What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule across several platforms, and size photos at the same time, is a great time saver for a Team of One. Also love the smart inbox to do quick temperature check on our brand
What do you dislike about the product?
Too focused on X, which is becoming a dead site for most of us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the timesaving aspect that benefits me the most. Quick ability to add alt text, fast sizing of photos for each platform, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes everything streamlined which makes the organization easier and allows more time to be sent elsewhere

It's a new software to learn which is always a learning process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has streamlined this aspect of the job and organized it. It's hard constanstaly switching between software and websites on a daily basis

Effortless Multiplatform Communication

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for my Athletics team to effectively get a message out to our fans. It's a landing page for me that I can use when I want to publish something to multiple platforms instead of having to post each individually. What I like most is that we can pick a thumbnail for the videos, customize per network, or schedule a post on a certain day and time. Everything Sprout Social offers is great, and the initial setup was very easy and time effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Sprout Social

I use Sprout Social to effectively get messages out to our fans and publish on multiple platforms from one place, instead of posting individually.

Effortless Content Management, Minor Onboarding Hiccups

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to build content calendars and track conversations across platforms. I enjoy the interface because everything is easy to find. I also value the content publishing feature and the link in bio tool that connects posts to custom links. Additionally, I have plans to use the social listening tool once our specific product launches. I enjoy using Sprout Social so much that I encouraged my team to adopt it, and I would rate my likelihood of recommending it as a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like multiple meetings with your agents for them to sell me on it. I had to have 3 before I really got my questions answered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to build content calendars, track conversations, and see ad spend. It solves the problem of visibility by letting me respond to people in one place without using my phone or browser.

Great tool for coordinated social media posting, but a bit pricy

What do you like best about the product?
I like the bulk scheduling feature in Sprout Social. It makes scheduling evergreen content so easy: put a bunch of stuff into a Google Sheet, export it as a CSV, and get platforms like LinkedIn scheduled out for a week. I also like the reporting feature, which is really easy to use. Additionally, Sprout Social makes it easy to add UTM parameters without having to manually input them every time. I'm pretty comfortable with the platform as it's how I learned to do social posting, and we've never had any complaints about its ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to be able to bulk schedule across multiple platforms with a little bit more ease. I wish there was an easy way to create my own reports for metrics for our own internal KPIs. Right now, I have to go to each individual page to check the specific KPIs that I need, but there might be that feature, and I haven't figured out how to do it yet. It's a little pricy and operates under a cost per seat functionality, which is not my favorite way for subscription services to work. Especially for organizations that have multiple people that need to work on social around the world. So all the tools are good, but the cost is a limiting factor to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social saves me time by allowing bulk scheduling across platforms, making it easy to manage social media. It's especially helpful for evergreen content and holiday periods. Adding UTM parameters is simple, so I don't have to do it manually.

Super User-Friendly and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is and how easy it is to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some API limitations. (I'm guessing lots of these are out of Sprout's control). For instance, you cannot add music or trending sounds through Sprout. There is also limited options to share/quote posts.

Also for stories and video on certain platforms you have to manually open the Sprout mobile app when its time to post, and that process is a bit clunky. You'll end up having to use the native platforms interface, and upload times will vary since you are uploading the content again— which means if you really need to post at XYZ time, you'll have to set a reminder for yourself and start prepping your post at least 10 mins before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is able to track all of our social platforms in one place which is amazing. Every comment and review can be manged and responed to within the application which is very helpful! Scheduling posts and the tag/reporting features are invaulble as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to plan and schedule social media. I appreciate the visual digital calendar that allows me to schedule posts and move them around to maintain a consistent flow. I like that everything is in one place so I don't have to switch between multiple platforms. I love the publishing calendar for planning and scheduling. The smart inbox is a favorite because it collates inbound communication into one screen, making it easy to view. The reports are also something I enjoy as they offer interesting insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find API limitations mean that the platform is not as functional as it could be (it has some features for some platforms and not the same features for others). I found some things very limited without paying more for access to what should be basic features. For example, allowing a much larger contact list per account (eg., 2000 contacts). Or allowing many more approval workflows (eg., 50).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to plan and schedule social media posts. It provides a visual calendar for organizing a consistent post flow and consolidates everything in one platform, which saves me from jumping between tools. I also value the smart inbox for viewing communications in one place.

Easy to Navigate, Powerful Tagging & Sprout Queue is a Time-Saver

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to navigate, just clicking through you're able to understand where to find things. I've come to love the tagging feature as well. Simple to add multiple to each post if needed, and removing doesn't affect the rest of the tagged posts. Sprout Queue saves so much time & so many clicks when scheduling 10+ posts each day too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish social listening was included with the enterprise account. They let you temporarily make a query but it would be very nice to be able to measure mentions of our accounts and overall brand sentiment.
It would also be nice to publish to multiple X accounts in one go, rather than having to "duplicate" the post in a second go-round.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves time when scheduling social media content of all formats, without sacrificing personalization or quality of content. You can customize posts independently per channel if needed, including targeted UTM tags if that tool is integrated. The inbox and cases tools also help with community management, providing an easy to way to look at all the comms happening with each account connected, or filtering as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see all of my accounts all at once with Sprout Social and I really appreciate the calendar view as it allows me to see what I've already scheduled. I find it easy to edit my schedules, which is great. I also value that it shows me the peak times for scheduling, and I like that it provides specific scheduling times, which is more detailed feedback than what Facebook or Meta gives. It makes managing 11 accounts much easier because I don't have to log into each account individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could collaborate with more than just three because I know, like, if I schedule through Instagram and the app, I can collaborate with more people. Also, I wish that I could schedule more photos at once because it has a limit of 10, where you can actually do 20 through the app. So if I have posts like that, I can't use Sprout Social for those posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts across 11 accounts simultaneously, avoiding multiple logins. It provides detailed scheduling feedback, unlike Facebook. I appreciate seeing and editing all schedules at once, alongside peak times. This streamlines managing numerous social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social allows me to seamlessly schedule content. I also use it for monthly reporting and tracking KPI goals. Features like Smart Inbox are extremely helpful too for community management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to see my scheduling feed layout without it being an add on service. Being able to also schedule music with posts would be helpful.
