Effortless Social Media Analytics with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social has a user interface that is very easy to use and self-explanatory. I don't think you really have to be trained to use it. The reporting tools on Sprout Social are also very sophisticated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes inputting text and things like this can be quite hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social lets me view what all business groups are doing across social media, ensuring consistent output. The UI is easy to use without training, and the reporting tools are sophisticated.
Smooth user-experience, but is it an all-in-one tool (yet?)
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to navigate and has a great interface--every one on your team can use it with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to always be a "oh you can't do that" with Sprout for different platforms (such as no PDF document uploads for LinkedIn--to name one).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling all of the data in an easy to use function.
Good but focused on upsell
What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful to have everything housed in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you're paying premium, there are too many limitations. Every call or meeting with your account rep is focused on the upsell, instead of trying to help you maximize the capabilities you have now.

Helps us schedule our content in advance.
Great Scheduling Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been amazing for scheduling posts when you have 5+ clients to manage. They also have a good reporting element that we provide to clients to see channel performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting analytics provided could be a little more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to manually upload posts for clients.

Enhanced Social Media Management with Effortless Tagging
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the tag feature in Sprout Social. It stands out as my favorite because it dramatically enhances my ability to organize and manage social media posts by allowing me to tag them with different names. This functionality not only streamlines the content management process but also significantly improves my reporting capabilities for clients, enabling me to provide them with more detailed and organized insights. Additionally, the ease of the initial setup was pleasantly surprising, making transitioning to Sprout Social a smooth experience. I'm highly satisfied with its performance, so much so that I would recommend it to others without hesitation, as reflected in my likelihood to recommend score of 10.

I use Sprout Social for tagging to organize posts, improving reporting for clients and easing social media content publishing.
Great platform for finding creators
What do you like best about the product?
Their discovery and signals tools are very helpful in finding creators for our brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data requires an opt in process from the talents end, not super feasible to have creators opt into the platform for all programs - making data pulling manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to find creators and demographics for our brands.
A Social Media Manager’s Report of Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
Hands down my favorite thing about Sprout Social is the ability to schedule posts out on multiple platforms with the recommended times - we have seen a huge increase in our KPIs by utilizing this simple feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that has been slightly frustrating is the changes in reporting. Now, I understand this isn’t due to Sprout Social, but rather the social platform changing its formula and how it measures things, but it has just posed some inconsistencies for our monthly/quarterly/annual reports for various clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps find things we can’t when it comes to social listening! We can type in keywords, hashtags, etc. and it is picking up community conversations we would have otherwise missed!
Easy-to-use social dashboard for organic and paid purposes
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see all posts from all channels in one publisher view, with the ability to boost posts that show higher-than-average organic engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial difficulty of linking Meta ad account for paid boosting (user roles had to be shifted around to allow me to boost posts).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to view multiple social channels for the DR brand at once to easily compare results/engagement across channels. Ability to boost posts easily from the dashboard by referencing the engagement information shown in the publishing view.
Great for managing several accounts
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Sprout Social is that you can tag people/business in captions for scheduled posts! Huge deal breaker for those of us who are creating a lot of content in advance that is highly engaging with other accounts. I also like that Sprout Social has several different "profiles" or "users" that lets one person organize and create content for multiple different brands/clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of using Sprout Social is that you cannot schedule Facebook story posts like you can Instagram story posts. Occasionally, social media accounts will be "unlinked" for unknown reasons, but are easy to reconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is making managing multiple different brands' social media easy, organized and highly interactive!
