Insightful Reporting, Needs API Openness
What do you like best about the product?
I like their reporting, which is very data-intensive and data-heavy. The API is something I also like when I get to use it because I think it's robust. The reporting is really the most helpful part for me, as it helps keep insights and understand consumer pain points and track if we are trending in a good direction. The sentiment and review reporting help address larger issues. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, just connecting the accounts and starting to create custom reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Reddit has always been a tough area for most social media platforms. I agree with the whole 'each community counts as an account connection' thing, though I might not like it. Certain aspects of the API are limited and only available if you pay for them, which I wish was more open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to monitor social profiles and manage sentiment, keeping our finger on the pulse of customer opinions. Its reporting lets me gain insights, track trends, and address issues from feedback.
Intuitive, Responsive UX with Effortless IG & FB Account Connections
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, easy to use, and the UX is superb. The platform is responsive and the pricing was fair for what you get. The sales and onboarding were friendly, insightful, and genuinely helpful. It took virtually no effort to connect our IG, FB, and other accounts. So far, I'm a big fan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue, and it's not their issue, is the lack of ability to create ads on the platform for Meta. However, they explained that's a Meta issue where they won't let anyone do that part and fair enough. They do allow for posts to be boosted which I appreciate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me from having to deal with the literal Dante's Inferno that is Meta Business Suite.
User-Friendly with Efficient Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is super user-friendly and easy to use. The reporting is structured in a really useful and helpful way for showing the value of social media. I appreciate that the posting and scheduling functions are designed to be efficient and organized. They constantly provide resources to help me keep up to date on the latest social media trends and best practices. The initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the connections to platforms can be sensitive and disconnect sometimes, which can be frustrating. There are also limitations to tagging accounts. Sometimes, when you post "immediately" instead of scheduling, there is a pretty significant delay from when it shows up in your publishing calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts across platforms and streamline reporting by consolidating performance metrics. It demonstrates social media's value to management, being granular for managers while keeping things efficient and organized.
Sprout Social Keeps Publishing, Engagement, and Analytics in One Clean Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about Sprout Social is how it pulls everything into one clean, unified workflow. Rather than juggling multiple tools, I can handle publishing, engagement, and analytics all in one place, and it feels organized instead of overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Extra features are still visible and ask you to upgrade to use them. Just remove them from the platform.

Sprout Social helps solve the chaos and inefficiency that come with managing social media at scale. The benefits really show up in the time it saves, the clearer insights it provides, and the stronger customer relationships it helps build.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to communicate with customers using Sprout Social without having to rely on email, which reduces response delays. It's integrated into my Salesforce, which makes the workflow smoother. I also think it works great overall.

The Ultimate Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for almost everything, from posting to social media monitoring to listening and analytics. The interface is great and very intuitive, making it easy for other teammates to step in if needed, even if they have no previous experience with the software. I love being able to preview posts, edit images, and pull engagements quickly. The ability to pre-schedule posts well in advance is amazing, and duplicating old posts is really convenient. I'm extremely happy with my experience and regularly recommend it to colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only note is to request that IG stories can be posted/scheduled without needing to install and approve the post from a mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social automates report generation and enables post scheduling. It saves me from manual calculations for growth and engagement, and lets me plan social media content far in advance. The intuitive interface allows teammates to assist in my absence.
Easy Scheduling, Comprehensive Metrics
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it's easy to access everything in one platform with Sprout Social. People can review and see everything in one spot, which helps us all stay on the same page. I also appreciate the very detailed metrics on all of our content. The initial setup was easy because there are lots of tutorials available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly having things grouped a little better based on keywords or engagement in order to make our listening to social media posts a little bit easier.

I use Sprout Social to easily schedule content a month in advance and track our performance to tailor future content. It's valuable because everything is accessible on one platform, where people can review and access detailed metrics.
Easy Platform with Bulk Scheduling Capability
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social easy and quick to use via dashboards. I appreciate the ability for bulk scheduling, and I use it to schedule content and respond to DMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the tagging accounts situation on different platforms when uploading. Anytime I tag a brand on the content scheduled, I have to spend more time double checking the @.

I use Sprout Social for bulk scheduling and responding to DMs. It's easy and quick to use via dashboards.
Empowers Social Management, But Expensive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of Sprout Social. I think it's really intuitive and user-friendly. The initial setup was pretty quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think Sprout Social nickels and dimes you for every single penny. Their reporting features aren't available in certain tiers even though we pay about a person's salary per year to be able to use the platform, which I think is a little bit ridiculous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social lets us post across multiple channels without manual effort and aggregates reporting so we don't have to log into each platform individually.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout Social for managing multiple media accounts, as it helps me post across many different accounts efficiently and effectively. I like the calendar interface, which is a great visualizer to see what needs to be posted, what has been posted, and what we've already sent. Setting up accounts is fairly easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some issues with the connect, but overall, I've been able to resolve it with their help desk.

I use Sprout Social for managing multiple media accounts. It lets me post across different accounts to be more efficient and effective at my job.
