Simplifies Social Media Management for Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for monitoring and replying to posts and comments on social media platforms. I really appreciate having all my brands and platforms in one place, which is incredibly convenient. I like the ease of use that Sprout Social offers, as it comes with very little limitations. I find the Use Cases particularly useful as they aid in customer support by ensuring no complaints or inquiries get missed, allowing me to be proactive rather than reactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the small limitations, like not being able to like Instagram posts or reshare stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social brings all brands and platforms in one place, helps record volumes, and addresses Customer Service issues. It ensures no complaints are missed, making me proactive rather than reactive.
Easy Scheduling, But Limited Facebook Page Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is very easy and timesaving to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could add other facebook pages that werent connected to your main account like we have a factory store page that needs to be connected but it wont let me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its making it easier to get analytics and also posting bulk content to make it easier to do other work related tasks for my job.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have analytic reporting all in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was the ability to track collaborative posts - specifically ones that were shared from a different account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketing team of just two people, this tool has made managing our community and scheduling posts incredibly easy. It's also been very helpful to view insights and track the performance of all our social accounts from a single dashboard.
Boosts Efficiency and Streamlines My Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
It makes my work much more efficient. I use it on a daily basis and have confirmed that it makes my day-to-day tasks 10x easier and better. And Support is generally pretty helpful. Additionally, our Sprout Rep is able to escalate any issues and note product feedback for their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not work exactly as we would like it to, or there are features we've continually hoped for that still are not available (dragging & dropping photos). Typically are issues are more to do with the select Social platforms, and less with Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is the primary platform that I conduct my daily tasks in as a Social Media Manager. Without it, my work would take much longer than it typically does. Additionally, I would need to rely on other software for social analytics that are not as robust.
Intuitive Social Management, But Listening Tool Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and intuitive. Features cover a full range of social media management needs

Listening tool does not work as well as we had hoped. There are a lot of gaps in content that does not pull in

That there’s no story analytics tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track impressions and enagagement rates for each of our sponsors and the ability to mass post extremely quick.
Easy Approvals and Reporting, But Needs Faster Feature Updates
What do you like best about the product?

Glitches, innacurate numbers, slow implementation of capturing new social features ie. IG Reposts

easily pulled reporting with tags, easy approvals with multiple external stakeholders, streamlining feedback from clients, quick links to reporting snapshots for the month or specific periods
Great for Social Planning, But Instagram Integration Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to plan and use the social calendar and post across multiple platforms. I appreciate that more platforms and integrations are included, and that you can use AI assist when you need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to have a Facebook account to include Instagram in your posts and metrics. We won't use Facebook so Instagram has to have it's own monitoring. Not a fan of forced platform use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team of one, I can input social campaigns in advance and let them run while I perform other marketing functions.

What do you like best about the product?
Social scheduling and engagement analytics and insights. It's extremely helpful using Sprout to post across multiple channels at the same time. Working in Pro sports, time is of the essence! Sprout helps me work quickly and efficiently while publishing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally scheduled posts fail to go live. There are some posting methods that still need to be done in the native social app.

Publishing content across multiple channels quickly and efficiently.
Excellent Social Monitoring & Scheduling, But Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to aggregate social media mentions via the inbox feature, making real time monitoring possible. I also like the publishing function, I think it is a cleaner experience than some other interfaces and I love the ability to schedule posts for when our audience is most active.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the reporting function. It doesn't feel super intuitive, despite taking the trainings offered by Sprout. I wish I could manually select certain posts, because sometimes we are looking to report about a specific series of posts that don't fall under one tag, or the tag itself is too broad. I totally acknowledge this could be a user error, but I don't pull reports very often, so using a tool that feels clunky can be challenging and I don't always have the time to sort through an entire training module to find one specific function I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the influx of messages our brand receives, it would be impossible to answer and attend to all issues across our platforms in a timely manner. It's very helpful to have a unified inbox where I can deal with issues and monitor mentions. It also makes scheduling content easy, by offering the best times to post based on our audience activity levels, which saves me time and guesswork.
