Great dashboard, easy to use with all information needed for reporting and analyzing data.

Sprout Social pulls social and paid stats as total - no real difference between.

Fast and easy way to report social media stats and manage ongoing posts

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The inbox makes it easy to respond to customers. The publishing features make it easy to schedule across multiple channels and coordinate with multiple internal teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and number of feaures. The data points that it provides are such a value add in so many ways!

Hard to think of anything... honestly nothing at the moment!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving time constraints for me. Due to all of the features it provides, I'm able to compile the metrics I need quickly and showcase our value to our clients!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout allows me to have everything social related right at my fingertips - community management, reporting, publishing, listening, and more. I can stay very organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about Sprout, honestly. Pretty much every feature I wish they offered, I later found out they did, and I simply hadn't seen it.

Reporting has been made easy through custom templates
Our executive team wants to see content by channel and by campaign and I'm able to provide interactive calendars with them that allow them to filter as they please.

Does what it needs to do at a basic level
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can leave notes for my teams. I also like that I can see all reviews and social posts in one platform and respond directly within the platform. I like being able to review social posts before they go out and approve them.
It is easy to use for the most part and easy to implement. Just connect your social networks and go!
I also like that they give us lots of seats. We can have many different people across the organization signed in.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were ways to exclude keywords from the smart inbox more effectively. I already exclude them but they still show up. I also wish we could actually click into reviews within the platform and it would take me to that site, the way we can for social posts.
If I'm sharing a duplicate post across all social networks, I wish I could select the best time for each individual social platform.
There are some features I just do not understand, but I know if I look further into them I can understand.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows my team and me to have get a complete picture of what is being said online about our brands in one place.
Sprout Social Is a comprehensive optimized workflow social media management platform.
What do you like best about the product?
1. The comprehensive nature of Sprout makes it one of the best platforms to sue for social media management. There are literally so many options to choose from in every area: publishing, the instagram feed preview, competitor analytics etc. While being comprehensive it is not too difficult to learn. Within one or two weeks I was using a majority of the features and within a month nearly all.
2. The Workflow: the approval process workflow is great for my use because it allows my team to plug and play and then I can simply review and edit and then approve!
3. The Competitor Analysis is quite comprehensive. I can see exactly which of their posts are performing well and which ones aren't at a moment's notice. I can choose to view one competitor at a time or a collection or them all.
4. Integrations: Sprout integrates fairly well with our project/team management software.
5. Segmentation: It is easy to assign one person to only one account and ensure the safety of other accounts. Managing a team that is assigned to different accounts and folders is a breeze. The business plan we are using allows everyone who needs it to have a seat.
6. It's Plug n Play. We don't have time to sit there and figure out what exactly we need. Sprout is a great plug-n-play comprehensive product. It takes 5 minutes to add a team member or account and you have near instant access to a wealth of data.
Comparison: I have used a few different platforms in the past and Sprout is by far my favorite. I know I keep saying it, but you really can't replace its comprehensive nature. I turn to sprout before I turn to the internal platform metrics.

Some of our accounts repeatedly get disconnected. And it does take a while to learn how to use it due to its comprehensive nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Social Media listening is actually really helpful because I can see it in one place without having to switch platforms. Before it was hard to know exactly what hashtags and conversations were happening that we might be able to benefit from.
I had no idea, before Sprout, how my competitors were doing unless I went in and did the math myself (this can take dayssss). With Sprout, I can see it and check it daily against my own accounts and see how and where we might can benefit or even capitalize on what they are doing well and avoid what isn't going well.

A Powerful Tool That Streamlines Our Social Strategy
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Sprout Social at P3 Health Partners and it’s been a great asset to our team. It helps streamline our scheduling across platforms, making it easy to plan ahead and stay consistent. One of our favorite features is the tagging system—it allows us to track campaigns and pull detailed reports effortlessly. It’s made organizing our content and measuring impact much more efficient. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the price, but with all the robust features and insights it provides, we feel it's justified. Overall, Sprout has made a big difference in how we manage and measure our social media efforts.

Sprout Social is helping us solve several key challenges in social media management. It streamlines our scheduling process across multiple platforms, which saves time and keeps our messaging consistent. The tagging feature is especially helpful—it allows us to organize content by campaign and easily generate reports to measure performance. This has made it much easier to track what’s working and share results with stakeholders. Overall, it’s improved our workflow, increased efficiency, and given us better visibility into our social media impact.

What I like best about Sprout Social is its user-friendly interface combined with powerful analytics and reporting tools. The ability to tag and categorize messages, track performance metrics, and collaborate with team members has made social media management much more efficient and insightful for our team.

While Sprout Social is a robust platform, one thing I dislike is that some of the more advanced features—like in-depth reporting or competitive analysis—are only available on higher-tier plans, which may not be accessible for smaller teams or budgets. Additionally, the lack of native support for certain platform-specific features (like Instagram Stories scheduling or some TikTok functionality) can occasionally limit workflow efficiency.

Sprout Social helps solve the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts and platforms in one centralized place. It streamlines content scheduling, monitors engagement, and provides insightful analytics—all within a single dashboard. This has saved our team a significant amount of time and improved collaboration, ensuring we stay consistent with our messaging and responsive to our audience. The Smart Inbox, in particular, makes it easy to track conversations and respond promptly, which has enhanced our overall customer experience and engagement.
