What do you like best about the product?
I can manage all of my platforms in one place, which makes everything much easier to keep track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can feel overwhelming and confusing because there are so many functions, and there aren’t clear tutorials to guide you through them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me view all the analytics and manage all my profiles at a glance. I can also collaborate with my team so we can manage everything together more smoothly.
Sprout Social Streamlines Multi-Client Scheduling and Analytics in One Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Sprout Social is how it streamlines my entire social media workflow. The ability to manage multiple client accounts from a single dashboard is invaluable—it saves me countless hours of logging in and out of different platforms. The scheduling functionality is incredibly intuitive, allowing me to plan and organize content across all my clients efficiently. I also find the analytics features really helpful for tracking performance and demonstrating ROI to clients. Overall, it's become an essential tool that helps me stay organized and deliver better results for everyone I work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I find Sprout Social to be a powerful platform overall, the pricing structure for some of the advanced features can be prohibitive, especially for smaller teams or independent consultants. I was particularly interested in exploring the social listening capabilities, as I think they could add tremendous value for my clients, but the cost was unfortunately well beyond my current budget. It would be great to see more flexible pricing tiers or à la carte options that would make these premium features more accessible without requiring a significant financial commitment upfront.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the overwhelming challenge of managing social media for multiple clients simultaneously. Before using it, I was juggling different platforms, logging in and out of various accounts, and struggling to maintain a consistent posting schedule across all my clients. Now, everything is centralized in one place, which has dramatically improved my efficiency and organization. The scheduling tools help me plan content weeks in advance, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and my clients maintain a consistent online presence. This streamlined workflow means I can take on more clients without sacrificing quality, respond to comments and messages more promptly, and ultimately provide better service. It's transformed what used to be a chaotic process into something manageable and scalable.
Approval Workflow Makes Reviews Easy and Scheduling Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
I thoroughly enjoy the approval workflow feature. It allows for stakeholders to easily review and leave comments when necessary, then automatically schedule posts once approved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the learning curve. I would recommend adjusting the user interface to be more intuitive. While the simplicity in design helps, users could benefit from clearer directives on where functions are located and how to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps the organizations I serve take a picture look at the content we're sharing in order to make better informed decisions on how to adjust our messaging for various audiences.
Efficient Task Management with Buggy Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social helps me manage my tasks efficiently. The UI is easy to navigate, which I like a lot. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, even as a first-time user.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's always so buggy, sometimes due to the Sprout bug it causes errors in my work and diminishes the quality of it

Sprout Social helps me manage my tasks efficiently by allowing me to reply to comments on Facebook and Instagram about customer inquiries.
Centralizes Social Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Smart Box feature because instead of logging into five different apps to check DMs, comments, and mentions, everything flows into one feed. This centralizes every interaction into Smart Inbox, turning social engagement into a manageable checklist and ensuring no customer query is missed. I also like the integration with Canva, allowing me to pull my Canva designs directly into the Sprout composer without the hassle of downloading to my desktop and uploading again. The initial setup was very easy and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the steep learning curve for advanced tools like social listening and premium analytics. They can feel siloed and challenging to grasp without additional help. I'd really appreciate more in-app interactive walkthroughs and an AI-assisted query builder for listening topics to help bridge that gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social transforms a chaotic, multi-platform workflow into a high-efficiency command center by centralizing interactions in the Smart Inbox, solving the 'Too Many Tabs' problem. The Canva integration streamlines content creation, and everything flows into one feed, reducing app-switching fatigue.

What do you dislike about the product?
Being a social tool, it does not integrate with quality management data and this reduces end-to-traceability. Should be improved
Since this is a marketing tool, it uses terminologies and workflows that are market centric forcing production quality teams to need extra training so as to interpret engagement metrics correctly

What do you like best about the product?
I think Sprout Social makes it just very easy to use. The interface is extremely intuitive, and it's not difficult for us to do the things we need to do on a daily basis. I really love the calendar feature where we can schedule posts, going out quite a ways, allowing us to get ahead of our different blog posts and things we are writing, making sure they're scheduled to go out at the time appropriate for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any features we dislike about this platform.

Needs Improvement for User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the new feature, Sprout.link. I want to use it to elevate our Instagram platform and make it look more professional. I love how social media accounts, when sharing a news article, prompt users to click the link in the bio to learn more, and it connects with the post. It's very helpful when you can put the link for the article, and people can press it to go directly to the platform they need to visit. The organization across multiple platforms is easier, and using the app makes it all more automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the Sprout Social platform sometimes doesn't offer all the features that come with Instagram, especially when it comes to engagement and editing aspects. It doesn't quite feel like I'm posting directly on Instagram. I also had some trouble with uploading reels; it would be great if the reel situation could be improved. The initial setup wasn't too bad, but there's a bit of a learning curve. I wish the design of the website felt more user-friendly and highlighted the features of Sprout better, so I wouldn't have to do a lot of research to figure out the potential tools. An introductory feature for Sprout could also be helpful. There is also a delay if i post directly to instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to organize and automate social media posts across platforms, making Instagram look more professional with sprout.link. It's helpful for hyperlinking posts to articles. However, I feel it lacks some Instagram engagement tools and editing aspects.
