All Accounts and Data in One Place for Easy Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all my accounts are in one place and the data is also in one spot for easy enough reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the price for more centralized data (such as a dashboard) is absurd. Our basic plan is about $8k a year and to upgrade to even a level above, we were quoted $25K. That's an insane jump, especially for a business using 1 login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, centralizing all things social for us is super helpful. Scheduling, reporting, categorizing content.
User-Friendly and Easy to Navigate for Our Team

It is such an inconvenience to have to login with a code every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout Social to field our social media accounts. It allows us to actively work accounts and respond as close to real time as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is very user friendly and easy to learn and understand. I love that I can publish social posts in advance, and it gives me optimal times for posting. I also like that I can go back and edit the time the posts are published.
In addition, Sprout makes it easy to collaborate with other members of my organization. We're able to work cross functionally, and that is very appreciated.

While I love the metrics reports, they can sometimes be hard to generate without help from senior members of our social media team who really know the platform inside and out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social's user-friendly dashboard, as it's easy to use and very customizable. It feels like our organization could use it more often and expand our operations on there. I also enjoy the daily email updates, which are great to read in the morning for media monitoring in a quick and easy way. Additionally, the initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confused about the beta projects utilizing AI. When I received a demo it didn't seem like it was fully accurate or ready to be integrated yet. I think that it's good for some things but not the level of detail our organization would be looking for or need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for media monitoring. It helps us track our mentions, initiate rapid responses, and assess our post reception. The customizable dashboard and daily email updates simplify media monitoring, making it quick and easy.
Centralized Hub for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the tagging feature in Sprout Social. It's one of the things that I am the biggest advocate for, as it helps us ensure we tag everything that comes into our inbox and every post we make. This tagging allows us to gain more insights into what types of content are working, what topics our audience responds best to, and what the most common questions are that come into our inbox. I think it adds a lot of value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that Sprout Social had a little bit more capabilities when it came to Reddit. I don't feel like the toolset is quite there with Sprout in terms of Reddit. Also, setting up the listening modules is probably the most difficult thing and I often wish I had a little bit more guidance on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprout Social, I can manage metrics, inboxes, and scheduling all in one place. It saves time and standardizes metrics across platforms for accurate comparisons.

I appreciate the website’s organization and how easy it is to navigate. Reporting through Sprout is also straightforward and simple to work with.

Some reporting attributes can be difficult to find at first, but once you locate them, it’s easy to use.

Scheduling and approving social posts is made simple with Sprout. It’s also easy to create reports.
Convenient All-in-One Reporting with Smart Period Comparisons
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Sprout Social for its reporting capabilities. It’s convenient to have reporting for all platforms in one place. I also like being able to compare results against previous time periods, with the percentage increase or decrease automatically calculated for the selected range.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve experienced connectivity issues, which are most likely not the fault of Sprout Social, but rather the platform it’s trying to connect to.

Difficult Onboarding Undermines Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I'm still figuring that out..
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there was no one to guide me through the onboarding process with Sprout Social. This detail wasn't shared until the very end of the sales process, and by that time we had pretty much committed to making the change from our previous vendor. It's been a struggle since we onboarded 2 months ago. I'm busy, and instead of getting assistance setting up my social channels, I've had to figure it out along the way, causing major delays and reporting challenges. The initial setup was awful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social hasn't solved my problems yet. I've struggled since starting two months ago without proper onboarding, causing delays and reporting challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics reporting and ease of use of Sprout Social. It's easy to create reports for clients on what channels are performing well and what posts are doing well. The reporting feature makes it easy to see analytics from an overhead view.
What do you dislike about the product?

Even if a post has the first 100 characters indented on some platforms, the view function doesn't actually show where the post will be cut off with the 'see more' button on the platform.","I find it difficult when accounts get disconnected without password changes, which makes it tough to set up new accounts and maintain them within the platform."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for managing multiple profiles and accounts across Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook for agency work. It makes it easy to create reports on channel performance and post analytics, helping me manage client media accounts efficiently.
Reliable Posting, Insightful Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using the reporting feature in Sprout Social and the post feature, as they help highlight what kinds of posts are performing the best. I also appreciate being able to tag posts with different categories like video, photo, carousel, and graphic, which helps identify the form of content that works best for each client. The initial setup wasn't difficult, and I like that everyone can have their own login via different emails, which is helpful. Sprout Social is more reliable when it comes to posts actually getting published compared to our previous tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some issues with connectivity on Sprout Social. Some team members don't have any issues, but others, including myself, have problems, especially with an Instagram account disconnecting frequently. We have to reconnect it every few days, which is frustrating. It's not every account, just certain ones, and we're trying to troubleshoot that right now. Maintaining the connections can be a little tricky sometimes because they sometimes disconnect.

Sprout Social puts all our client accounts in one platform and allows us to gather detailed analytics through reports.
