An Intuitive, Robust Social Media Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Sprout Social is that it has a variety of features that are intuitive and simple to use. I use Sprout Social daily, and it makes planning and implementing social media posts easy. The analytics really make Sprout Social stand out as one of the best social media management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the lease about Sprout Social is that the customer service can be complicated at times and can take a long time to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Sprout Social solves is allowing me to post and schedule for multiple platforms at one and seeing all the analytics in one place. This allows me to post faster and find analytics more easily which enables me to spend more time focused on content creation or content strategy rather than meticulously posting on each platform one by one.

Streamlined Social Media Management, Needs AI Enhancement

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social daily for different tasks, primarily for publishing and scheduling our social media content. The thing I like the most about Sprout Social is the convenience of getting everything scheduled out at the times that make the most sense for different platforms. We can make everything look as organic as possible. The initial setup was pretty easy, and we had an account representative to help us with the onboarding process, and they were very supportive throughout that time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the AI features can still use some improvement. They've been great to work with, but compared to some of the other platforms that I've seen, I know that there's still some opportunity for improvement. Whenever I use Sprout Social to use the AI, it feels pretty much like the same responses that I get. Like, the AI doesn't really understand us as a company, quite yet. So it's probably because it's not set up to really remember specific things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social streamlines our social media tasks by consolidating posting and reporting into one platform, helping us publish at ideal times. It simplifies reporting and engagement by eliminating the need to switch between platforms, making our workflow more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to scheduling and analytics, I usually dislike reporting, but Sprout has managed to make that aspect very well-designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the mobile version and adjusting dimensions with pictures can be challenging, and tagging Instagram and Facebook is also difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving!

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for over a year, and my experience has been consistently positive. As a daily user, I find the platform highly effective for engaging with audiences across multiple social media channels. Its robust reporting dashboards and comprehensive social listening tools are particularly valuable features that enhance my work in social media marketing.

Sometimes have slow processing times on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprouts supports a wide variety of social media networks, which is great. The interface is easy to use in things like it's scheduling feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is limited, lacking a lot of what is on desktop. Reporting and social listening are bit difficult to use to mine data and insights. I wish it was more powerful and easier to use to refine social media conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media customer service, social media management, analytics all in one tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a great team collaboration and content management tool. It's incredibly easy to work with colleagues on social media content, and I appreciate how clearly everything is organized by channel. The preview functionality is excellent—I can see exactly how posts will appear on each platform before they go live. Being able to quickly view which channel a post is assigned to, along with all the relevant details at a glance, makes managing our social media presence much more efficient. The collaborative workflow really streamlines our approval process and keeps everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar view isn't as intuitive as I'd like it to be. When I'm reviewing scheduled social posts, I naturally want to see everything at a glance in calendar format, but finding and navigating to this view feels cumbersome. The calendar feature could be more prominent and easier to access for quick content oversight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has significantly streamlined my social media workflow by making team collaboration effortless and keeping all content organized by channel in one centralized location. The ability to preview posts across different platforms before publishing saves me time and helps prevent errors, while the clear visibility into each post's details and assigned channels makes managing multiple social accounts much more efficient. Overall, it's reduced the back-and-forth with my team and given me better control over our social media content calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the scheduling feature. It’s quick and straightforward to use, and I can easily rearrange posts whenever necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sentiment analysis in Smart Inbox isn't always precise, and I would appreciate having the ability to filter by specific posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate how the AI is able to determine the optimal times of day for posting. Its intelligent use really enhances the experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy this tool is to use, as well as the quality of its customer service. Throughout my career, I have tried two or three different social management tools, and I often found that many of them either had a poor user interface or made tasks unnecessarily complicated. In contrast, Sprout's user-friendly design has truly simplified my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often end up clicking through multiple menus when trying to access, review, and compare various reporting dashboards or reports. At times, this process leaves me feeling somewhat lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the process of launching, or perhaps re-launching, our Employee Social Media Advocacy program now that we have transitioned to Sprout's EA tool. This change is expected to greatly enhance our brand awareness through the sharing of news and updates. It will also help our employees save time by providing them with pre-approved content, and give us clearer insights into how individuals outside of Sherwin-Williams—such as potential talent or customers—engage with our content on social media.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place. All major platforms available in one place. The app is great too. Reporting is detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reason why my score is an 8 is because I wish there was capability to schedule IG stories directly from sprouts vs just a receiving a reminder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of being able to schedule all my content in one place.

Perfect For Teams & Very Robust

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes team collaboration 10x easier than going the manual route that we had been down before. We have several different audiences, and being able to centralize all of our planning, execution, and reporting into one platform has increased our productivity and ability to engage with our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Sprout's posting capabilities don't match up to the network's full functions. On LinkedIn, for example, you can create a survey or post a PDF file. Those types of capabilities don't exist yet in Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprout, our team was disjointed since we have users from various departments creating and engaging on our profiles. Now, we can communicate and set up approval processes quickly and easily within Sprout. The visibility across our various teams is a huge benefit.
