Streamlined Social Media Management, Intuitive Yet Multifaceted
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Sprout Social is to use and how it simplifies understanding complex data, making it clear how our social media channels are performing. The onboarding and setup were very easy, thanks to a great representative who guided us through the process. It was fairly seamless to update and attach our social media channels, aside from a few security settings we needed to address internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there's so much information or ways to find it that it's unclear where the best place is to look. It can be a little challenging to find the tab or process you're looking for as there are so many options that you can use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to streamline the content approval process for social media posts and to have one platform to analyze, review, and optimize our social media reach.
Streamlines Social Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social for its ease of use, which lets me post quickly, tailor messaging for different platforms, and be specific in my activities. The reporting capability is great because I can continuously track performance in a fast and easy way. I also appreciate its flexibility which allows me to manage my account whenever and wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more reports downloadable. It's not about the data itself, just the ability to download into Excel and/or PowerPoint for reporting to leadership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is a one-stop shop for social postings, making it easy to calendarize, schedule, and monitor performance to improve postings and drive company visibility. The ease of use, reporting capability, and flexibility allow me to manage accounts efficiently and track performance continuously.
Great for Scheduling and Managing a Multi-Channel Content Calendar

great for scheduling and managing content calendar across multiple channels, as well as keeping a historical record of past posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
too many features that we don't know how to use properly - a regular webinar and/or training session would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlining our content strategy across multiple channels (transparency and visibility) as well as monitoring communications across these channels without the need for additional resources.
Streamlined Social Scheduling with Top-Notch UI
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user interface and tagging capabilities of Sprout Social. The ability to tag companies and users within Facebook and LinkedIn posts provides much ease. Additionally, the onboarding was made simple with the support of our assigned team, which made it easy to get started with Sprout Social without any trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could tag users within Instagram posts and stories through the platform.

Sprout Social boosts organization and prevents gaps between social media coverage.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for posting on social media, and I appreciate that it serves as a single platform for managing all channels. I like the streamlined inbox and having everything in one place, which makes it easy for the team to navigate, find things, and manage posting and scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
As newish users, I'm a bit concerned about whether accounts might get disconnected like they do on other platforms. Also, it would be better if we could integrate Sprout Social with Workfront. The initial setup was easy thanks to a good account manager.

Sprout Social provides a single platform for managing all channels and offers a streamlined inbox, making it easy for my team to navigate and manage posting and scheduling.
Multi-Platform Posting with Easy Per-Platform Customization
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post across multiple platforms, but then also refine or adjust on a per-platform basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
What frustrates me is the lack of transparency when technical issues come up, especially when there are hiccups with the platform itself or with its API connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Sprout Social solves for us is customer interaction through the Social Inbox, which brings all of our comments together in one place. It makes it much easier to see, track, and review all incoming messages and comments as they come in.
Seamless, Easy-to-Use Social Media Management for the Whole Team
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy this tool is to use across our entire team. From drafting and scheduling to analytics and reporting, Sprout creates a seamless experience for social media managers of all skill levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ideally, the subscription packages would include more features, with fewer à la carte add-on options.

Sprout helps solve the challenge of content collaboration and the approval process between teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social helps create a schedule for me to plan posts ahead, allowing me to focus on that task. I also find scheduling posts with Sprout Social to be a particularly useful feature. Additionally, the app is fairly simple to navigate, and the initial setup was super easy with clear training to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still new to using Sprout Social, so learning how efficient it can be as a marketing tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of scheduling across multiple platforms. I run over 25 social media accounts so its helpful and reduces time.
Powerful, Flexible Reporting in Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the different aspects of Reporting within Sprout Social. There are a lot of different ways to view analytics depending on what data you want to explore, from impressions to engagement to top posts etc. I also like how you can set a very wide date range if needed (the native platforms' analytics typically limit this more).
What do you dislike about the product?
My accounts disconnect pretty frequently (although I think this is more an issue with the individual app's API's).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves our analytics woes! The platform makes it so easy to pull data quickly if the Communications Team is asked by the board or CEO for certain performance metrics. No matter what is requested for decision-making, I know I will be able to find it in Sprout.
