What do you like best about the product?
I am able to receive basic information without having to call back an operator.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was away for outside organizations to be able to connect directly as often times I get incorrect information from our operators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to call an operator back to get basic information regarding a patient and who I need to call back.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent platform to communicate with my partners and employees. Easy to use and never has connection issues. I also like the scheduling platform for day to day and for vacation scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I have experienced. My partners have been using it for several years without any issues. An updated app to freshen up the user experience would by nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's HIPAA compliant and use to use like iOS on the iPhone.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to scan documents on my phone thru Tiger, then able to print and transmit with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wish was included, a comment box. When a doctor is out ill and we have to update the schedule, I wish there was a comment box that would appear when looking at that spot, giving an explanation of why the doctor was not able to work that shift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding up communication.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the application is the best part of the application, as well as being able to open another line of communication with patients.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about the platform, is the lack of reporting capabilities that the platform has.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and getting information out to our staff in a timely manner
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to have a user on TigerConnect that is already associated with another group. Toggling back and forth betweens groups isn't ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of communication and in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
We have found TigerConnect a great platform to be a valuable tool for improving patient care and communication. The platform allows us to communicate between departments with alert escalation The platform is also secure, compliant, and user-friendly. I would recommend TigerConnect to anyone who is looking for a way to streamline their workflow and enhance their clinical outcomes.

Everything is amazing with the app and all features.

What do you like best about the product?
Working in healthcare, it's great to have everyone on the same platform, to make communication and discussion so much more flexible. I know conversations are secure!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish messages were kept longer than what they currently lare
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since not everyone is on our EHR all the time, this is an easier way to communicate with your teams. Fortunately, or unfortunately, we need our phones so much in our roles, that I know most everyone I need to reach can be reached this way

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly! Love being able to reach out and get ideas from other users. Faculty and residents can view their scehdule for the month easily and I can easily see who is on call for each service.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is not integrated with New Innovations where our residents have to enter their duty hours weekly. Amion, the previous platform, did have this as an option. Hoping Tiger connect can also collaborate with New Innovations to get this moved over!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily see who is on call. The greatest benefit to me in my role is being able to easily connect with faculty, residents, and staff via TigerConnect. Responsiveness has been at an all time high and it is especially helpful when I dont have a phone number for the person I need to reach. We have come a long way since pagers were our only option!

What do you like best about the product?
TigerConnect allows you to communicate with the right person at the right time. Easily can find Roles and Teams. Almost unlimited ability to integrate into clinical workflows. Streamlines processes and communication. Scales incredibly well with our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few quirks regarding group messaging and group message titles. But any "quirk" is overcome by the incredible functionality of this platform.

HIPPA Compliant Communication, eliminating wasted time searching for contact info, ability to move clinical workflows to robust online platform
