Great Social Tool
What do you like best about the product?
the thing I like about the most is how easy it is to publisha nd schedule posts. Another thing I love is their smart inbox and the way you can set up automated rules to filter out conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Sprout is that for posting there is a certain character limit for post captions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me filter out conversations using automated rules for me to engage with.
All Metrics In One Place
What do you like best about the product?
Even though I haven't used Sprout Social for long, it's been a great tool that helps with efficiency. Not having to jump from page to page to manage and report on all of our social media accounts is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting accounts was a little complicated, but that's more Meta's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing social media scheduling and metrics.
Sprout makes scheduling easy
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to upload and schedule in Sprout, and they are always updating to provide new features that make it even simpler. I also like the tagging and reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features sometimes take a bit of time to catch up with social media trends, such as the ability to add document carousel PDFs directly into Sprout, a new feature, although document carousels have been popular for around a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it very simple to upload and schedule social posts in one place. I appreciate being able to quickly filter by tag to see how that type of content is performing.
Sprout Social is awesome, but has some gaps to be filled!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout for it's ease of use, especially since we use Sprout multiple times a day every day! It is extremely user friendly in terms of it's Smart Inbox and Publishing! We love the tagging feature to monitor customer feedback as well. We also are super thankful we can pull in organic and paid comments to monitor. It was extremely easy to integrate all of our social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest things that we dislike about Sprout are things that we just cannot afford. Social Listening is extremely important to us and we wish we could access a fraction of it without going over budget. We have met with our customer support rep about pricing and it is a just a bit outrageous for us. Similarly, we hoped we could add more profiles to our account without any extra fee. Including Reddit, which I don't believe is an option now.
We also don't love the reporting tools and find them a bit inaccurate. We end up doing a lot of calculations ourselves because we can't rely on the reporting tools 100%. Otherwise, we are grateful for Sprout and I have been using them throughout my professional career!

Sprout is helping us solve the issue of bandwidth within our team to respond to comments on all of our social profiles.
Excellent Customer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The approval process for teams is incredibly user-friendly. Drafting posts is easy, communication within Sprout Social makes in convenient and timely, and I even love that there's the Instagram grid preview for each profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I would change thus far, and I've been using it for a few years now.

For our team, Sprout Social makes scheduling posts and social listening super easy.
User-Friendly and Effective Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who is new to digital marketing, I’ve found Sprout Social to be an incredibly user-friendly tool. It has made creating and managing social media posts so much easier, and it’s played a big role in my success so far. The platform is intuitive, well-organized, and saves me so much time. I highly recommend Sprout Social to anyone looking for a reliable and effective social media management tool!

So far, I haven’t found any dislikes about Sprout Social. Everything has been straightforward and helpful, which makes it stand out from other tools I’ve tried.

Sprout Social is helping me stay organized and consistent with my social media content. Instead of juggling multiple platforms and schedules, I can plan, create, and manage posts all in one place. This has saved me time, reduced stress, and allowed me to focus more on creating quality content that connects with my audience.
Organized and Efficient Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to track reporting. One significant aspect of my job is tracking our paid and organic metrics, which has made my job significantly easier by saving me a considerable amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the publishing calendar is slow and takes a bit to populate our recent posts onto the calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our past issues of not being able to keep everything organized, and it now benefits the team because we can view all of our social engagement within one platform. Nothing gets lost!
Sprout Social makes our lives easier
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is easy to navigate and doesn't have a huge learning curve when we have new people join and have to use the platform. It's also so helpful to see the analytics across channels and compare them with other durations, in one place. I primarily use Sprout for analytics, listening and scheduling simple posts.
I will also say that John, our sales account executive, is easily the best sales person I've worked with for any platform or product. He is a reason we enjoy using Sprout and have continued to use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Likely not a Sprout Social problem, but we manage our CEO's LinkedIn page and it sucks to not be able to pull his analytics together with his other channels.
Sprout is sometimes buggy too, where meta descriptions and shared images don't populate correctly. We also can never schedule Instagram stories or Reels without issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us standardize how we pull social media metrics (except for our CEO's LinkedIn page). It also helps us keep track of how we're being view in the press or online or how our CEO is being viewed online. Definitely beneficial to help us shape our branding within the everchanging political climate.
Smart Inbox saves me so much time
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social’s Smart Inbox has been a game-changer for me. It pulls everything into one place so I don’t waste time jumping between platforms. I can quickly catch up on what’s happening, respond to the conversations that need my attention, and stay on top of things with ease. It’s efficient, organized, and helps me move on to the next task faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is such a robust platform that it takes quite a bit of time to become fully familiar with all of its features and use them to their fullest potential. I also wish there were listening capabilities available for LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for one unified hub where everything lives. I can listen, monitor, post, and manage engagement all in one place instead of juggling multiple platforms. This centralization saves me valuable time and keeps my workflow streamlined.
