Effortless Reporting with Minor Collaboration Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy reporting by channel and account in Sprout Social. I'm able to easily pull visual reports that are easy to follow, which makes reporting to clients straightforward. Also, the initial setup was easy, which really helped us get started without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to identify collaboration posts. If a brand is added as a collaborator, it's shown in all reporting for all handles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for reporting and social posting. It eases reporting with a unified content calendar, allowing me to easily pull visual reports that are straightforward to present to clients.
Boosts Engagement with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I love the optimal posting times feature in Sprout Social because it helps with our engagement rates. The initial setup of Sprout Social has been incredibly easy, and so far, everything is great about it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to monitor business metrics, analytics, and schedule posts. It helps me know what content is doing well and determine optimal posting times, which improves our engagement rates.
Streamlined Social Management, Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamless the content curation process is with Sprout Social. Being able to duplicate posts, customize posts per platform, and customize deployment times are the most frequently used and helpful tools on my end. Managing a multitude of client social platforms all in one place and being able to deploy content in such a seamless manner is a huge plus. It also makes our reporting process easier. Once all of the client social profiles were connected, I recall the process being pretty easy. The Sprout Social support team was very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more AI integration with Sprout. We use AI for some content planning and copywriting, and being able to more seamlessly integrate those tools with Sprout would make the workflow even smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social lets us manage multiple client social platforms in one place, making content deployment seamless and simplifying our reporting process.
Cross-Platform Scheduling That Sparks Conversation
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is being able to schedule across platforms, and include the first comment on posts to help spark conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar overview can get a little crowded when running multiple accounts for two different brands under one company. I do also wish there was capability to add music to reels when scheduling content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easier to get all content scheduled and be able to see the entire calendar of posts across all platforms. It makes it simpler to fill any gaps, and also is easy to share with the team

What do you like best about the product?
The folder feature makes it so easy to find the account I'm looking for. I also love the workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding seats is a bummer with pricing levels and it feels like a ploy to get more money versus truly helping teams out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having lots of organic social media clients, Sprout allows us to keep track of the right clients and respond at the right time. The platform is fast and almost instantaneous, which is important for timely messaging to our audience.
Sprout Makes Multi-Brand Management Easy
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things that are great about Sprout! One of my favorite things is that the platform generates the best posting time that is customized to each of your brands and platforms. The reps that I have talked to have been very helpful when I have experienced issues with the platform. I am able to manage multiple brands easily with the organization tools that Sprout offering.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like Sprout to offer more customization and additional options in the ads/boosting section. I’d also like an easier way to customize my reports, with more flexibility in how they’re set up and adjusted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social’s Smart Inbox has been a huge help in managing all the inboxes for the multiple brands I’m responsible for. It saves me a lot of time and makes it much easier to respond to every customer, while also letting me see what customers are saying about us overall.

I like that Sprout Social is intuitive, which makes it easy for me to use. Also, the initial setup was very easy, so I could get started quickly.

Powerful Social Management, Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
As far as usability goes it provides a fully-fledged social support command centre, due to the ability to schedule messages to multiple feedback from a single place. The ability to send posts at optimal times depending on the user cohort is extremely valuable as well. There are dashboards upon dashboards, tracking brand sentiment, performance overviews, content labels, social listening, etc.
We haven't fully exercised that bit yet but I am also excited about the ability to track sentiment and take it from there.

What do you dislike about the product?
All I outlined already comes at a fairly steep learning curve from where I am looking at it. The automated onboarding relies on user immersion to build familiarity, using a fairly basic 'guide', which makes sense to me, but be prepared to sink some time until you get the real value. Also, some of the dashes take a few moments to load, could be snappier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is obviously a tool built for enterprise-level social strategy and messaging and that's what we need. It allows us to be agile in reaching our consumers, collect the data we need, all wrapped in a powerful package which will definitely justify its ROI if you need what's included.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout allows me to keep my social calendar organized, provides detailed analytics, and easily engage with our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more access to experts at Sprout to help optimize the way I use the tool, but at the price point we pay, we don't get that access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to see what content is resonating with our audience. We can also see trends and conversations through social listening that allow us to fine tune our content strategy.
