Great tools and premise, difficulty with workload
What do you like best about the product?
I like the filters you can use to manage cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that fact that when you try to work by date or in a reverse order, when you action a case it then brings you right back to the top of the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to manage and analyse social media prompts from a variety of sources
Sprout - a marketing essential!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is such a useful tool we use for marketing our listings. With the market ever changing, Sprout allows us to keep our clients up to date with the latest social posts. We also love that it tells us the peak times to post, ensuring that we are reaching the most people at the most optimal time. Sprout is easy to use, efficient, collaborative, and overall a wonderful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would automatically crop photos depending on the social media platform so I do not have to do to double the work when posting on Facebook and Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to schedule and build out consistent posts to make sure our feed is aesthetic and does well.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like with sprout social is that you can monitor all of your socials on one platform. You can also utilize (AI) to reword your post or create a catchy post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for Sprout Social to be a little more user friendly when it comes to the layout. It can be very daunting at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps with managing posts and letting you know when and what time is the best to post.
A great all around software for large teams
What do you like best about the product?
We manage many social media accounts across many users, with different roles and responsibilities. Being able to manage these complexities with ease, and a friendly user interface, is a great feature of Sprout. Customer support from Sprout has always been helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow to catch up on platform updates, or if something is launched in a timely matter is can be buggy for a while afterwards. Also I wish analytics & listening were more comprehensive without having to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many people within my company need to use Sprout to manage different accounts across different programs / companies. Having this complexity all housed within Sprout easily is a huge benefit.
Decent Tool with Room to Improve
What do you like best about the product?
It’s pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it, and the implementation wasn’t a headache compared to some other tools I’ve tried. I like that it has a wide range of features all in one place, so I don’t have to bounce between apps. The scheduling and analytics are the features I use most often, and they save me a lot of time since I’m in the app pretty frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels clunky, and accounts randomly deactivating is a huge pain — especially when I’m trying to stay consistent. Customer support can take a while to respond, which makes those glitches even more frustrating. Even though there are lots of features, not all of them integrate smoothly with other tools I use, and that adds extra steps I don’t always have time for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps keep all my accounts organized in one place, which saves me a lot of time. The scheduling tools make it easier to plan content ahead, and the analytics give me quick insights without having to pull data manually. Even with some hiccups, it definitely helps streamline my day-to-day social management and makes posting across multiple platforms way less stressful.
Eases Social Management, Needs More Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-friendly nature of Sprout Social, which makes it easy for both tech-savvy team members and clients who are not familiar with social media to use. The reporting capabilities are outstanding and allow us to create visually appealing reports, which is essential for demonstrating value to our clients. I find the content scheduling feature particularly useful as it simplifies the process of managing over 100 user profiles. Additionally, receiving weekly performance emails for client folders saves me time by eliminating the need to individually check each report.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social solves ease of use issues for non-tech savvy clients, simplifies content scheduling, and enhances reporting with visual metrics, improving overall efficiency.
A reliable, robust social media management platform
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sprout Social for years, across multiple jobs and now partnering with multiple client accounts. I've used almost every feature from regular content posting to reporting/analytics, social listening, employee advocacy, customer care, etc.
The reporting/ analytics can be a little confusing, as there is a LOT of data available, and it seems like some of the metrics don't always match up in different reports. E.g. it's not always clear if you're looking at organic only, or organic + paid. The solution to this is to set up custom reports and stick with them, to ensure you're making an apples-to-apples comparison.
The onboarding process is good, and I have found that customer service is easy to access. The software isn't cheap but it's a one-stop shop for companies/ orgs looking for a reliable, robust social management platform. I have recommended it to clients/ colleagues in the past and I will continue to do so.

It's a streamlined, all-in-one tool for all social media management needs, from publishing to report analysis to customer care and social listening.
Solid product to help with social media planning.
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar planning is so helpful and keeps me organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have the option to add music to posts, when applicable. Also, the most annoying part is the new login and needing to request a code via email.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout really makes it easy to schedule and plan content across different platforms, and its user experience is straightforward. It also lets us create posts that everyone in the company can share on their own social channels, which helps us reach a wider audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout does not support posting every type of content to all channels. For example, when I want to share GIFs, videos, or carousels, I frequently have to log in to the actual platform and post them manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout addresses our need for employee advocacy and provides a centralized platform to review all of our social analytics. With Sprout, we can view every channel we use and easily compare performance quarter over quarter, which has significantly reduced the time we spend on analysis. Additionally, Sprout enables us to create social posts for our employees, giving us the capability to reach every corner of social media.
Easy Social Media Scheduling, Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to utilize Sprout Social for our analytics. Being able to go back and pull data to see what has worked/not worked has been great, and it is easy to find what we need to improve our abilities at Indiana State.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I have noticed at this time.

With the various changes across social media platforms, as well as various paywalls that we might run into from having to receive verified accounts, Sprout Social has allowed us to have a catch-all aspect that has allowed us the ability to track our data and see what is the best direction for our accounts moving forward.
