My experience has been good. I haven't had any issues with Tiger Connect
What do you like best about the product?
I think the most helpful part is that any provider, nurse or anyone within your group can send a message regarding a patient or etc and you know it is a safe conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like I dismiss the ding on my phone that alerts me that I have a message. It just blends in with the rest of my alerts. Sometimes it will be hours before I realixe I have a message. I have been fortunate that I didn't have any messages that were critical to a patients needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

keeps on nagging even at night times which is annoying but needed

HIPAA compliant , very needed at this time

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Doesn't require a phone or computer; thus can multi-task if necessary. Is widely used in our organization for both routine communication (ie, publishing our Surge score every 4 hours during the day and as needed at night) as well as episodic to individuals, roles, or groups. I also appreciate that it shows if a message has been read or not. That helps to inform if a different mechanism of contact needs to be employed. When out or off; easily placed on "do not disturb". I like that I can mute certain groups that I may not need immediate contact with but can follow up as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rather than least helpful, I would like the opportunity to acknowledge a message without requiring hitting send. Like "thumbs up" emoji on the message sent to me that would not send an additional signal. Additionally, not unlike other tech innovations, it is prone to overuse leading to chronic distraction. Feeling connected 24/7 is both a gift and a curse, but is the nature of my industry and role in our organization.

Improving communication across the system with one standard modality (used to have several based on department and campus)

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send PHI in a secure platform to my consultants, admitting docs and colleagues. This provides me the ability to take the best care of my patients.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times difficult to find some of our broadcast groups as we have numerous groups within the entire hospital system. If we can maybe favorite some groups that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the ability to send hipaa compliant messages and have these messages documented in a formal setting. I am more productive in being able to speak with colleagues via the app vs phone calls. Allows me to multitask

What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it easy to communicate with care providers across my healthcare system. The mobile app makes the platform extremely accessible as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can load slowly at times or make it difficult to search for providers in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app makes messaging other providers seamless, and knowing that all messages are HIPPA complaint is that much more reassruing. The platform has made comminication possible in real time without delaying my day to day tasks.

Excellent way to communicate with everyone in the community, all information in one place for each patient we need to follow up on, this is a game changer for daily work

What do you like best about the product?
Communicating with colleagues is fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot mark messages as Unread. This is would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems encountered so far.
This platform has been incredibly efficient in scheduling Residents, Fellows, and Faculty.
What do you like best about the product?
TigerConnect allows us to communicate in the clinical setting, in an efficient way linked to the schedules of the individual and various teams. Compared to AMiON, this is so much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar view is difficult to navigate when searching schedules and seeing the entire scheduled team at one time. Improvements may involve some sort of new integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TigerConnect is in all in one platfrom that allows us to communicate with our learners (residents/fellows) by using a HIPPA compliant messaging that is role specific.
My experience has been great thus far!

Being able to connect with my internal team regarding clients in an instant is what I like best!
What do you dislike about the product?
The alerts-though helpful they are pretty loud and startle me at times!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIPPA Compliant Messaging allows for myself along with my team to share information that we may be unable to share on other platforms.
Works well for conveying basic information.

I am able to receive basic information without having to call back an operator.

I wish there was away for outside organizations to be able to connect directly as often times I get incorrect information from our operators.

I do not have to call an operator back to get basic information regarding a patient and who I need to call back.
