What do you like best about the product?
In my case as a city planner, I have realized that the UrbanFootprint is a useful tool in studying urban development projects. Because it can estimate factors such as population density, social vulnerably, and economic conditions, it is useful tool for decision support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that UrbanFootprint does not provide robust tools for modeling the effects of new development plans on current public transportation systems. This poses difficulty as far as determining possible shifts in ridership levels are concerned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This prudent application helps to do away with tedious lengthy data collection exercises, as UrbanFootprint is a one-stop information hub that avails quality planning data in urban settings. It is closer to a physical model because both its visualizations and analytical tools make complex relations easier to grasp.

What do you like best about the product?
The software enables users to remotely login from anywhere enabling rapid project setup and saved setting and also it is seamless for showcasing real time location-based services to customers. The platform is excellent tool to planners, policy makers and researcher as it has comprehensive aspects and strong analytical tools and intuitive interface hence great for data driven decision making. The platform is up-to-date as it uses current data for accurate planning decisions and provide tools to update and maintain this data over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can give it a 4-star as it has fairly served me and the reason it has not reached a 5-star is because of it cost which is somewhat high hence not pocket friendly to all users.

Web based platform that allows us to login remotely from anywhere. Quick to set up a project and save settings. We are able to use this in front of clients to show them real-time location based services near them. Demographics and where utilities are located are a must in the architecture professional. This does it all! We are a long time user!

In areas that do not have great internet service or rural locations with spotty WiFi, we noticed a bit of lag and had trouble connecting. Otherwise there are very few issues.
