Easiest reports ever

What do you like best about the product?
As we work with temas accross de world, having the chance to filter post by user, region or content type works amazing. It allow us to generate reports for each region every day, month or quarterly. We don't need to worry about erros on amount of post, just make clear tagging. This also is great because creating tags is easier as just give 2 clicks. It saves a lot of time and let us focus on the important part of business
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I found hard the language of the platformm, it would be great if if have more languages like Portuguesse. Ussually the IA suggestión are only at english, but it also save us a little time, we just need to translate it to aou native language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Sprout help us to manage a big team and save time all at once. As we are an international team working on the platformm it allow us to have roles and keep the workflow. We dont need to worry about unanswered messages or pending post as they are assigned to specific team members. Sprout hae a tag system for each post so we can segregate topics or regions easily. This help us to improve our campaing report's time.

High Cost for Value Ratio

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling was simple across platforms, and finally, in 2024, we could collaborate on IG posts for the first time within the platform. Assigning cases to Customer Service as needed was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs way too much for what you get, or at least for what we need. They really get you with user fees and we are a seasonal business so we double our users for just a few months a year and they want us to pay for the seats that are unused year-round. YouTube analytics don't pull in anymore and we keep getting the brush off on when it will be fixed for months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow for our social content team and customer service to work out of one platform. We can see most of our analytics, but not YouTube. We can schedule posts across all platforms, but not optimize for YouTube non-shorts.

What do you like best about the product?
Really great reporting and reporting capabilities!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately weve encountered some weird glitching, making tasks take longer. Certain reports won't load or will only load for specific date ranges
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it very easy to review individual responses from my team members, data gathering for ata glance looks

User friendly & easy to incorporate into workflow

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout on a daily basis. It is easy to schedule posts for multiple social accounts and few them all at the same time. I also really enjoy the approval feature to submit posts within a team. When I first started using Sprout I was easily transitioned onto the platform and being able to integrate a new software into my daily routine was key in my success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I would say that is least helpful but there are a few product features I wish Sprout would offer. I would like to be able to upload a whole folder of images on to the grid planner without having to select a date to have them saved as a draft that way I could build my grid and work backwards with scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the issue of spending time manually posting on our social accounts and using multiple platforms to manage social.

Good platform for social media management

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts is available for multiple social platforms, including Google My Business, and you can see the most active times of day to post down to the minute. It's easy to add links and tag products that are available via our Shopify account. Data for post performance is easy to read. It's easy to reach out via their chat feature to get support if you have a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
I manage 4 different brands, and their posts live on their own calendars. If I want to post something similar between brands, I cannot duplicate the post, I have to copy the text from brand one, open the next brand's profile, paste it in, and reupload the photo. It's not the end of the world, but it would be nice to have all brands be able to live in one calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy to manage scheduling our posts across multiple social plaforms. It also has great data to be able to look at regarding post performance, and you can create & add tags to your posts (not the same tags as product tags for shopping your post) so that you can see how posts about a "sale" performed vs. a "behind the scenes" vs. a specific product you were asked to promote.

Overall a pretty good platform

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of scheduling and connecting accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could receive customized email reports. I support 6 businesses, yet because I'm part of an organization, I receive reports for many businesses I do not support, making the roll-up reports pretty useless for me.
I also wish I didn't have to toggle between groups to view the dashboards for my businesses in different groups as each time all the parameters I set up reset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to schedule out a content calendar and share with the client for review. Analytics are also easy to find.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick and easy it is to schedule posts and then toggle over to look at analytics. It helps us make informed decisions about our social media posts especially what is working and what isn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that you can't create one post to post to multiple platforms and then edit per platform within the same work area. This would be beneficial so we could add links to some and not others and reduce copy for platforms like X without having to create a whole new composition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us see our analtyics in real time and make decisions day to day, week to week, and month to month. It's helped my workflow tremendously not having to navigate to all of our different platform sites.

Does Everything I Need!

What do you like best about the product?
It's so user friendly. I have been able to have people as backups with very minimal training. It's organized well and doesn't get overwhelming. I have implemented this tool at multiple organizations and will continue to based on pricing and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides as the team makes it very easy to personalize our plan, making adjustments with ease.

Sprout works, and works well

What do you like best about the product?
It's no secret that there are a number of platforms that set out to do what Sprout does. Sprout is, however, the only one that seems to care about the quality of life on the platform.

The user interface is clean, uncompromised, easy to use, and if anything isn't well understood, then support is always quick to help out with something. The platform is not confusing, but intuitive, and features reporting across a wide scope of platforms whilst always being ahead of what those platforms offer regarding API integration.

Interacting with social platforms every day can be exhausting, but using Sprout on a daily basis is a pleasure. Work which would otherwise be a headache becomes effortless. Platforms are implemented and easily managed in an organised and effective manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
As great as Sprout is, it's also very expensive compared to some competitors in the market. It would be nice if features could be paid for on a modular basis as needed, rather than as one big package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management:
We have a social media strategy which demands a certain volume of posts each day. Sprout helps us get those scheduled in across the relevant platforms and makes it easy to see a historical record of what's been posted. Not just that, but Sprout makes this easy. It even allows draft posts to be made from shared user content, for easy posting later.

Analytics:
No other platform seems to offer such comprehensive and coherent analytics across platforms, all in one place, and all easily digestible. We need to report on a variety of metrics across specific date periods, and Sprout makes this virtually automatic.

Service:
We often have customers reaching out to us across various social platforms. Sometimes it's a query for our product team, sometimes it's an order related issue, sometimes it's financial or account related, or other times it may be influencer related. Keeping track of all of these would be a nightmare, as would directing them to the correct department. Sprout makes this easy however, collecting all inquiries in one place from which we can assign individuals or departments to handle them, and track their status. This has become an essential feature for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is by far one of the easiest social media tools to use. Everything is laid out in a logical place and their customer service is next level. Love that it's easy to collaborate with other team members and the process is incredibly streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is more pricey than other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprout, we had a tough time getting posts out the door in a timely fashion but, the collaboration and option for approvals from different team members has made the process so much easier.
