What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is an innovative way of posting on your social accounts in mass. My favorite feature is the calendar scheduling view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social data feature is very limited. It doesn't offer much information on how your post perform and where you can improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps our business keep track of our social post in mass accross the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social. It really is an all in one platform that has everything I need to manage multiple social media brands. I am able to create different groups, which I find so useful since I work as a shared service between 2 different companies. I also find the ease of scheduling and reporting is top notch. I can easily see what posts are performing well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think my one downside is the capabilities in reporting. I cant see boosted results for Instagram (only organic) but Facebook and TikTok has boosted results. This makes it hard to read full results when I want to look at a comprehensive review across all platforms. Also I am not able to schedule videos on Pinterest so I dont use it for this reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving the problem of managing multiple social media accounts and campaigns all in one place. For me, it’s making it easy to manage 8 brands at once. Each brand has different goals, campaigns, and content pillars, but I can easily schedule posts, track performance, and generate reports based on any factor I need. It saves a ton of time and keeps everything organized, so I can focus on strategy rather than juggling platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
As a social media manager managing multiple platforms for the brand I work for, Sprout is essential for staying organized and working collaboratively with my team. Some of my favorite features are the scheduling/approval workflow, Smart Inbox to manage incoming messages in one place and how easy it is to access reports. The customer support is also helpful whenever there is an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company pays for the service but I know it's a big investment. There are so many features that sometimes it can be difficult to navigate or know how to best use some of the options. I like the customer support but sometimes they can be a little salesy and try to push add on features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social media posts.
Organizing incoming comments and messages, making it easier to reply and manage engagment.
Makes accessing data much easier since its all in one place and easy to filter things in and out of the metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easier to engage with audiences, schedule content, and measure the impact of the content. I use it to schedule posts and manage community interactions across multiple platforms. The analytics are detailed and insightful. Reporting is faster and easier when everything is under one system, and AI analysis speeds up the process. The Smart Inbox tool is a game-changer for responding quicly to comments and messages. I also like being able to tag messages since it helps with building a chatbot and improving community management with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the platform pulls incorrect Instagram Boosted Post reports, which forces me to manually adjust the numbers by cross-checking in the native app and then adding the correct metrics to the report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is adding WhatsApp and Bluesky capabilities within Sprout Social. This will be beneficial as we expand to those channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamlessly pulls in mentions and data from a wide vrariety of platforms and hlelps social engagement teams remain organized effectively. Great customer support and user friendly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more effective option to pull in data from TikTok, which is the only shortcoming right now. We aren't able to get mentions which would be a huge help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining all of our mentions and messages into one place and providing many different tools for categorizing and reporting

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use. Retrieving messages and replying to them is practically effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters designed to catch negative comments are not as effective as I had hoped. I wish they worked better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform makes it easier to manage our customers' messages by bringing them all together. I can receive messages from multiple social media platforms in a single location, which is very convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing several accounts on social media, comment moderation, responding to audience live.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be time saving to have a feature that enables bulk applying tags to different messages, by ticking a box for each message and selecting tags that apply to all of them at once.

The Insights info isn't live and sometimes takes hours or days to be updated, which is not very useful on getting feedback on your progress on a work load you are in the process of completing

The tasks option is not very efficient and can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comment moderation for multiple accounts across different social media platforms, mostly.

Hard to schedule and tag threads for X and Threads.
