All Your Socials in One Place—Great for Repurposing Top-Performing Creative
What do you like best about the product?
All the socials in one place. I use Sprout a lot to download the highest performing creative across accounts and repurpose those creatives into ad images/videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's so powerful, that it can be a bit overwhelming. Every time I have to add a new user, I forget where in the UI I need to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all of our socials in one place. We have over 50 accounts.
Effortless Advance Scheduling and Recurring Posts with Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to plan and schedule posts in advance as well as make them reoccurring.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not run into any issues with sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to reach a larger audience to announce new and upcoming events, attractions and specials.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and visual editing for publication, lots of features, plus a smart box for community management and AI assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high, and I wish we could have more profiles. More integrations would be appreciated (es with airtable or teams)

Workflow and planning, scheduling publications, and community management—all in one place.
Sprout Social is a great tool to have an effective social media team and presence.

Our team enjoys the analytics and post scheduling features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of clunky in some aspects, and I wish tagging were easier. Also it doesn't track LinkedIn features sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
We can manage all of our different accounts on the varying platforms in one software.
What do you dislike about the product?
We probably aren’t using it to its full potential, and we’re missing out on some of the reporting because we haven’t taken the time to research the best way to use all of the tools available.

It's bringing all of our social media profiles into one account for management.

I like the features which allows me to schedule social media content. They help me save time, and the intial setup was a breeze.

It's expensive!

Sprout Social makes scheduling social media content easy and saves me time with its scheduling and reporting features.
Intuitive Social Media Manager with Minor Reporting Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media management, including publishing, analytics/reporting, and listening. Sprout helps to automate and organize my content scheduling and publishing. It also centralizes analytics and performance metrics for us. I like that it's simple to use and intuitive. The integrations make everything easier and streamlined. For example, we can use Linkinbio to make it simple to add links for Instagram without using a second platform. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout sometimes loses connections easily so I have to refresh the links to our accounts. The reporting could be improved, it's a little expensive to upgrade to the advanced analytics so I'd like to see more sophisticated data in our current package. I'd like to be able to make custom reports without upgrading our subscription, and to be able to customize the dashboard.

I use Sprout Social to automate and organize content scheduling and publishing. It centralizes analytics and performance metrics for our team.
Easy Multi-Platform Scheduling That Keeps Us Consistent
What do you like best about the product?
We love that we can schedule across all of our platforms at once, and that it’s easy to duplicate a post and adjust it for each channel. We also love being able to schedule stories, to help stay consistent even when busy!
What do you dislike about the product?
We often have to reconnect profiles and wish we could schedule reels with audio, but that is mostly an instagram feature that I don't believe is available with any scheduling platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us stay consistent which keeps us relevant to our audiences. We have MANY platforms so Sprout Social helps us show up on all of them without juggling multiple pages individually. We also love the calendar feature so we can see where we may need to add content.
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Ability to customize the tags and then perform an analysis of performance and content on social networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that when you select multiple posts, you cannot click on "Show more" and read the posts in full.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple social networks is easy to use, so you can read and respond to comments quite quickly. However, when there is too much content, it can start to become difficult to manage.

Advanced scheduling of posts on social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
View on my computer is off. Can't see whole screen. I always use a tablet instead.
