User friendly, HIPPA compliant communication
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about TigerConnect is that I know that whatever information I am sending to my clinical team is secure and HIPPA compliant. I also like that I can see they have read the message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to "return", meaning start a new paragraph or space out sentances for clarity. If you press the "ENTER" key it sends the message instead of starting a new line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a team of 36 staff and contractors, some of whom work remotely. The ability to communicate with them even when we don't see them on a regular basis and know that the information that we are sending them is secure and can tell that they have seen the message is super important to our team.

I use the platform for paging and communication purposes.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to communicate rapidly and efficiently with the other members of my practice. I also like the capability to include pdf files with clinical information about the patient's last encounter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information given in the page is incorrect, like the phone number or person requesting the consult, which can lead to delays in getting through to the caller. Usually, the info is correct however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an efficient means for communicating with multiple members of the practice simultaneously.

Protecting patient info and communicating patient information. It bridges communication between hospital staff and helps improve patient care. Overall a great product

I can connect to a provider easily and quickly

If the provider doesn't answer me right away and I have to leave the computer, I have to log in again to see the response

Excellent Tool for Clinical Communication
What do you like best about the product?
As the medical director for our addiction medicine services, I collaborate with multiple therapists and clinicians regarding cases in real time. Tiger text makes it possible to communicate rapidly and easily in a secure, HIPPA-compliant environment. The fact that it can be used on a cell phone is also critical as it makes it more convenient to remain connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I have not figured out how to turn off the push notifications when I am on vacation. While I can designate myself as unavailable I continue to receive the push notification on my phone that a message is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative, real-time clinical communication of cases among multiple therapists and staff involved in their care in an intensive substance use disorder outpatient treatment program.
Easiest and most effective way to quickly communicate with physicians and multidisciplinary team
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of connecting with physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary team. This allows patients to receive quicker interventions.
What do you dislike about the product?
notification fatigue. If you're getting too many TT's, you may start to become desensitized to the notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the quickest way to get in touch with the providers that need to be reached. Paging them takes too long, especially during a crisis.

can't keep old messages for longer than 30 days and it is expensive

What do you like best about the product?
I actually assist our employees in gaining access to Tiger Connnect on their tablets. The best thing about Tiger Connect it has the ability to communicate with physicians through a secure connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not a have a negative interaction with the setup and functionality of Tiger Connect.

It provides a Secure and Stabilty of Tiger Connect through out the Year.

easly comunicate with satff memebrs without much hastle or wait
What do you dislike about the product?
constant dinging when left unread. also dislike some bugs within the app. texts would come late or random times. we curently have an issue with a smart phone receving messages that is so posed to be going to another user

comunication, i am able to send messages to multiple people and have group colaberation. also pictures within the app alows to have visual data to the team
