Best in Customer Support and Secure Physician Messaging

What do you like best about the product?
interface for tigerconnect is very easy to use and convenient for use. Our hospitalists all carry iPhones and the interface allows our nursing staff to communicate through a web browser with the hospitalists while ensuring that all messages are across a HIPAA compliant secure messaging platform. When we have had issues the staff at tigerconnect are quick to work on the issue and provide outstanding customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup for teams can be a little confusing at first but once setup is figured out there are no further issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform allows our physicians and nurses to communicate via message with patient information included while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps provide comprehensive care to patients. The platform is secure, reliable and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ways to enhance the platform would be to have not only secure text/chat with other providers but with patients. Would be great to text/talk via a secure setting during off hours. The platform would be able to provide privacy for the provider by creating a secure number for patient use only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving quick and easy access for comprehensive care. Tiger text is quicker than back and forth with busy providers.secur and useful for the entire office team.

Great integration, could use user friendly data analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Almost infinite possibilities with 'roles' for different aspects of practice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to identify my providers by say their provider number or NPI in the data extracts I need for analytics. Tokens and names and those change over time for different reasons. The tokens and even names are not optimal for long term tracking and no analogue 1:1 in our databases. Example: I want to track 200 providers patients/hour or wRVUs/hour. I have their prov billing number and NPI etc. avaialbe in native datasets but have to do big end-round to match to tiger data. It would allow powerful metric creation/tracking if we could get a static identifier with existing identifiers in native datawarehouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has brought our institute into the modern era with the flexibility and conveniences not afforded previously. Integrated scheduling and communications are great!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy platform to use and maintain. Very organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
When scheduling physicians, it would be nice to have a reoccurring, repeating shift option. if they work only 2 shifts, to enter this info when creating their account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to have an app with the schedule, so directors can view the monthly schedule

What do you like best about the product?
Tiger Connect allows myself and my team to be able to connect throughout the day and allows for great interdisciplinary communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I would change is the high priority alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to be able to use this app to communicate and know that everything communicated is HIPAA compliant.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the platform is an excellent tool to connect with your patients / clients using a different modality (SMS / text message). I also think it works fairly well as a video conferencing solution. Definitely nice to be able to connect with folks with something besides a phone call or email, especially it being secure / confidential.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of things about the platform that I wish was different. I think it would be helpful if we could also engage folks through other modalities, such as email, all within the same product. There is no easy way for clients / patients to conduct video sessions on other devices besides their mobile phone. Some people like that but many would prefer to engage their provider through a laptop or desktop. The video conferencing also lacks some useful features such as screen sharing and screen recording. We would also like a feature where we could do a video call with multiple participants for group based interventions. The other thing that I will comment on is that customer service leaves much to be desired. Our organization has been passed through several representatives since our time with TigerConnect and they aren't necessarily great at responding to my inquiries or concerns in a reasonable period of time. Although technical support is fine, they often direct me to community resources which is real hit or miss. I think their customer service needs work, not just during the sales portion of the relationship but once we're up and running as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product has allowed us to engage our folks within a different communication modality (i.e. SMS, text messaging). It also has provided us with a tool that more adequately meets HIPAA standards so that we can feel more confident that we are doing our due diligence in protecting our clients / patients confidentality and privacy.

It gets the job done

What do you like best about the product?
I can do some scheduling automatically based on rules set up. I have a place to track jobs and also for the physicians to make requests so there is a record. Changes are easy to make and share.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system seems very outdated. You can't easily toggle between screens, you must close one screen to get to a different screen and not all processes can be done form one screen, which would be extremely helpful. You also get reverted back to current claendar when you move between screens, even though working on different months. It also takes you back to the top of the screen everytime something is done instead of keeping your place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The schedule is somewhat automated and physicians make requests that leave a trail. Tally of jobs and days off are nice. Change to the calendar are available in real time for all to see.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. All of our users like that it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few issues with integrating the application with some of our desktop PC's. The web version works great though.
