Sprout Social is the best platform to schedule on multiple platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to post across multiple social platforms at once, and having a calendar that looks clean and well-organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that all my brands are on different calendars. It makes it harder to keep everything organized and see what’s coming up in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprout since the beginning, and it has only grown and made my life as a SMM soooo much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note here in my opinion. They are always adding new!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to schedule out my posts, respond to comments in one place, plan out story frames and then report back to my team with their reports that are so helpful to help me reach my goals

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a social media marketing one-stop shop. Sprout social makes it so easy to categorize, schedule, and review our social posts all in one place. It is simple to jump from one account to the other and the inbox feature is a monumental time saver. I am able to access stats and analytics easily and I love being able to group posts by category, so event specific post analytics are easy to find. The SproutLink feature for Instagram is nice. It is also easy to add new seats and platforms when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform is extremely expensive yet many features, like the listening tool, remain behind an additional paywall. It is very unfortunate that we cannot track hashtag use without paying more money. It would also be nice if we were able to link Facebook public groups to the platform like we used to be able to. By far, the biggest issues I have had with Sprout have been when it comes to customer service. Not having one, designated account manager that I can contact directly with my issues is very frustrating. I do not want a different representative every time I reach out with a problem. You also need to update your post previews to be more accurate with the current platform configuration. I wish there was a way to select post to pull analytics from individually, not just based on date our category. Also, I have noticed that some of the analytics you provide do not line up with what is being shown natively on platform, specifically Instagram.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling and tag reporting. Specifically tracking campaign performances across all social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection issues with instagram / facebook. Mainly a meta issue and not Sprouts fault.

Social Media planning and scheduling. Reporting is also very important.

Great for Social Media Marketers!
What do you like best about the product?
The reports are super helpful and thorough! I love the content calendar scheduling capabilites and also Sprout Link in Bio!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reports are missing some numbers -- IG collaborative posts not native from our account, for example, and some Facebook reporting can sometimes get skewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are always actively working to get access to more reporting from platforms, specifically newer platforms like TikTok.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout because it puts everything in one place. Being at an agency and juggling so many clients can be hard, but Sprout makes it easy to plan and schedule content, give feedback, and do community engagement all in one place.

I wish there were a feature to pick audio and schedule carousels in Sprout.

Immensely Useful and Highly Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it really easy to schedule posts across multiple platforms quickly and with minimal effort. They have a suite of features to help optimize copy, images, and timing for each platform. The publishing calendar makes it simple to see what posts you currently have scheduled and plan out new ones, even going as far as allowing drag & drop to reschedule posts. Their reporting is very visual and easy to read and draw effective conclusions to refine your plans. Sprouts campaign planner makes it really easy to plan out a dedicated campaign and generate reports just on that campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant. Numbers in reports don't lock-in from reporting period to reporting period so if you do a report every two weeks, you're comparing post numbers from the last two weeks to posts that have up to four weeks of numbers. Some features are a little buried and unclear what they're used for.

Sprout is making it easy to schedule and plan posts that are optimized for platforms with minimal time and effort.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pay for it, I wouldn't. It would be an unnecessary expense. Luckily my supervisor doesn't feel that way. Some features that are locked behind upgrade pay walls seem like they should be part of the package. When you pay as much as you do for a single user per year, you should just get all the features.

We have to organize our posts according to our programs and grants. Sprout makes this super simple and by doing so makes running reports for individual programs or grants is a snap
