What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Sprout makes scheduling content and reporting analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about it, I can't think of any particular cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has saved our team significant time pulling reports and sharing with our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is super user-friendly. The UI is built around workflow and common sense. While it does not fulfill every need, it's very usable and very easy to onboard new staff with. Sprout is also great with customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of limitations. Some of those limitations are based on how the native platforms work vs Sprout's workflow and functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving almost no problems for me. But instead gives me a cleaner base to get to everything at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout because it helps schedule everything in one place, and also provides necessary data/analytics that make my job possible when reporting to the team. Tagging makes that simple, and the LinkInBio function is also nice to use. I use sprout every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it let you schedule more than 3 collabs at a time, and also that it automatically added thumbnails to TikTok videos when you upload for scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is making scheduling easier, and data / analytics easier as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the powerful scheduling tools and the ability to run reports on analytics to send to internal stakeholders. It makes my role as a social media manager much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the bulk scheduling tool was easier to use.

Scheduling across three platforms is extremely easy and saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting dashboard is by far the tool I rely on most. It streamlines the reporting process, making it highly efficient, and is particularly important for tracking the progress of our global accounts. Whenever I have questions about a tool or feature, the Sprout team responds promptly and always provides the assistance I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel outdated or are not yet compatible with newer platforms and their functionalities. While the platform allows us to schedule a variety of posts, we still have to publish most of them manually because many in-app tools are not yet available on Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has greatly improved the efficiency of many of our social media tasks, which in turn has strengthened our customer and user experience. By streamlining these processes, it frees up more time for us to focus on strategic initiatives and to further develop our approach to social media.

Streamlined Social Media Management, Impressive Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social to be incredibly valuable for managing all of our social media content from one place, which greatly simplifies my workflow. The robust reporting and platform offerings are standout features compared to other tools we've used. The scheduling feature, combined with the ability to customize posts for different platforms and get all analytics in one place, is a massive time saver for me. Additionally, the workflow approvals streamline the process, allowing my team to work more efficiently. The integration with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube enhances our social media management capabilities significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that was a little tricky was establishing workflows. But once we got the hang of it, it's really become second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product centralizes our content scheduling and approval workflows, saving significant time. It allows posts across multiple platforms, integrates analytics, thus streamlining social media management.

Strong platform for Social Publishing and Analytics - Other features less intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tools are great. With the exception of certain Instagram story features and the use of audios on Reels, this platform has fairly advanced capabilities when it comes to content scheduling. These features are easy to use and understand, and we use Sprout to schedule all of our Meta content.

In terms of analytics, the reporting is strong and offers a variety of metrics. Our plan stores a great amount of historical data, allowing for thorough YOY comparisons and deep-dives into past performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening tools are difficult to implement and understand. We would love to make better use of this tool, but have had a hard time fine-tuning the listening capabilities to be relevant to our brand. Similarly, we'd love help setting up the competitor tracking tool correctly, as we haven't found that it monitors the full scope of competitor's digital activity.

The AI writing tools aren't particularly advanced, however, we don't use that feature so it isn't a big problem.

Finally, in terms of analytics, a greater division between paid vs. organic impressions/ engagements would be great. Occasionally, the numbers reported on Sprout differ from those offered natively in-app, making it confusing to understand which numbers are correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us schedule content in advance, develop a preliminary understanding of social media analytics, and analyze historical performance vs. current.

Sprout Social - The most user friendly solution

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has many advantages, but above and beyond them all it is the most user friendly of all the platforms that does what it does. Analytics is easy to find and it is also accurate. Post scheduling is laid out for multiple platforms in a manner which is easy to see and recognise or edit. The Smart Inbox is the perfect tool for dealing with customer support issues, even with queries across many platforms, keeping updated on messages, and even reposting social content. Features for teams work well and it is easy to track and assign issues. It is easy to implement new platforms in the settings, and integrates well with analytics tools. We use it daily for all of our social media operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is unfortunately also the most expensive platform for doing what it does. Competitors might not provide the same level of service, however they are an order of magnitude cheaper and therefore not everyone will be able to afford Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is exceedingly difficult to manage multiple social media platforms without the use of a tool like Sprout. Scheduling posts across these platforms, making sure they go live when they need to, and responding appropriately is all a challenge in and of itself without Sprout, couple that already tedious task with anyltics, and it becomes night impossible. Sprout takes that otherwise impossible chore and makes it easy, giving you lots of professional tools to get the job done fast whilst focusing on the data that matters most to you.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has endless tools that help our team collaborate and make the constant stream of social content easier to manage. I love that the software keeps up with platform updates and I can request solutions for our teams unique needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature that I have seen better from other platforms is the social listening tool. I don't think that it is overly user-friendly and the organization can be confusing sometimes compared to other tools I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary use is social media management so it allows our team to collaborate on content planning and get clear reporting each month to inform our future strategy.

Great Social Media Scheduling Platform, But Lackluster Service

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social's publishing, social inbox, AI, and robot tools are fantastic. The service is easy to use and offers a wide suite of tools to help with scheduling content. The smart inbox is a great way to be able to view and respond to direct messages and comments from the public. In addition, the smart inbox offers a neat way to open cases and direc the cases to peers. Sprout's AI overall is very well. Their AI service is built into multiple areas, but my most favorite AI feature is their ALT text generator. In addition, Sprout offers a few "robot" automatic bots to streamline alerts and questions. Overall, a very good service.
What do you dislike about the product?
We encountered several issues with Sprout's customer service and onboarding process. There were promises made that turned out to be untrue, and initially, we did not receive any onboarding training. The 24/7 customer service was also lacking, which made our experience with Sprout's service disappointing. However, when I brought these concerns to Sprout, upper management responded quickly to address the problems. We eventually received onboarding training, but it was nearly four months after we had signed our contract. To their credit, Sprout did acknowledge and take responsibility for the issues and the poor service we experienced.

Sprout is solving the problems of scheduling posts, being able to quickly review how are posts are performing and interacting with customers through the smart inbox feature.
