What do you like best about the product?
The Smart Inbox and case layouts are highly intuitive, even for new users, helping streamline onboarding and reduce training time.
What do you dislike about the product?
More options for reporting on care metrics would be helpful. It would be great if we could create our own reports based on à la carte actions, rather than being limited to the standard options currently provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has enabled our social teams to work within the same system, which helps ensure consistent knowledge and better alignment across our paid, organic, and care teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes pulling metrics and post scheduling easy
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite expensive, which can be a problem especially for smaller orgs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to pull metrics reports from multiple different channels, and I also like that I can schedule those reports across multiple channels.

Some features feel a bit clunky, and certain workflows take more steps than they should.

Sprout Social centralizes publishing, engagement, analytics, and social listening in one place, which saves time and gives me clearer insights to improve content and strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social is super visual and really intuitive. It has a quick learning curve and really makes data quickly accessible. A specific feature I value is the AI-assisted scheduling post that can identify the best times for our audience based on the platform and the content. This AI scheduling tool, showing the number of stars per specific posting time, has been extremely valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that doesn't work for our specific use case is with Facebook. Most of the chatter about our brands happens in private Facebook groups. This isn't necessarily exclusive to Sprout Social; it's more about how the platforms themselves work. But it's a real gap in our analytics because we cannot tap into insights or data from the private groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us quickly view our messaging buckets to balance communication across key categories and evaluate audience responses, both positive and negative, in terms of impressions and reach, tailored to specific campaign objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple team integration that allows us to communicate within the platform and work together. I also love the approval process for content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is a very expensive tool. At a large company it's well worth it, but it may not be affordable for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with responding to messages with approved responses, but now we can internally chat about a response prior to sending it out.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule your content all on one platform is fantastic! I also really love the listening tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small issues with tagging folks when scheduling content. I'd also like to see some more useful analytics. I find the social media listening tool a bit difficult to navigate. I wish there was a way to make it a bit easier to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Approval processes are now seamless with Sprout Social. Also great to see what is being said about the company using the social monitoring too

What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature which allows us to post same post on multiple platforms in one screen, without duplicating the efforts on different text box. And it provides tons of reports to choose from

My Instagram account has disconnected automatically multiple times and I had to reconnect it again and again

It has unified smart inbox which enables managing messages, comments and mentions across platforms.

Effortless Social Management and Powerful Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social makes scheduling seamless and the reporting is easy. The platform shows me where we stand with our competitors. I really appreciate the reporting and tagging features. We post a lot of different types of content throughout the year and the tagging allows us to keep track of how different types of content are performing. The reporting provides a nice baseline of metrics so we can see if something is performing well or isn't working. Sprout Social offers the social management and social listening features we needed to be successful, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems that the social platforms don't give Sprout published content the same weight in their algorithms. I would like to see the content I schedule through Sprout perform the same as the content I post straight through the social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for managing social media accounts and social listening. It makes scheduling seamless, reporting easy, and shows me where we stand with competitors.

Easy to Use, Clean One-Column View

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is so easy to use. Everything comes in one column which is great. Sprout Social's interface is very user-friendly, the site is quick. Hiding comments is also very very simple. I like the AI translation feature too.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Sprout Social is looking through the past conversation of a user. I wish it was easier and simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping me work more efficiently and save time. Since everything is coming under one column, While actioning, I just need to tag incoming comments which disappear into a "tagged" tab.
