Very useful accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, everything is very logical to find in the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of the subscription is quite high, but there are no real downsides to the software.

It has helped with VAT returns as it is very easy to review.

What do you like best about the product?
Xero is so easy to use and is a fantastic tool that allows small businesses to work collaboratively in the cloud with their advisors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Xero can be frustrating with some of the changes that they implement to the user interface.

It enables us as accountants to provide real-time advice to our clients

It's an cloud accounting software so I can access the software anywhere using my mobile phone, tablet etc.

Good internet connection is required and the subscription prices might be too high for some people.

The number of decimals are restricted to 4 when creating invoices. Cause of issue should you be a manufacturer.

Xero is benefiting me by its painless setup that facilitates me about cumbersome financial operations and also helps in reducing the time spent scrambling voluminous records as well. Moreover, all transactions and contacts can be governed from the same page. Most of all the dashboards are comparatively more interesting and provides a full access. Comparing financial charts and billing can be compared through it’s incredible features.

Indeed a best solution for providing financial and account based activities within an organization because of its immense useful features. Apart from this activity log is quite simple and also notifies about each and every single update.

Xero is a quality product for accounting related tasks as it is designed to meet the requirements of any kind of accounting procedures. Apart from this it has the most user friendly interface that I have ever came across and also quite easy to understand as well. Moreover, anybody like me who is not familiar to accounting or have very little or basic knowledge about can easily manage all these tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would love to suggest it to each and every type of organization where there is a need of maintaining purchase history. Also, it provides a good way to have full record of GST returns. Thus, a beneficial way for improving the accounting bases issues.

the app can be quite prone to crashing, sometimes taking an entire phone reset to function normally.

Robust but broken
What do you like best about the product?
For the most part the software is great. However we cancelled due to the bank account syncing breaking constantly, rendering the software useless.

Bad app connection or banking records on a regular basis
