Great Scheduling, But Setup Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social for scheduling and the ability to post while having my intern post via workflow approval. It acts as a buffer, which means my intern isn't allowed to post directly onto Instagram or even have access to our IG. With Sprout, they can schedule something to post, and we still have to approve it, which is good for double-checking their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notes aren't good. It took me a while to understand that my time settings were off, and I wish it was automated to know I was in the West Coast instead of the East Coast. The initial setup wasn't easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts on Instagram, and it acts as a buffer, ensuring that my intern's posts need approval before going live, which helps us double-check their work.
Great Scheduling and Approvals, But External Commenting Could Be More Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling is nice and having client communication and approval process
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could talk to the external user before they leave a comment. It would be nice to leave a note rather than having to email too.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is how easy and user-friendly it is. It didn't take long to learn about the software and it was easy to jump straight in. The features of Sprout Social are a social media manager's dream. It's easy and efficient to schedule posts, reply to comments and see what people are saying about your brand. Navigating Sprout Social is easy and well worth the price.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least helpful aspect of Sprout Social has been the AI tools. This hasn't been an area I've explored in Sprout yet, but have been meaning to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving scheduling problems. reporting problems and listening. Sprout Social makes doing quarterly reports for multiple accounts a dream and something I look forward to doing. Sprout Social stands out when it comes to scheuduling content, as well as doing proactive engagement.
Easy Per-Channel Post Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to customize my post per channel, individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only been using it for a year or so and it took me a while to get used to it. I can't always change what I need to change and I have to start over. Also, if I select 'customize post per network' before I load all, add captions, etc. I have to do it for each network separately. I just have to remember to do all the things before I select customize. It's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was new to managing our department social media so it took me a bit to learn how Sprout works and how to use it. I like that I can schedule for all three of our networks and jut have it post when its supposed to.
User-Friendly with Outstanding Scheduling but Posts Fail Sometimes
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to schedule content and generate reports. I find the user interface really friendly, which makes my work easier. I particularly like the calendar for scheduling content and how reports are presented. The initial setup was really easy, I'd rate it a 9 out of 10. Overall, I would highly recommend Sprout Social, I'd give it a 9 out of 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the post fails when posting, and it is really annoying, mainly on Facebook.

I use Sprout Social for scheduling content and reporting. It solves access to client accounts and makes reporting easy.
All-in-One Social Platform Coverage with Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is one of the only ones on the market I've been able to find that incorporates ALL of the social platforms I need, including video/reels/stories.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t strongly dislike anything about Sprout. That said, the social listening can be a bit frustrating at times, and I’m not convinced enough time is spent on onboarding for customers who have it included in their plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue this solves for us is having all the platforms we need in one place. When we were researching options, some had everything except X/Twitter, while others had everything except Threads. Because we’re such a small team, having it all together saves us a lot of time.
User-Friendly Inbox and Reporting Backed by Extremely Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love the community management inbox and reporting features. It's very user-friendly and efficient.
The support team is extremely helpful, especially when I have questions about what data is available to me or how to customize my graphs. I think the pricing is on par with other software, but I do believe the ROI outweighs any cost.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't love the reporting customizations. There are times when Sprout has exactly what I need in a widget, but other times when I'm unable to have just organic data, which is top of mind for all my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout lets my team respond to our community QUICKLY and without error. We can see all our messages in one place, which is amazing. I love the tagging feature, especially for campaigns and any future reporting needs. Overall, the efficiency of this platform helps my team work smarter and faster so we can get more done.
Scheduling Ahead Is a Huge Time-Saver for Our Content Calendar

The ability to schedule posts ahead is a huge timesaver and ensures we are proactive with our content calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could integrate our Monday.com board where our content plan lives.

It helps us streamline approvals for over 15 social media accounts and make posting easier. It also gives us the link-in-bio capability to direct traffic to various websites. It is a huge timesaver!

You can see everything in one area. It is easy to lay the month out at one time

A lot of AI is implemented, and I do not believe AI has a role in creative spaces

Sprout Makes It Easy to Review and Respond to Agency Posts Fast
What do you like best about the product?
Social media is not my only priority and I have a very full plate. Sprout makes it easy to review the posts from my agency and respond back quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with the platform. It suits my needs perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to review posts through Slack or Email. It makes it easy to find the posts needing my attention.
