What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reach patients through technology. We use TigerText every day to contact patient's rides and loved ones. It makes it more efficient at times to reach patient drivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very small use of the application at this time. Provider clinics have a much broader use. We use it primarily for patient contact which can be more useful than trying to contact patient only by phone number.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend once all the interfaces are working properly. Love the app and its ease of use

TigerSchedule Making Scheduling Easy

What do you like best about the product?
It makes scheduling our providers very easy. It gives them the power to set their schedules and takes the responsibility out of our operations team and transfers it to the providers (though our operations team can still help with scheduling!).
What do you dislike about the product?
It best works (but doesn't require) using the "Roles" feature within TigerConnect. While this isn't a really a downside because "Roles" is very helpful, it does mean that there's another feature to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much easier for our providers to schedule time off & see who else is or may be off at the time so it ensures that there is coverage and back up without needing to actually check in with everyone on the team.

Improved Communication to the Max

What do you like best about the product?
As a small company we rely on TigerText Essentials to communicate internally for everything. It has made us communicate better as a team and be reachable much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is when I make a broadcast I get individual replies instead of just a reply to my Broadcast message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving so many quick communication questions that need a quick response so before would have been a phone call. It is very beneficial that I can just answer a quick HIPPA compliant text.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will improve your communication to the maximum.

What do you like best about the product?
The security (HIPAA compliant & patient privacy to the max), you receive a confirmation of your message being sent quickly, and it lets you when the receiving end has read it. Also, another cool feature is you can actually see the three dots when the person is typing to reply back to your message. Moreover, you are allowed to tag your message as a high priority so it can remain at the top of the message list.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can really think of is the fact that you have to have two apps downloaded, one for security and the actual app. However, that is not even a downside just a slight dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating efficiently with other clinical employees, you are reducing user error, and you will not have any misunderstandings. You can literally use it as you would a mobile device.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At this moment, I believe this software is pretty easy to navigate, so I would suggest downloading the demo from the TigerText website and browse through it.

A new secure way to communicate

What do you like best about the product?
It is a nice way to communicate confidentially with coworkers in an instant way. Since email is not secure most times and the sound of the phone ringing or pager going off to overload your senses
What do you dislike about the product?
It does log you out of the system after a certain amount of time. You will then get an email alert that you have a text in the system that need you need to view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great way to get an immediate response from someone. It reminds me of the old AOL Instant message.

What do you like best about the product?
it lets me communicate with my coworkers since we cant text normally at work at the hospital and i can do it quickly without have to call or email

nothing i enjoy it, maybe having a calling option

It has greatly helped me at work, i can text doctors and communicate with them quickly rather than having to call them

What do you like best about the product?
TigeFlow makes client care streamlined and accessible to all involved in treatment. This eliminates the hassle of extra paperwork while protecting client confidentiality. I previously had used TigerText and knew this would be just as exceptional
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any new software, just getting used to functioning and technicalities, although difficulties were overall minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier care for clients. Better workflow as a caregiver.

What do you like best about the product?
This app easily integrates onto a smart phone or desktop device
What do you dislike about the product?
The support has been good but I do wish there was a video to walk staff through the setup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIPAA compliance, communication via text is now easier and more secure and we can use full patient names and information. The archive feature assures that all information can be accessed later for things like surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
Using TT has been tremendously helpful in increasing workflow with better ease of communication while remaining HIPAA compliant. We are able to ask questions to our out-of-office doctors and move forward with scheduling and treating patients quickly. Much easier than other email-based secure message software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Set up is a little tedious, but the program itself has worked smoothly with no discernible issues to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster correspondence and workflow.

I find it’s very secure and it notifies you regardless of sound on mobile device.

I honestly can’t think of anything right now that I dislike because it has been running so smoothly.
