Consistent and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has used Sprout Social for 11 years. It has remained consistent, while still being up to date with current social trends. It is extremely user friendly and has helped us grow our following over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The increase in price over the years has been a bit difficult for a small nonprofit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout lets us schedule across multiple platforms. It has provided a one stop shop to review and manage our platforms.
Easy, intuitive and responsive.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule out posts weeks or even months ahead of time and finding the best time(s) to schedule those posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the cost is a little inhibiting for some and we miss some posts mentioning us across social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us make sure we have a robust social media strategy and allows us to find/fill in gaps as needed.
Sprout Social Has Greatly Helped Us Grow Our Organic Social Presence
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting for all of our organic platforms. We see what works, how our engagement has changed, all in a streamlined report that is easy for the team to see. The publishing tool is also great, it's very easy to schedule the same content across all of platforms, as far in advanced as we need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I dislike. I wish I could invite collaborators on Facebook posts, like we can for Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How time consuming it was to publish the same content across all of our 5+ platforms. It also solves the same problem but in regards to reports for our organic content.
Sprout Social User for 2 Years
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has kept our team organized, and their scheduling content to our social platforms has been seamless. We use it on a regular basis, and rely heavily on it for our content to be released in a timed manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, scheduled content will fail to post or the social media platform becomes disconnected. We are particular about content being released at a scheduled and everything is planned in advance. We do not always have the same moment time as a team to login and re-schedule the same day/moment post.

Great Tool, Good Support
What do you like best about the product?
I think Sprout is a great tool to use both for small teams and those who have a large social media strategy and infrastructure. The tool doesn't seem too complex for small teams and has everything a sophisticated team would have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love better subscription option for small teams. We share logins and often kick each other out to facilitate posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Sprout allows for a central hub for posting and analytics, and it helps save time gathering all of our information in separate locations.
Social Management Game-changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having a one-stop shop for all my content scheduling and analytics. I am able to create and schedule posts for all the social media channels I manage for my company and create custom analytics reports for the leadership team. I especially love the ability to generate reports of post performance so I can repurpose posts that performed best. The AI integration is a game-changer and the platform saves me so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Every so often, the accounts I have linked will disconnect or posts will fail, but I have seen vast improvements over the past year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me analyze past post performance to make repurposing content effortless. I always have the data available at my fingertips and it saves me so much time. The analytics tools help me monitor performance and generate reports for leadership in easy-to-follow steps, making polished, professional reports a breeze!
An Essential Tool to Scaling Your Company's Social Media Presence Across All Major Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Before using Sprout Social, the company I worked for only pushed social content to Facebook and Instagram, and neglected to engage with our followers on YouTube, TikTok, Threads, X, and LinkedIn. Due to that platform's smaller size, it just didn't feel worth it to take the time to post there in addition to our two main social platforms.
When we got Sprout, this all changed. Being about to schedule and see all of your publishing in a centralized location made it easy to push content to all major social platforms. Now, just after a year of using Sprout, we see almost a third of our monthly traffic coming from the platforms we previously neglected.
At the end of the day, Sprout is a huge time saver, and we could not reach as many people or be on as many platforms without it.

What do you dislike about the product?
While publishing integrations are mostly available with Sprout, there are some features that I like to utilize that aren't offered. This could include location tagging on Instagram and TikTok, tagging people in Reels for Instagram, and adding Clickable Link Stickers natively in Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of how time consuming social media management is, especially when pushing content to seven platforms. Even if time weren't a factor, having all of your content organized and scheduled in one place makes it so much easier to have a cohesive content plan while being able to change things on the fly and keep track of it all.
A year of great experiences!
What do you like best about the product?
So many things - overall the tool has been so incredibly helpful for my team in terms of streamlining processes, saving time and reporting better. It's helped us advocate for different social strategies, explain best practices using data and examples, and leveling up our social game.
We also have an amazing support team with Ely and Alex. Aside from meeting monthly to discuss our account, anytime we have random questions or concerns, they are incredibly helpful and quick to respond/solve issues. They made integrating the tool with our current processes really seamless when we first signed and it's been nothing but a breeze ever since.
I'm logged into Sprout almost all day, everyday and never have issues with the site crashing, features not working, or any other issues within the platform. Overall it's been an amazing switch from our previous social management tool!
We also have an amazing support team with Ely and Alex. What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had many issues with Sprout since getting access to the tool a year ago, however, the first thing that comes to mind is the limited options there are for sending automated reports. I've gotten requests from the business asking for daily reporting cadences which isn't possible through Sprout right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined processes was the biggest issue we had before Sprout! We used multiple tools in the past and everything (from scheduling post to monthly reporting) took so long. Adopting Sprout and having everything in a central location, that's easy and efficient to use, has helped our team dramatically.
User-Friendly and Efficient, Yet Needs Faster Comment Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user-friendly Sprout Social is. You can easily learn to use it within a day or two, and if you want to change your focus, it's easy to do that in settings. It consolidates all messages into one inbox, which makes it easier to reply and interact in a timely manner. The initial setup was easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes awhile for comments to drop in from YouTube, which creates slower response times and makes it appear as if we are hours behind on messaging.

Sprout Social consolidates all messages into one inbox, making it easier to reply and interact quickly.
Incredible Social + Community Management Support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is the best tool I have used for social publishing + reactive community management on paid and organic. The tool is intuitive and easy to use cross-functionally
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Sprout as a social listening tool in the past and it unfortunately is subpar, especially for company names that are difficult to parse out. It is very twitter heavy and does not make sense to use for companies where twitter is not their primary platform.

Sprout helps us with our reactive community management efforts to ensure that all questions are being answered on our paid ads, which drive conversion and lower CAC.
