Effortless Social Metrics Tracking with Stellar UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social provides quick and easy reports, making my monthly reporting straightforward. The ease of use is a standout for me. I also enjoy the dashboard of top performers, which helps in tracking social metrics effectively. The UI is much better compared to our previous tool, Sprinklr, and the initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the sentiment reports need to be more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to track social metrics, share performance, and post assets. It provides quick and easy reports and allows me to schedule posts effortlessly.
All-in-One Social Management with Setup Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social brings everything together in one place, making it easier instead of having to monitor social channels on my personal phone and time. The scheduling feature is also great because it means I don't have to monitor postings all the time. Now, I just go to one place to do everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that you can't post certain things on Instagram, like a combination of photo and video, and that you can't do a carousel of over 10 photos. I also think that the tagging system should be set up for you and AI-based and more inherent. It feels hard to set up and implement for our small busy team. We didn't set up tagging well and now we regret that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts, reporting, and monitoring social channels. It brings everything into one place, so I don't have to monitor on my personal phone or time.
Great Scheduling, but Poor Reporting and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows you to group accounts and schedule many posts for whenever they need to go out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and analytic capabilities are quite poor

I have multiple clients that I manage social media for, so having a platform where I can schedule a month's worth of content at once is really nuce.

I like using Sprout Social for scheduling content and reporting. The feature I enjoy the most is the content scheduling, especially the suggested times and draft mode, which make planning and managing content easier. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, making it convenient to get started with the platform.

I like that Sprout Social is a very intuitive and easy-to-use application. I appreciate its simplicity and the statistics it offers, as they allow me to review which content works best, how my audience moves, and the areas of opportunity for improvement. Additionally, I find it easy to learn just by exploring a little.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps add tutorials or extra classes depending on each person's niche. Tutorials on how to grow your audience, have more engagement, things like that.

I gather and organize all the responses from my networks, schedule content efficiently, and review statistics to understand my audience.

I appreciate that Sprout Social is a one-stop shop, eliminating the need for multiple logins to social channels and individual posts across those channels. I can use the platform to do all of our social posting in one place, which is a time-saver and ensures that we can keep track of what is being posted to different channels.

I think we could likely tap into some additional analytics to guide our strategy a little bit better.

I find it easy to build professional ready reports that show growth, engagement, and content performance across channels. The smart inbox is a big time saver for managing messages and comments in one place. It was very easy to set up.

Pricing can be high for smaller teams and some advanced features sit behind higher rates.

Streamlined Multi-Platform Drafting with Powerful Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to draft one post with different versions for each platform. I use Sprout almost every day. I also love the analytics function and I have been able to implement changes based on those numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the AI feature very helpful. I normally write my own post or research ideas on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helping me keep myself organized with the content I am putting up on all of our platforms. I can see everything in one spot rather than having to toggle between 4 different platforms, inboxes, and analytics tool. Love Sprout for that!

I like how Sprout Social is easy to navigate, helps me plan ahead, and gives me insights into the posts I create, like what performs well and what doesn't. It makes posting on social media easier and keeps me more organized. It's also helpful for determining the best time of day for posts, identifying the best-performing content, and creating social plans. The analytics offered by Sprout Social is great, and the Sprout team was very helpful during the setup.
