Smart Inbox Makes Responding to Social Mentions Easy Across Platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to personally respond to each mention for all social media platforms in the smart inbox tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging in and out of social media accounts when copying and pasting the mention link in smart inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our company create a personalized experience for each social media follower, increasing brand awareness and satisfaction.

Easy Cross-Platform Scheduling and Results Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to schedule posts across platforms and then evaluate results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. As a nonprofit, platforms like this are very expensive relative to our budget. We also need to have unique logins for each team member, which is extraordinarily costly and limits our use of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing our social media is a benefit for all the obvious reasons. We don't need to go into 3+ accounts to create posts, this does it for us.

User-Friendly with Excellent Publishing and Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media calendar and publishing at a law firm, and it has made posting to our channels more efficient. I like that it is very user-friendly, and I particularly value the publishing calendar and analytics because publishing is easier and the analytics help with monthly reports. The initial setup was very easy, and the onboarding was helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging on LinkedIn is sometimes glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social makes posting to our channels more efficient. The publishing calendar simplifies scheduling, and the analytics are helpful for monthly reports.

Powerful Publishing and Analytics for Monthly Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Publishing features! And analytics so I can use it for reporting at the end of every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout publishing is not as intuitive if there are many factors included (account tags, collaborators, multiple photos, etc.) Also, it doesn't include capabilities to add audio directly from platforms, so we ahve to manually publish every TikTok or Reel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our problem of not having to manually publish everything. Also, to provide analytic data about performance so we don't have to do that ourselves.

Clear, All-in-One Social Content Approval with Easy Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout allows us a single solution to draft and review and approve all social content across cross functional teams ot steamline internal process. It also includes a dashboard and reporting in the same solution. The dashboard and navigation is clear and easy to follow
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version and app have created approval delays since they are hard to access. Sometimes there has been a discrepancy in data between the social platform and Sprout
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to work with a smaller team. It consolidates all our social content into one source. It is easy to upload and edit ocntent in the draft and approval process. The auto notifications and weekly reports are helpful to get directly in my inbox.

Great Analytics, But Needs Stability Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social content calendaring, monitoring, and reporting. I like the reporting and analytics because the clear monthly view of metrics makes pulling insights easier. It helps consolidate the management of all our social media accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish Sprout Social offered more tips/insights based on the reports on what we could be doing differently/better. I also wish there were fewer bugs/glitches. We consistently have social accounts disconnect from the platform. Not sure what the bugs are, but they require reauthorization of profiles. I also think that they need to more frequently level up their offerings to make it a stronger value add vs using the native tools via Meta or TikTok.

Sprout Social helps consolidate management of all our social media accounts and provides clear monthly metrics that make pulling insights easier.

Private Messaging with Tags Makes Case Creation Easy

What do you like best about the product?
I use the private message most. So with that I love the ability to add tags and review previously closed conversations in the event that I am needing to get more information when creating a case on my end.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a hard time with how often there seems to be a bug where I am not able to reply to a customer or an account gets disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my team to work with customers when they message into us. Helping us provide support when needed.

AI-Powered Scheduling That Makes Content Planning Easy and Effective

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is invaluable in my social media content planning process. Right now, what I am liking the best is the ability to schedule posts to go out at optimal times based on our audience's behaviors. This use of AI has improved our overall experience and content performance. It is also easy to use and speeds up my content planning significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature that I wish Sprout Social had right now is the ability to add other pages as a collaborator for scheduled posts on Facebook. Right now, you can do that for Instagram, but being able to also do it for Facebook would change the game for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the local level of my organization, I am a team of 1 so the time that Sprout Social saves me is definitely worth the price. I also think that the ability to have all of social media messages and feeds in one place (integrations with Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok) have helped save me so much time when assisting patrons. It is also consistent and reliable, so I know exactly what I am going to get. If there are any issues, I have had a lot of luck with the Sprout AI assistants to fix small issues.

Efficient One-Stop Shop, But Pricey

What do you like best about the product?
I like how efficient Sprout Social is and that it puts everything in one place, making it a true one-stop shop to support our clients. We rely on the approval system, scheduling, and reporting features daily. It helps us keep all our client's social accounts organized and enhances communication efficiency. The platform reduces the need for a lot of back-and-forth emails since the approval and feedback process is conducted through Sprout Social. The initial setup was also very easy, and it's definitely a great platform if you have the budget for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only hiccup we have come into in the past is when we ran out of room to add new client accounts. There are often disconnected accounts and failed posts, but I am not sure if this is a Sprout problem or if it is a platform problem. Easily fixed, just kind of annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to organize client social accounts, improve communication, and streamline approvals and reporting. It reduces email back-and-forth, making client interactions more efficient all in one place.

Amazing UI/UX, Smooth Onboarding, and Strong AI-Powered ROI

What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX interface is amazing. I used a different platform before coming here & it's a night and day difference. The support and onboarding process and very smooth. When integrating our social account, it waws simple and quick. We are able to easily see our metrics and performance. There is also AI integrations have helped create content and give us a great ROI! We are definitely getting our monies worth.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a post go through the approval process and get scheduled. It was approved and ready to go, but then it never published, which caused a timing issue for us. After that, I tried to create a new post and it wouldn’t work either. In the end, we had to publish natively, and it took a lot of extra time.

Also, the uploading specs are VERY finicky. It’s frustrating when the image requirements say it needs to be under 8MB, but then we upload a 5MB file and it still doesn’t work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content is nice and the UI interface is extremely nice and easy to navigate!
