Sprout Social Makes Competitive Analysis and Account Management Effortless

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use dashboard, ability to see all my accounts in one place and do competitive analysis. I also enjoyed the information provided by using the listening tool. The onboarding process was terrific and easy. Sprout Social makes it easy to spot trends and understanding what our audience is engaging with so that we can take action and make build data-driven strategies. I used it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found something I've disliked about Sprout Social yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Sprout Social, my company would log on to each social media account to get their social media analytics. Since Sprout Social, we are able to make adjustments to our strategies much faster, scale tactics infinitely faster and share weekly, month, quarterly and year reports with leadership. It's been a game-changer for our team.

Shared Insights and Data Across All Accounts

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The insights and data are shared across all accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app lacks integration and doesn’t get enough updates. I’m also not able to hear audio on videos in the Sprout mobile app, and it should be easier to duplicate content across accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data and numbers across social platforms help me keep track of all my accounts without having to do it manually.

Effortless Content Scheduling with Multiplatform Reach

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user experience interface on Sprout Social. It's also great how I can push content out to multiple platforms from one place. I appreciate being able to customize captions. I find the social listening and cases feature are really valuable as well. Scheduling content in advance is a big help, and working with Alt text for SEO is a great feature. Sprout also helps me curate captions and gain insights with my Instagram grid layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really would like to be able to post carousel photos on TikTok through Sprout Social instead of ONLY videos. With that, I really would like to be able to upload my own thumbnails for TikTok videos within Sprout like I can when I'm scheduling content on other platforms. There was a bit of learning curve with understanding the layout and all the features. Sprout is at a higher cost than most social scheduling tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for timely content posting and scheduling, saving drafts, working with alt text for SEO, and curating captions. It provides insights for my Instagram grid layout and allows posting to multiple platforms with customizable captions.

Effortless Social Media Scheduling, Just Needs More Features

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really find Sprout Social very easy to use, and the interface is easy to navigate. I can do what I need to and see the things I want without dealing with a difficult UX. It helps us schedule social media content across multiple channels all at once and in one place. I can also view what others have scheduled and put on the calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could schedule stories or reposts. There are times we want to repurpose content that has already been shared and share someone else's post. It would be nice if this could be scheduled ahead of time instead of manually going into the channel and doing it at a specific time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule social media content across multiple channels, viewing a holistic calendar. It allows me to see what others have scheduled, streamlining our process.

Efficient Community Management, but Limited User Accessibility

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Smart Inbox for community management and the Insight Tool for reporting. The Smart Inbox makes it easy to keep up with community comments and respond within the platform, especially since I don't have native access to the accounts I manage. The Insight Tool is really useful for tagging different types of posts we create. By filtering those tags, I can easily see metrics by content type, which previously had to be done manually, saving me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that only one user can be signed in at a time. I am constantly having to resign in when other teammates previously used it, and that I cannot be in Sprout Social while another teammate is using it. It slows down our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for community management and reporting. It eases responding to comments without native access and provides insights for reporting. The Smart Inbox makes managing community comments easy, and the Insight Tool saves time by tagging and filtering post metrics.

An Essential Tool Despite LinkedIn Limitations

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Sprout Social is to use, and I appreciate the frequent updates. The team is always improving the platform, and it makes reporting a breeze. I couldn't do my role without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is limited in what data it can pull from LinkedIn, so sometimes we're limited in what we can report on. It's an API issue though and not a Sprout issue, but it does hurt my ability to fully support our social operational needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social gives me a consolidated platform for managing multiple social channels and simplifies reporting for various needs, streamlining day-to-day social media operations.

Sprout Social Streamlines Scheduling, Collaboration, and Reporting for Stronger Social Presence

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has quickly become an essential tool for the Cirrus Logic communications team. Its scheduling and publishing features make it easy for us to stay organized and collaborate smoothly, while the reporting tools provide clear insights that help us demonstrate the impact of our work. Overall, it streamlines our workflow, saves us time, and helps us show up stronger and more consistently across all of our social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is a robust platform with strong potential, but its fragmented modules, pricing structure, and workflow complexity can create real challenges—especially for teams looking for a truly unified environment for social management, advocacy, and analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us manage content, engagement, and analytics all in one place, which solves the challenge of juggling multiple tools. We appreciate the clean interface and how easy it is to collaborate, and we especially like how straightforward reporting becomes—tagging content, organizing campaigns, and pulling accurate data quickly with minimal effort. Overall, it saves us time, keeps everything organized, and delivers reliable insights quickly.

Convenient Scheduling, But Needs Feature Improvements

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the cross-channel scheduler the most. It saves me time because I don't have to switch between different schedulers. The initial setup was easy since I had used Sprout Social in previous roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how some tagging features don't work when uploading a reel. I also don't like how the location tag is not accurate. For example, when I type 'Long Beach' into the location tag, it doesn't let me just choose the city like how it would on the IG app. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to create and schedule native stories in Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to mass-schedule content across channels, saving me time as I don't have to switch between different schedulers.
