What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization in Sprout Social. Things seem to be placed conveniently and are easy to access. The initial setup on Sprout Social was easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the Sprout ads. I can’t seem to close them and they pop up too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social gives us insights from customers about our services and things seem to be placed conveniently, making it easy to access.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social simplifies the experience of managing multiple social media accounts in one app. It's user-friendly, and anyone can learn to use it in just 1-2 days. It's valuable for productivity and making things simple yet functional. The initial setup is very easy and takes just a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there's a way to auto-assign comments or cases to agents so that we can really focus on answering the comments regardless of the difficulty level. Agents won't really be selective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social simplifies managing multiple social media accounts in one app, enhancing productivity by being user-friendly and easy to learn in just a day or two.

That there are many options to view what is scheduled. Also I love the note option.

Nothing really but the two-step verification.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts and analytics. It's very organized, which I love. I like being able to tag my posts so when the time comes to do reporting, it's easier. The calendar is great. The initial setup of Sprout Social was super simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be glitchy or take a while to upload videos. Yes, it can impact my workflow, would just love for it to be faster sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts and analytics. It's very organized, which I love, and I like tagging posts for easier reporting. The calendar is great, but video uploads can be glitchy and slow, impacting workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the platform is. It allows us to post content on the fly and provides detailed, complex analytics that are helpful for our higher-ups to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it really just comes down to the cost, but I also see it as the cost of doing good business and maximizing our ROI.

The approvals process with different users is great to use between my team and my clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting limitations - mixed media carousels, limits on number of collabs on IG, limits on number of slides in a carousel, thumbnails not sticking

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is an all-in-one easy-to-use tool. It utilizes AI for listening and publishing, which makes it really easy to use. I love the feature that lets me chat with my team about content and set up rules for publishing and reviews. Sharing reports and information outside of users is also very simple. I appreciate the easy navigation and having everything in one place, which helps us save money and pull reports from the same data sources. The team's feature is very helpful and supportive, especially as we work to implement it with Salesforce. The initial setup process was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limits in listening and having alerts sent to our email which would be a big improvement for us. I would like to be notified immediately if certain keywords are mentioned instead of having to check in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social as an all-in-one tool for social scheduling, reporting, monitoring, and listening. It's easy to use, integrates AI for listening and publishing, facilitates team chats, and consolidates data, saving us money and streamlining reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the fact that you are able to have a platform to centrally schedule posts, look at performance statistics and receive emails for weekly updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use it as much as I could right now because of the way we do our social media, but we do plan on using it more and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving what we post and where, and how. It shows what people are engaging with the most.
