Easy to manage accounting

What do you like best about the product?
Syncing with various accounts makes it easy to manage for a small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Set up could be a little easier for non accountants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting for a small consulting business. We manage expenses, track revenue and record our P and L every month.

Clear, concise and easy to use accounting software

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very straightforward and easy to navigate. Functionality is more than sufficient for a small business. It's easy to request, generate reports at a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides to report. Possibly a limit on how useful it could be if your company were to grow significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At a glance reports for all typical accounting requirements, reconciliation, payroll etc. It integrates well with a variety of other payment platforms and apps, which is very useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great value for money - Xero should be top of your list if you run a small business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it makes work easier because once it is configured, it provides a much easier reconciliation because it remembers some elements for the next time it is used. I can accelerate the process. As it codifies the banking rules, it has been quite easy and convenient, since they are only encoded automatically without leaving anything else to select the OK button and another aspect that I like is that I can use it for any type of invoices, such as the telephone. invoices or from the internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I save time, I think the time required for the banking rules is too long and to make sure all the details are correct, another aspect that I think should be improved is the support, since it takes a lot of time to help. and, in general, in many cases the answers are irrelevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to optimize bank transfers in real time, as well as bank reconciliation, allows external developers to provide solutions, Xero is still in constant improvement or development and in the relationship I have been carrying with it. a support, since I can simplify many things with it, it has an availability in the cloud, I can choose between manual and automatic accounting, the reports are easy to print and it does not have to be precisely contrary to use Xero because it is very easy to understand the basics of your business using this software.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company is using Xero as an accounting tool. While I am not working with finance, I do use this for reimbursements. I like how Xero makes it simple for us to file for a reimbursement. I can quickly fill out the fields needed for me to reimburse my health, education, and housing allowances!
What do you dislike about the product?
The more complex functions of Xero are difficult to understand. I do not know how our accounting department is able to use this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost effective accounting tools. Methods for reimbursement.

Do some canvassing. I heard Quikbooks has a strong case.

Easy to use accounting package

What do you like best about the product?
Xero is very intuitive and easy to use, especially for a smaller business. Simple to set up and get up and running, but also to get using - i.e. it's providing benefits to the business, especially through the integrations available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Xero could not do subscription revenue, which is what I've used it for in the past. There are ways around it, but this was the big challenge I had in that it was just not built to take care of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage cash flow, track expenses, manage payroll, track accounts payable, track accounts receivable, have a holistic view of our company's finances.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great easy to use accounting software built for the cloud - much better than some of the incumbents like Intuit and MYOB.

What do you like best about the product?
Xero has a perfect interface and is exceptionally simple to explore around, cause exchanges, to revise exchanges, and costs. I think that its fun and fulfilling to accommodate in Xero as it is very visual, you see a few lines holding on to be accommodated and afterward as you work through the exchanges, coding them and tapping on the center catch, they vanish. Setting up bank principles is likewise a tremendous advantage, as they get coded naturally, prepared for you to simply hit the green 'alright' catch. In spite of the fact that it takes time to set bank principles up to ensure all subtleties are exact, it spares time over the long haul. I like the way that clients can transfer reports into the records segment of Xero and their bookkeeper can see these archives promptly to take a shot at them or code them. For me the greatest advantage is the clearness of the information and the capacity to penetrate down into for all intents and purposes anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like this product from Xero however of late the client administration has been seen down and in a portion of the plans the expense is unreasonably high for certain organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Xero it is anything but difficult to import and arrange exchanges in this way making our treatment of solicitations and the board of bank compromises become increasingly sorted out and deliberate. Xero has helped us a great deal to get quicker installments on the web and satisfies the necessities that we have to improve our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Extraordinary usefulness at a very competitive cost. Moreover, having the option to deal with the books ensures nothing is lost in interpretation with the accountant. Extraordinary programming particularly in the event that you need a straightforward bookkeeping programming, regardless of whether you are not a bookkeeper.

The accounting software with greater flexibility of the market

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to count on Xero has been incredible, since I like this system a lot, because it allows me to keep my business accounts quickly and efficiently, allowing us to sort all accounts from the payroll to the electronic payments account in a flexible way and allowing at the same time being able to carry out conciliations easily.

Honestly my accounting team feel very comfortable using this system, thanks to the number of functions it has, it is possible to manage it not only from a computer but from any mobile device, thanks to the fact that this system is based on the cloud, allowed to save time and money in having a server.
What do you dislike about the product?
In case this system is very good and we do not have any complaint, but rather we are grateful to have such a versatile system, although I do believe that it is possible that this system can make some improvements, but in general, it is a great program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to this system we have been able to optimize the accounting part of my business, we have even been able to manage invoices quickly and we have removed those headaches of what involved making bank reconciliations, since with XERO the reconciliations are made easily and fast.

We have never before seen the possibility of accounting so versatile, no matter where you are, always the information is there at hand, also with this system we can carry out a complete monitoring of sales, among many other benefits.

Definitely have a program like Xero is a great help, for this reason I highly recommend it, as it will not only help you in your accounting management but also in the day to day of your company.

What do you like best about the product?
Xero we liked a lot for the organization of our electronic payments. Payroll can be managed (except in the basic plan) and comfortable bank reconciliations can be created. We like its function of direct deposit of checks, and its system of collection and payment management allows to pay suppliers and manufacturers directly in lots.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not like the small amount of training video guides that are so scarce with Xero, unlike other accounting assistance software. We did not like its extension for Shopify, since they do not connect properly (in real time). We have noticed this same problem with the bigcommerce and squarespace platforms. We do not like that the basic plan only allows sending and creating up to 5 invoices. It is too limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero has helped us a lot to get faster payments online. Our handling of invoices has become more organized and methodical, as has our management of bank reconciliations, with which it is easy to import and classify transactions. Our cash flow has also improved a lot thanks to the use of Xero.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple and user friendly. I find it very intuitive and you basically don't need training on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is unable to handle various reports for different periods. Also difficult to change the year end or some basic info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day bookkeeping. Easy as I can have it on my mobile and I can use it anywhere. You just need an Internet connection.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to pull reports and I think the dashboard was decent
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not enjoy the difficulty of navigation and inputting information was clunky. In general, it did not flow easily in our workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for accounting. It was nice to have one place with expenses and payroll.
