Boosted Our Social Media Presence Dramatically
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is super user-friendly. The customer support is always there and ready to help if we run into any issues. I appreciate Sprout Social reaching out with timely responses, like when Instagram was down, they communicated the issue and advised us on how to proceed. They've been very forward in helping us out. The platform has really unique features that we hadn't tapped into yet, and it's really helped us increase our presence on Instagram and Facebook. Just this past year, we got 1,000 followers, a big jump from when I first started two years ago with just 200 followers. Sprout Social helps us find the best times to post and provides content ideas, making it easy to get creative while building our brand. The setup was a 10 out of 10 and easy, thanks to an amazing onboarding rep. I'm really excited about using Sprout Social, and I don't think we'll ever change.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues using Sprout Social.

Needed for B2B Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes B2B social media management easier by keeping everything in one place. The Smart Inbox pulls all channels and interactions into a single, easy-to-manage view, so it’s simpler to stay on top of messages and engagement. I use the Publisher and Calendar every day to bulk upload content and view all post previews together, which makes planning and scheduling much smoother and more organized. The Advanced Reporting package is pretty robust, and I use it weekly to keep track of our KPIs and team Vital Fews. We also have the Employee Advocacy package, which is super helpful for amplifying our reach and engagement from employee interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Sprout Link In Bio, but it gets very little traffic, if any at all. I still have to rely on a project management tool like Asana or Airtable to track and organize content, campaigns, and ideas, so Sprout ends up feeling more like the tactical final step right when I’m ready to post.
I also don’t like the asset management tool. It feels clunky and hard to navigate. I’d honestly rather store content on my computer or in GDrive (an integration could be really helpful here).
The reporting is helpful at a basic level, but even with advanced reporting I still have to do manual math to get an aggregate of truly organic numbers. Most all social media managers will need to separate organic and paid numbers....and it feels impossible to get a truly accurate number. I use widgets to pull organic impressions, engagements, and video views, but even then the process is clunky and cumbersome. Why can’t Sprout let me click the numbers I want included and have a widget do the math automatically? That would easily shave 20–30 minutes off my weekly reporting time.
Finally, the listening tool is labeled as “easy,” but it’s not. It’s incredibly time-consuming and manual to set up, and it’s hard to even remember how to build a search. At this point, I only use it when absolutely necessary because it stresses me out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to publish content, report on weekly analytics and progress, and reply to all interactions. It genuinely makes my job easier, but I still feel that a lot of parts could be smoother and more intuitive to use.

Efficient Tool with Room for Improvement

I like using the calendar in Sprout Social because it helps me plan ahead and keep track of campaigns and events. The reports feature is also valuable as it helps me understand and analyze social posts and campaign performance. The initial setup of Sprout Social was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Listening tool could be better to gain a better overall sentiment and understanding of brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule and organize social content. The calendar helps me plan ahead and track campaigns and events, while the reports assist in understanding and analyzing social post and campaign performance.
Streamlined Scheduling with Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the interface of Sprout Social and how usable everything is. It makes scheduling seamless, which is a big help for managing an Instagram account for work. We switched to Sprout Social from Later, and it's been an improvement. The initial setup was pretty easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's unclear how to attach links to posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me seamlessly manage and schedule Instagram posts for work.
Great for Scheduling, Needs More Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Sprout Social would have more KPIs to report on for paid campaigns, and that there would be an ability to delete posts from Sprout instead of on the platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social media posting and scheduling, and reporting. It solves scheduling across multiple platforms at once.
Time-Saving Multi-Account Posting and Clear Metrics, but Calendar Scrolling Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that you can post to multiple social accounts with relative ease, which definitely saves me time, and that you get a clear view in to metrics and performance, which helps me understand what trends exist in our posting and what I should do more or less of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't view month to month in one continuous scroll; I have to jump forward to a month or back but it would be helpful to be able to scroll through multiple months' posts to get a true high level look at post scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps speed up our process of keeping an active presence on our social media platforms. This helps me save time to work on other critical tasks. Sprout definitely saves me several hours a week, which in turn saves the company $$$.
