What do you like best about the product?
I love the versitility in analyzing large timelines of data as well as the access to realtime. The statistical analysis combined with the visuals creates a story that can be seen as well as read. The willingness and availability of a real person to talk to is probably the best selling point. The possibility of intergrating it into our other monitoring software packages lloks very inviting. The more I play with the software the more I find more uses and situations where it can be implemented. Correlation of the data and use of the timeline can find where any issues occured.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be a lack of knowledge on my part but I do find it diffucult to "lock in" my time scale. On several occasion I had reset my timeline due to accidentally scolling on it and changing my data sets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had some quality issues and were able to review a specific time and monitor processess to help identify root causes.

Although TrendMiner from software AG is excellent for analysing data, smaller businesses could find it's pricing structure too costly. It's sophisticated features can also be difficult to learn and require a significant investment of time and money in training

Analysing industrial time- series effectively is an issue that Software AG's TrendMiner addresses. Processes are optimised, operational efficiency is increased, downtime is decreased, and overall productivity is eventually improved by offering actionable information.

The program is very easy to understand and use. It is very useful to manage data. If i talk about the features it has customisable dashboard. Very cool user interface and save time. It helps in monitor the performance very easily

The program interface is very intuitive and easy to understand. The attached data is processed really fast, the most similar to a self-service. The conversations with the support team when we have had problems were very satisfactory, no doubt it improves all the engineering processes of the company with an intelligent and successful management.

Expensive software, little interaction with the user, TrendMiner formats are sometimes confusing, there is also little information for the correct use of the program and the real use of all its benefits.

In our organization that is dedicated to the production of beverages and food, we have seen that TrendMiner has helped us to improve management and production with a comprehensive analysis of the ingredients managing to increase production to levels not seen before its implementation, it is also an excellent solution to balance the production lines of our brands. Without a doubt, it reduces the entire cycle time of the creation process of all our food products.

The initial cost of Software AG TrendMiner is high for implementing the software in the manufacturing industries,mainly for the small scale industry.It become sometime to maintain the continous use of the software because of high initial cost, So it must be reduce to a certain level.
