Literally the best piece of accounting software in the cloud I have found!
What do you like best about the product?
3 of the things I find that i LOVe about Xero...
1. It pulls in your bank feed so no manual entry which means you are a lot more accurate.
2. It allows you to dynamically allocate your expenses so you can have a lot of different ways in which you can allocate and then see the information which you just can't easily do on a spreadsheet (or any other software for that matter)
3. RULES! These are amazing, it allows you to setup rules for the item to be pre-allocated, you still have to confirm this but it can pickup details from within the transaction and use the rule to pre-allocate it making your book keeping so much quicker and easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike to be honest, I guess really the complexity of it does mean that you have to be patient before you pickup how it works. But it is so dynamic in its ability to deliver results that I would personally oversee this detail and definitely pick it as my chosen accounting software it is far superior to anything else I have seen out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting fore our business that is complex in its transactions so we can dynamically allocate these, showing accurate P&L's for individual properties - the competition quickbooks simply does not have the dynamic ways in which Xero can do it - I tried and it just can't do what Xero does nor could a consultant I ask even figure out a way to do it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it, it is brilliant. Even if your starting out this is the best software to use and if you want to grow your business big then this is the software to use, I recommend getting in right away at the start of your business so you have the information there later down the line. Even if you don't know how to use the software set it up and connect your bank account as the transactions will then come in and a book keeper can easily pick up the rest, this way you will always have data to analyse and use to assess the profitability of your business easily and simply and then it is also easy to submit this all to the HMRC.

Decent software particularly for non accountants
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface and easy to maintain bookkeeping without being too technical. Very good reports available live and retrospectively. Good bank reconciliation feature with bank feed feature making less work and errors less likely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Retrospective posting into previous periods means that retrospective reports change eg the system is always live which can make it difficult for accountants at year end
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bank feed feature allows users to reconcile their bank on the system without having to manually tick against bank statements. I feel there are less errors this way although I have encountered messed up feeds

What do you like best about the product?
The layout is great and looks very modern. Lots of integration can be done with Xero.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates and changes are frequently happening so keeping up to date can be tricky sometimes. Bank feeds can also not work about once every few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bookkeeping time has halved with Bank feeds and statement importing. Lots of reports to choose from and VAT filing for non adjustments returns.

This software is simple to use access and work with.it is easy to create and send invoice to relevant individuals using your phone or desktop.

This software has not experienced any problem in implement it's work,so I have no dislikes for it.

It is easy to create invoice and get information when they are opened. Xero is secure and reliable to work with,it imports you banks transactions so you can have transparency in your work and stay informed of your progress.

Xero provide you with all Intel about your financial status,helps you keep track of your accounts,I therefore recommend it.

User friendly, very easy to navigate, love the fact it can be integrated with our other business systems. Super easy mobile application.

Wish support could reply a bit faster, as sometimes it can take up to a week to get a descent help on issues.

I haven't encountered anything in particular to say as a dislike with this software as it enables me to customize it dashboard to meet all our needs for accounting and bookkeeping activities.

It's an amazing accounting software that is very easy to use and navigating its features and functionalities is less time consuming hence a must to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is multifunctional in my daily life one as an employee and the other for accounting software in our businesses and is relatively easy to use and learn a lot allows you to see documents Once they are well configured, it is quick to use every day and allows us to see and reconcile our transactions without having to go to the office of the accounting nor be sending electronic mail or invoices and that can be uploaded to the xero system, you can configure the control panel to obtain. Your business overview is about using it correctly and being prepared to spend time and understand how it works and most of the time, when expectations are aligned with software capabilities, everyone is happy, it is very easy to share the Reports with people from all levels of the company, and I feel a fantastic sense of control with the numbers and I spent a lot of time on the phone with the sales representative and to keep up with pending invoices, improving relations with suppliers that provide commercial materials critics.

I like the software, but the only thing I see and dislike is that its cost is too high in all the plans they offer and then the customer service has been low and is something that can be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero is a cloud-based accounting software, which has given me a robust solution with complex functions, it also has mobility and the modern user interface can also be more suitable for medium and large companies, since they are well developed and offers an accounting, robustness and extensive functions, the reports, the integrations and also the plans they offer are unlimited, so they are few known as they are automatically encoded, ready for you to simply press the green "ok" button. You can use this for your usual bills.

For people who want this program from me, I recommend it, since it is software that is stored in the clouds, it is very easy to use at the time of configuration and can also encode some elements of the search functions to locate Some private numbers and also the possibility of connecting your bank account to locate a number In relevant or commercial transactions and important transactions make it much easier to keep your books up to date and have multiple key features and make it easier for us to send an invoice to our corporate clients, medium and small, as well as view overdue invoices, which allows us to track those accounts payable as well as easily create quotes and commissions on invoices and purchase orders.

Xero is a great application and enables me to get a lot more done in a lot less time!. Well Done Xero.!!!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for Credit Control and it makes it quicker and easier for me to find the information about customers that I need, resulting in quicker collection of outstanding A/C's.
