Best Reporting Dashboard I've Tried
What do you like best about the product?
The campign feature that allows you to turn tags on posts into campaign specific reporting dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is tricky to parse out organic performance from boosted organic content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a live, up-to date dashboard with a shareable link that cuts down on time it would take to do constant reporting whenever clients ask or weekly data pulls
Sprout helps me manage my workload
What do you like best about the product?
It's so great to be able to have all of my company's social media platforms in one place. I use it every single day and log on more times than I can count. It's really easy to learn how to use it and I love that I'm able to do so much with it. I can conduct my analytics, schedule posts, and respond to comments all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that there are sometimes features that I wish sprout had. For example, it was a blocker to not be able to upload pdf carousels for linkedin posts. But sprout was able to add that which I really appreciated. Occasionally there are glitches within the platform but customer support is normally able to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to manage everything related to social media all in one place. I honestly don't know where I would be without it. I really love that I'm able to track the analytics of all social media platforms in one place. I hate the meta business suite and Sprout makes it so easy for me to access all of the data and analyze it for my future strategy.
Sprout Social is the creme de le creme.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is user-friendly, has very clear categories and is a seamless software for teams to use. The customer support is quick and thorough, especially for emergency needs. It's easy to learn and is far superior to other platforms (IMO), especially for how often my team and I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Sprout reports are not always accurate to in-platform data. It's largely due to API integrations but I feel like the reporting could be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Community management, scheduling and reporting all in one platform. It's so much easier for my team and I to do everything within Sprout versus using multiple tools for different parts of the social media execution.
Ease of Use & Managing Content Calendar
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very easy user friendly for scheduling social media posts and managing the content calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had better integration with Slack and the ability to approve posts and notify users when profiles need to be reconnected. I have a love hate relationship when tagging users, sometimes the profiles don't always show up when I go to tag another brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes scheduling social media posts for a variety of different channels easy and you can look at the calendar at a glance to see what content is being posted when. It saves me time when content needs to be posted across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook when I can duplicate the post with the same settings and tweak language in the caption. I also like the link in bio feature how it updates automatically.
Efficient Tool with Occasional Kinks
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that, at a company with multiple social channels across multiple markets, we can easily coordinate our messaging and brand continuity. The approval process for posts is intuitive and user-friendly. I also appreciate the AI tools like optimal posting time or copy reivision.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had issues with bugs. Some accounts get logged out and are unable to rejoin without customer service intervention. Some posts are edited prior to approval, but then the edits don't make their way to the actual post itself on the platform. Also, I believe too many of their capabilities are hidden behind a new price tier. We spend a lot of money with Sprout and it can leave a bad taste when it feels as though the tools we need to be successful on the platform somehow require more money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to streamline the process of approving social media posts across various platforms and markets. It allows me to have an aerial view of what our employees are posting, what's working well, and how to share those successes with other users. It adds a level of ease that allows us to operate at scale.
Our Preferred CX Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social makes case management and customer care a breeze. My team favors the AI powered tools, asset library, and the approachable, intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Case findability continues to present hurdles for us, but we have ways to work around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social solves the problem of having disparate social accounts, by compiling them intoa single, easy to use platform.
Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Sprout Social is now seamlessly publishing and reporting work together. Sprout not only allows me to publish and gather data, but to see the bigger picture of our social media strategy and audience reaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that features are not always the same for each channel. For example, there are currently competitor reports available for only Facebook, Instagram and X.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As with many social media teams, our content goes through levels of approval. Being able to see a preview of the content and copy of each post makes it easier and more efficient with all the members of our team.
As a communications director Sprout Social has completely changed our automation process.
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to schedule our social posts and move on to the next project. We appreciate the software's dynamic functionality. We are also able to post stories from the platform, which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging feature is very Inconsistent, and more often than not, we must go into the post's caption to update it and include the tags of individuals and companies we support after the post is live. Also, the ability to add links to Instagram stories is a feature we'd like to see added in the future. Our goal is to post and not have to make any edits or actual modifications to the live post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Management. We are able to create a social media calendar, plug in our content, and publish. Sprout Social does the heavy lifting for us. We can create content months in advance.
Simple and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I think that Sprout is really simple and intuitive to use. Scheduling, community management and reporting are all easy to use and all in one place. I'm on it multiple times a day 5 days a week, and it makes many aspects of my work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with Sprout is that the tagging on platforms when scheduling is inconsistent. Often the accounts I need don't show up on Facebook or LinkedIn, because you can't tag individuals if you're an organization. Finding the right tags takes up most of my time on Sprout, and often for Facebook and LinkedIn I end up just going to the individual platforms and scheduling it there instead of Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me streamline scheduling and community management for multiple accounts at once. It simplifies social media monitoring and reporting. Instead of trying to schedule every post individually on each platform, I can do it quicker and easier through Sprout.
I have been using Sprout for a year now, and it has been amazing! It keeps me organized!
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the social inbox is the most valuable feature in Sprout Social. Managing several social accounts becomes much simpler, as it allows me to respond to all messages from a single location. Connecting your inboxes within Sprout is straightforward and hassle-free. Whenever I have encountered issues with my account, the customer service has been excellent. I rely on the social inbox daily, often using it several times throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to boost carousel posts creates inconvenience for our company. Additionally, we frequently experience problems when attempting to boost posts through Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Sprout's social inbox, managing and responding to all customer messages, comments, and stories would be nearly impossible. Sprout truly simplifies this process. Since we operate several social media accounts, being able to schedule posts across multiple platforms at once saves us a significant amount of time. Additionally, we can now customize our posts for Facebook and Instagram individually, which is a great feature. The platform also makes it very straightforward to track how your content is performing and to identify which types of posts resonate best with your audience.
