What do you like best about the product?
Program is HIPPA complaint which is a must in healthcare industry. Ease of use when contacting Physicians, information remains secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are issues with program freezing. Perhaps an update may be required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with physicians regarding clients within our care.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Video calling option would be helpful, as well as fixing the glitches causing the freezing. Good product otherwise. Highly recommend..

What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly and doesn't require much training to figure out. It is easy to create group chats between colleagues for instant responses when in the field. I like knowing that my messages are secured.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem with this program for my line of work is that I must initiate the messages to my clients, many of whom do not have internet access and are unable to make a username or account. They often close out our conversation and need another message initiated so it's a constant back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tiger Connect is helpful to an extent- I know my messages and photos are secure which protects my clients but it is difficult for them to use the program with me and I rely on constant communication to provide services

What do you like best about the product?
I love that this program is HIPAA compliant, it is an easy way to reach out to medical providers without distrupting their day and yet get the response I am needing quickly to continue caring for my patients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't currently dislike anything about tigerconnect

This is a quick and noninvasive way to reach medical providers to ask questions to help facilitate smooth care for patients.

Efficient, user friendly secure communication system

What do you like best about the product?
HIPAA compliant, user friendly interface with good alerting systems to allow for efficient communication and secure information sharing. The app on both the phone and the desktop are generally the same, so users do not need to learn different ways of using the app. Networks are easy to set up and communicating with other coworkers has never been so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the tech problems are internal and need to be referred to your own company's administrators. This can be timely, though most problems are internal and not a result of the app. In my experience, most of the problems are solved in a timely manner and do not require referral to Tiger Connect customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick communication with doctors, secure information passing. HIPAA compliant while allowing for the users to very quickly pass along information. The app allows for read receipts and reminders so providers do not miss important notifications and do not tie up communications on their personal text messages, and can stay HIPAA compliant without a complicated means of filing and following specific information intake guidelines mandated by health departments. The system's encryption allows for simple, timely communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Especially good for healthcare providers who need to remotely pass on information and stay HIPAA compliant. When time is a factor and one does not have time to file information, Tiger Connect allows for every day text messaging style to meet the needs of providers and maintain patient privacy.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed the fact that TigerConnect is completely HIPPA approved and confidential. It was an easy way to be sure not to break confidentiality laws when working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had no dislikes when working with originally TigerText, and then with the name change TigerConnect. It was a very positive experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confidentiality problem solving is the most noticeable. Its easy to break HIPPA laws without even realizing it, this doesn't give you the opportunity. A benefit is also not having to have a seperate work phone. The mobile app is very accessible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you have a day off or your on vacation, simply put the app in do not disturb mode and you wont be bothered with any group messages or coworkers that forgot your off that day.

What do you like best about the product?
TigerText allows staff members to send protected information without worry that it will be compromised.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little time consuming to get everyone set up with a login and password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TigerText allows us to send protected information freely; With no worry of the information becoming public.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
TigerText is an excellent product. We used it repeatedly.

Ability to communicate with EVERYONE in the office

I can’t walk away from work without practically uninstalling the app from my phone....
Can’t I just turn it on silent???

There’s no way to just turn off notifications. You have to completely log off. Like, can’t I just not here or see the notifications and take a vacation?
