Easy to Use ERP for Small to Medium Businesses

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how it was easy to use, quite basic but had everything you needed to run accounting for a small to medium sized business. It has good integrations with PSPs and Banks too as well as a lot of other Software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has its limitations, such as transaction limit and others which means that once you scale and become big enough - you have to migrate to something like NetSuite, Dynamics or Sage Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was solving all basic accounting tasks.

Easy to setup , availability of a large number of integration options and bank feeds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Higher cost to use advanced features, not available offline.

What do you like best about the product?
That it integrates with my Powered Now software and I can run all my companies financials through it, with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for non-accountants, including reporting and business analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be improved integrations and support for other country payroll and taxation systems.
Cash flow forecasting isn't really possible in Xero, so improvements in this area would be welcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficent and cost effective accounting platform, and ability to have users remotely access the platform.

3. The ability to bulk upload invoices
4. Easy extract of reports for SARS/Reporting serviecs

- The front-end interdace has not been updated in years
- The flow manage billing on your package
- fees increasing year on year

- Bank recon without having to manually download bank statements
- Creating monthly management accounts without having to do tedious work on excel

I Wish I had Known Xero Before Wave

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike moat alternatives, Xero has a mobile application.
It help me eradicate financial errors on invoices and receipts by infusing both 2&3 way matching tools before paying vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I haven't used it for an extended period, it never fail to accomplish my accounting needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How it automates the entire accounting tasks from billing, invoicing to general ledger remains the main relish of all times.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the projects feature in Xero, as well as their invoice auto-pay options. Reporting is nice and reconciling accounts is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
They hike up the price every single year without adding anything new. Their roadmap os features still shows the same stuff from 2-4 years back! Customer support is very, very slow. Mobile apps are severly lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to send invoices and track project hours. Xero makes it easy to do both in one location!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use, visual friendly, I can find things very easily, the reports are great, very instinctive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Xero falls short in several areas that are crucial for our international financial and accounting needs. One major drawback is its inability to assist in batch payment file creation. Additionally, I have refrained from attempting to utilize it for international banking information, such as those containing Swift codes, as it seems incapable of accommodating such details. Another significant limitation is its failure to consolidate data from the two separate companies we have registered on the platform. Given these shortcomings, I am concerned that Xero may become obsolete for our requirements, as it lacks the essential features we currently need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero is only effective in recording the financial and accounting information occurring within the registered American company. I cannot say the same for the Brazilian side of the business.
