What do you like best about the product?
The ease of post scheduling across multiple accounts. This is especially helpful when working in an organization that has multiple divisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a profile or two on our account will randomly get disconnected. There's never been a reason given as to why this happens, and it can be frustrating and a bit of an obstacle when I'm busy or in a rush (which is often).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule social media posts across multiple profiles, saving time with its AI Assist ALT text feature and optimum send time suggestions, enhancing efficiency and control over my marketing tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed the creator identification service. I used it a lot to find similar creators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature was not easy to understand. Authenticated creators would still not pull through IG Stories and the information would be nicer if laid out in a report form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great for influencer identification when trying to source creators for my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to communicate directly with customers online via various social media platforms, which is incredibly effective for resolving their issues seamlessly. I appreciate that it supports multiple social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and more, all integrated into a single system, making it convenient to manage diverse channels effortlessly. I enjoy the simplicity of the application, which ensures a smooth user experience, and the detailed instructions provided with updates prevent any confusion, facilitating a clear understanding of new functionalities. Furthermore, the ease of initial setup was remarkably straightforward, with well-laid-out steps that were easy to comprehend, allowing for a hassle-free implementation of the software. Overall, these elements enhance the usability and efficiency of Sprout Social, making it a robust tool for social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site glitches when trying to respond to a customer, which can delay communication. It would be helpful if there was a system in place to automatically detect these glitches and quickly log users out and back in, allowing for more timely responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to communicate with customers efficiently on all social media platforms, solving their issues directly. It simplifies the interaction process and provides clear updates, enhancing my workflow.

The quality and timeliness of the support feature have dropped recently. That used to be one of the best parts of Sprout.

When there are several posts in one day, the extended view is sometimes difficult to interact with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout streamlines our social media post creation process a breeze with an efficient and easy to use scheduling calendar. Each post is created then reviewed by different team members and the platform makes it easy for us all to view, create, edit, and approve posts. The analytics tool is very insightful and with it we are able to provide our upper management and executive team with insightful analytics that give them visuals into seeing how we are performing.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Sprout Social helps in keeping things organized and facilitates ready reporting of our social media sharing, especially for community impact events for Coastal Credit Union. Its tagging feature stands out for me as particularly valuable, as it provides a way to efficiently track campaigns or recurring social media series without hassle. Furthermore, our team decided to switch to Sprout Social from Buffer because we found it to offer more features and capabilities, which have greatly enhanced our social media management efforts. The initial setup was very easy, making the transition seamless, and I'm so satisfied with Sprout Social that I'd rate it a ten when recommending it to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
The searching of other organizations to tag, especially on Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to organize social media sharing and reporting for events, keeping everything ready to report on numbers and track campaigns effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the intuitive nature of Sprout Social, which is evident in both its analytics and reporting functionalities. The software has been incredibly helpful in tracking our social media progress, especially with its capacity to individualize content per platform, making batch content creation easy and efficient. I admire how Sprout Social keeps pace with emerging platforms like Blue Sky and TikTok, allowing us to handle everything in-house seamlessly. Being able to aggregate analytics from new platforms, even before we fully set up Sprout Social, is another aspect I find impressive. This capability, coupled with ease of use, has made adopting and managing our social calendar proactive and streamlined. Lastly, I'm very satisfied with its staying current with emerging trends and its overall performance over the years I've used it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the listening tool in Sprout Social to be somewhat redundant as it's something my team doesn't use. Additionally, the financial components associated with Sprout Social are not currently seen as necessary for us. Another area that I find somewhat disadvantageous is the cost associated with adding new users to our account. Given team dynamics, we sometimes face difficulty managing user permissions without incurring additional costs, which I wish could be improved.

I use Sprout Social for social media management, scheduling, and content customization. It simplifies platform-specific content creation and allows efficient batch posting, reducing manual effort. The analytics and reporting enhance team communication by providing insights into our social media progress and integrating with emerging platforms.
