Good accounting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Xero has the best UI ever. Very neat and simple. It will take you less than 30 minutes to understand the whole program. One of the best accounting tool to use to handle finances, tax reports, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent seen anything I dislike about Xero. We have been using Xero for quite a while and didnt have any issues so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating invoices and tracking expenses for our business.

Best for a small business that serves clients all over the world
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Xero reconciles nearly all my bank accounts and/or wallets. It also offers true multi-currency accounting which is a big boon for small businesses that have clients all over the world. Their latest integration with TransferWise now allows all the borderless accounts (thats 5 currencies) to get updated as well. It is simple and straightforward for non-book keepers to use and to keep a tab on their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far i have no complaints. It meets all my requirements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, multi-currency accounting along with bank reconcilliation. It saves me a lot of time now that i know what my business balances are and where the money is.

If you're looking for ease and want to make your book-keeping straighforward, you cannot go wrong with Xero.

It requires skilled personnel hence not all business people uses it.

Easy to use and great for understanding your company finances
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and found reporting easy to understand (also submitting VAT return is easy). Have now used Xero for a few years in current business, and also used previously with another business as found helpful. Some of my clients also love working with Xero.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation did not seem that intuitive to me and when I did have a problem a year or so ago the answers I got were not that helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding finances on a month to month basis and being able to understand likely VAT liability and then submit return automatically.
Great online accountancy software
What do you like best about the product?
Being a lightweight software in the cloud that doesn't require expensive hardware and backup solutions on our premises is what I like best about Xero.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the day to day operations the thing I dislike the most is not being able to easily navigate back and forth invoices and quotes, it seems that you almost need to start again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero is helping us as a small business to get recurring invoicing done, getting approved quotes through its links and the general accountancy.

Great for small start up businesses
What do you like best about the product?
This is great software for small business who like to keep their accounting records in one place. Even though it does not have CRM abut it’s great to monitor your business cash because for startups cash is king.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have CRM or fixed assets module. Cash flow is direct only so you can’t use if case scenario.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You get bank feeds direct from bank which is good to know cash position each day and help business keep an eye on cash flow specially for startups business.

Once you understand what your doing, this software is the best one around. Everything has been streamlined and they are constantly updating the software for the latest requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only load up 10 bank lines at a time when reconciling. Ocassionally I will want to look at more in one go but I do not have this ability unless you open a second tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving many accountancy problems in Xero as it is the easiest and best bit of software we have tried.
