Awesome Data labelling tool

What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to use and understand. The UI and UX are excellent, and you can learn how to use the tool in very less time. It is very user-friendly. It saves me a lot of time as it does most of the work on its own.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such that I dislike about it. The tool has been beneficial to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me identify the major issues my customers are facing and categorize the data. It has saved a lot of time and made the work progress exponentially.
