Perfect App for Compliance and Communication

What do you like best about the product?
TigerConnect has been so valuable to us as a company. One big dilemma we had was communication within our company in a compliant manner, which this has helped us do that!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything I dislike about this app!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be able to communicate in a faster way than email with each other and this has solved that issue!

The simplicity of using the app along with the group messaging features.

The downsides would include the small glitches that can pose a large inconvenience.

Security and quickness. TigerConnect offers a sound solution to send communication rapidly to groups and roles.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has been successfully using the Tiger Connect platform since 2015. The application has helped us to effectively communication securely with other clinical team members and our patients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there are no dislikes with the application. Some improvements are needed with the Tige Page feature, and how it functions when a user is enrolled in Tiger Connect with multiple companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tiger Connect is solving our problem of securely communicating between clinical teams. Providers were communicating via their personal mobile devices using standard SMS text messages. Tiger Connect has allowed us to stop communicating unsecurely.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for end users and patients. Satisfies the use case need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Application is inherently geared towards clinics and not home delivery pharmacies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides another channel of communication for patients who prefer IM as opposed to calling in or refilling medicaiton online.

What do you like best about the product?
Tiger listens to our needs and works diligently to assist. The platform is easy to manage and educate the users. Tiger provides great education tools for users. I love this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only change I would do is an easier way to pull archives. Sometimes the filtering will not pull an exact match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Roles are great to continue communication between shift changes.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to send a quick communication to another employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the texts automatically delete after a certain amount of days. Also, I don't particularly appreciate that when you 'add' an employee to a conversation, they cannot see the entire discussion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not solving any issues. Issues are not resolved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow messages to stay saved until users remove.
Allow added employees to a conversation the ability to see the entire prior conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy to organize contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification sound is a tiger and it can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assists with easier collaboration with physicians and other clinical staff. I work virtually for medical offices in 4 states. It helps me to collaborate efficiently with several clinicians.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to get a hold of our co-workers who are not always at their computers. It automatically pings their cell phone via the app and text message, letting them know someone is trying to reach them
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to be download on your phone, and it logs off so quickly from the user's access.
