Bit Pricey but doesn't more than others
What do you like best about the product?
It handles everything email drop box for receipting and good set up for organisational use and tracking record for spending
What do you dislike about the product?
Layout is pretty hard to navigate down one side bar, very little plug-ins for ecommerce sides of business, they're very high on the elite scale, but mid priced for SMEs

It has very limited 3-rd party plugins for websites that can run business alongside but i'm sure they're going to improve on this over time with more feedback

xero very practical to use at low cost
What do you like best about the product?
this software has taken an importance for this company since it has started the monitoring of our invoicing, resulting in an optimal work, it is easy to operate, I practice in its management, when we started with xero we started using the free trial for 180 days that only allowed us to manage a limited number of invoices, it is great since it allowed us to know if it was really good or bad.
What do you dislike about the product?
the first thing that we dislike is that we did not see the customer service number to be able to support us when we had problems feeding this platform, the interface is very basic they should improve it, when carrying out the operations it does not indicate the delivery notes, it needs more features to support yourself better and thus have a more optimized software to carry out our processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us get out of the flow of our billings efficiently and quickly, provides an economy since we do not use paper for those processes of our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our recommendation is to add more features and better interface to provide the user with a better service.

for this company it is very rewarding to have this software because it has optimized our cash flow processes, this gives us a great support to the accounting part of our business, it is very practical to manage and easy to use, it has helped with constant monitoring of sales in online form.

What do you dislike about the product?
we have noticed the shortcomings that it has, it lacks more features that serve as support for this software, the reminder of late payments should be in the recipient of the invoices, it does not show the amounts of the invoices due, lack more support in the support to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our appreciation of this software is that it has helped us in the optimization of sales monitoring in the company, it allows us to create an invoice, send it easily, saving time and paper for our company.

should improve the interface to be more attentive to the user, has very little shortcomings, should only improve costs for users to get it easier, customer service should be more effective and responsive at the time of request

Absolutely, if you like to access and input via the web onto a cloud device, this is the product for you! Integrates with tons of apps and it’s very user friendly and play nicely with other apps you may be using!

The UX isn't great but I wouldn't say that it's an obstacle at all.

Reliable software to perform your accounting process
What do you like best about the product?
We like it because in it the information is stored online and there are no problems with transfer data, you can also see a detailed description of the operation of your business, the purchase and sales records are very complete, easy financial statement reports to access the information, keep all the accounts and balance sheets in order for the company's accounting, keep track of cash flows with the control of entries and exits of the company's money.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike that it does not have support in case of data loss, also it does not have accessibility so that the entrepreneur or the accountant takes control of income and expenses through applications for Android phones, prices should lower them a little, they should strengthen this software with more features, support is regular, respond late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is solving us as a systems that tracks revenues and expenses, billing, financial report creation, and supplier management, it also saves you a lot of time, it is a very solid accounting software, it has a user friendly interface

Any loss of service due to a power outage or from the computer can cause an interruption in the work. Work interruptions can stop the entry of new information as well as access to the one already stored. Added to this, if the information is not adequately protected, a blackout of the computer can generate the loss of financial data. They should have a method to back the information

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple, easy to use, does a lot, has huge amounts of integrations, is low priced, has a great support group, has tons of online resources, lots of Professional Development opportunities, puts on great Road Shows every year and their local guys are very cool and fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot, but if I did need to nick pick it would be the inability to consolidate financial statements and the inability to do manual over ride on certain items. 99% of the times it is great, but that 1% which I know what and how I want to book a journal entry, it makes it very difficult for me to do so. One other thing I dislike about Xero, which is probably because it has spoiled me in the first place, is the frequent disconnects through Yodlee when trying to synchronize banks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise Resource Planner, bookkeeping, billing. Huge benefits as the software is great.

Cloud accounting at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can write my checks, manage my expenses, import bank statements, reconcile my accounts all in one place. AND I can access from anywhere

I don’t have a single complaint. Great solution for my small business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to love to the cloud. Our old system would only let one person in at a time and we had to keep backup files in a drive. Using the cloud allows for us all to be in at once and keep everything up in that magical airspace.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can login anywhere, write checks, import/export statements and reconcile my bank account all from one site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any complaints, it works great for our small business

going to the cloud was huge for us. We have three owners and an office manager that all need to access the accounting and the system we used before would only allow one person to be in at a time.
I don't enjoy doing my finances, but this does make it bearable.
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is pretty good. The ability to integrate it with loads of different stuff is super handy too. So it can all be seamlessly up to date and reflect the true state of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something I dislike about doing my finances on Xero, other than I am doing my finances. But that isn't Xero's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing how much money the business is actually making or losing. Otherwise, we're working blind.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Find out what your accountant uses. They probably use Xero or may have a favourite. If you're starting out with your own finances then I'd suggest learning to use the one your accountant uses.
