a report writer package but it still offers very good accounting reporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the creation of reports for many centres using one set of accounts by using tracking categories
I also used tracking categories to breakdown reports even further by a secondary set of categories

5 Star Experience With XERO
What do you like best about the product?
Xero is a cloud accounting solution to allow business owners to issue invoice digitally and allows collection of payment to be faster because customer can choose to make their payment only via PayPal or their credit card.
What do you dislike about the product?
XERO can be a little slow at times and the subscription fees is a little on the high side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to organize my accounts with XERO. Most important, I will be able to invite my accountant into XERO to help me with my bookkeeping and accounting for my company.

You must correct the search function and add the cost of the job to be considered a competitor

I find the price very good, the interface and the relative ease of use.

Xero has a huge range of partners with software plug ins so that if Xero does not have the functionality you need, you can still find it and integrate it with Xero.

I would prefer more flexibility on the reports that may be generated.

Xero makes working with a remote accountant and book keeper dead easy. Everyone can access the latest information.

It appears that you don't always access reports or screen in a consistent manner, sometimes leading to confusion or frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most bookkeeping issues are solved.

Get someone who understands it to run it for you or at least to set it up.
xero manages and automates the company.
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is a great tool for good management and administration of the entire main accounting system. You can keep all the invoices in one place, you can send them by email directly from the file tray provided by xero on its platform and this will allow you to keep a digital record. You can also schedule payments, you will not have delays and your relationships with suppliers will be excellent, you will also save a lot of time and you will have greater work fluency without worrying about anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not presented problems and the objectives have had positive and effective results, but they should improve some functions such as when sending a document, you must save it and then search and send it since if you send it directly you only send a draft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used the xero platform as an alternative to QuickBooks and the results have been good indeed more than we expected. It is easy to use and its interface is neat and clean, it allows to generate reports to establish a follow-up or tracking of the general financial performance even to identify areas of opportunity. It has good integration with traditional banks. This software is based on the cloud and allows us to have access from anywhere we are.

This platform is important when you are traveling for work reasons, it allows you to connect from anywhere since it is based on the cloud, you will have a follow-up or tracking of financial performance and its integration with traditional banks and PAYPAL is very good, totally recommended/
Best Accounting Services
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature I like about this software is the invoicing that it eases and I can invoice my customers instantly, but that not being enough the automated bank feeds, purchase orders and depreciation of fixed assets,standard business and management reporting that come with this service make it a must have for all businesses small and big for proper accounts and financial monitoring of the progress of the company. It is always important to fast track that profit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The services offered are exceptionally good and thus at the moment I have experienced no downsides yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit that we have realized on our journey with this software has been the efficient and effective invoicing to our clients which are time saving and efficient and then on top of that is the automated bank feeds that keep our business and sales monitoring in check and then all the other accounting packages that come with the software have eased the accounting aspects of our business making it easy for us to keep proper books of account.

Keep ahead of your business goals with proper and efficient accounting system that utilizes technology and save yourself a burden of work in the accounting department with Xero.
In Japan? Don't use xero.
What do you like best about the product?
The color scheme is easy for the eyes. That's the only thing I can recommend about xero.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sending out invoices to clients, it garbles the text in Japanese. What's worse, the preview looks fine - so it made us look very bad to clients who recieved messed up invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero is creating more problems for us than solving.
