LOVE the Sprout Publishing Calendar

What do you like best about the product?
The publishing calendar is my favorite thing about Sprout!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time for a post to load onto the calendar, and I also don't like how you can't remove deleted posts from the calendar to clean it up for relevance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout seems to be integrating AI in beneficial ways, solving minor problems to create better work flow and easier ways to make/refine posts!

Effortless Social Media Management with Sprout

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media posting to Facebook and Instagram, and I really appreciate its ease of use. This makes organizing our posting schedule very efficient, as I can easily see when and where we're active. Additionally, it saves time, and since time is money, that's a huge plus for me. Setting it up was straightforward once I had corporate access, which made the entire process hassle-free.

Easy Post Scheduling Days Ahead

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to schedule posts days of ahead of events, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always the easiest to read reports or what they all mean. I should take more time and figure out what they mean. Maybe can have a service rep do a one year Zoom meeting to explain?

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout Social has a mobile and web version. It means that I can have everything laid out on the big screen when I need more space, or have it on a smaller screen for quick on-the-go tasks. I use Sprout Social to schedule social media content across four brands, and it allows me to plan my content ahead and keep track of how my content is performing on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could schedule Facebook stories.

What do you like best about the product?
The immediate notifications with negative snetiment - or the social listening capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything I dislike. But if we're talking about improvements, I feel that the UI could be a bit more simplified or user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it's solving for our org is reputation management by using the social listening capabilities. We need to stay on top of brand mentions, especially negative ones. This tool helps us do exactly that.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is really nice. I especially like having a single timeline that shows all comments from different accounts in one place, and the UI is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback to Sprout Social is price.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social very easy to use for managing all my social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business profiles. The ease of scheduling posts and doing a lot at once is a huge plus for me. It saves me from having to go on each individual platform to post or check stats. I really appreciate the insightful feedback and great stats that Sprout Social provides, making it easier to see how our posts are performing without any hassle. The initial setup was very easy, smooth, and faster than I expected. I am also a big fan of the stats feature, which helps us track our post performance effectively, and the scheduling feature allows me to plan posts ahead and not worry about them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to avoid manually posting on each platform. It provides insightful feedback and great stats without the need to check each site. It's very easy for managing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have multiple different accounts all in once place. I like that I can duplicate a post from one account and send to another. I like that when I open the screen, my metrics are all laid out. I wish Instagram didn't lose its connection every 60 days. I like that when a post fails I get an email. customer service is gread
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Instagram disconnects every 60 days. I wish the metrics page was bigger and focused on the big picture and easier to skim. Inegrations are good and so is pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That I can schedule across multiple platforms and accounts all in one place with multiple employees seeing all the work at once.

One limitation is that Instagram accounts must be set up as business profiles to connect, which can be restrictive if managing personal or creator accounts.”
