Cost Effective and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Xero is really user friendly, with even non-finance staff being able to pick up the system very quickly. It is also very cost effective and has automated features, such as bank feeds, that make it a great time saver. It is the go too package small businesses, but can also handle relatively larger business accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can require multiple add ins to make it truly effective
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
great user experience which saves in training time for finance staff, intuitive and cost effective. The automated reconcilliations allow you to perform them quickly on a daily basis.

Xero Good Accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
It is well organized software for the good accounting experince. Having a lot of features which simplyfy your work and give best results. Best for Small or medium bussuiness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is to give dislike. Having best customer support to resolve your all querries and resolve problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very benificial in many ways, because it is easy to use and give best results. You can track and manage your records easily. Easy billng process and expense mangement. Also their customer support give guidence is westuck anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm using Xero to carry out all our accounting processes in real-time.It allows me to track and control our expenses.It is simple track and manage our cash flows with this software.I can easily generate great financial reports using this tool.

I haven't encountered any negative issue with Xero because it meets my accounting needs.

Its an cloud base software which is used for maintaining the number of business so that business owner can know the figures and generate P&L and balance sheet to file taxes.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and layout of dashboard. Makes it straight forward to download required reports. Also find the ability to download reports in different formats useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to login again when session is unused for a period of time. Having to reauthenticate details and login can be annoying and inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has many time saving features including the ability to setup data feeds and rules to remember transactions. Also processing of wages is straight forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Xero is a great tool for smaller entities to prepare their day to day accounting. After using Xero for a period of time, I now prefer it over Quickbooks
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue with Xero that we have is certain integrations that either don't exist yet (some AP/procurement platforms) or are bugged on the other provider side (AP platform)

Xero allows us to prepare and reconcile our various asset and liability accounts with relative ease for preparing monthly financial and yearend reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about xero is you can import the bank statement into it and can compare it with the books very easily.Moreover one can easily prepare the BAS report from the software and file it to the Australian Government.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dislike about xero is that one has to delete sales invoice entry ony by one instead of deleting in a bulk. Also sometimes there is a glitch in the software which hinders the working sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefiting in the accounting process by making it an easy task and making the reconciliation process very easy.It also saves time as one can process the audit process in the software itself.
A must have for accounting
What do you like best about the product?
Xero is fantastic for tracking income and expenditure of your business. Xero's wide range of features including payroll, VAT and reports makes it really easy to manage the accounting side of any business. Xero links to several different apps for expense management and is used daily. As it is so user friendly, I haven't needed any customer support yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Xero could have better instructions around custom report creation.

Xero solves every accpunting problem and eradicates the needs for many different softwares and systems
