Continues to Innovate to Remain Competitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love that they are releasing product features that other competitors have. I like Sprout, so it helps remove the thought of checking out another option at the time of renewal. For example, the AI generation or social options, and the ability to schedule in different time zones.
What do you dislike about the product?
You used to provide the ability for me to share a link to the calendar view externally. This really helped provide insight to my leadership team about what's scheduled and where we have gaps in the social calendar. I only pay for one seat in the platform and we have SSO, so I can't just provide my credentials to someone who wants to see the schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sprout for almost 5 years and in multiple different job roles as a freelance social media manager and consultant. It is the BEST out there for management, publishing, and reporting, in my experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides! I love Sprout and have been so impressed so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Publishing, Comment Moderation, Reporting, and Social Listening. These tools help me inifinitely to be able to do my job better!
Great Experience with Sprout Social - Super User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very user friendly and easy to use. I love the AI tools with alt text and the optimal posting time. The customer service is great and responds quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many great features on Sprout, which I love, but it is hard to know all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves a lot of time posting social media because we can schedule it and the reporting features are great and help a lot.
Your one stop stop for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried multiple platforms for social media management and Sprout Social by far is the most intuitive and includes the most helpful features and tools you would need to manage not only one but various social media channels simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform may be more expensive than other options depending on the size of your company/brand. But if you want to give your all to social media, this should be your preferred choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall effeciency, I help manage multiple accounts and having this tool can help minimize the time/friction on a day to day basis to post.
All-in-One Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a one-stop shop for all of our team's social media needs. From customer care to community management to social scheduling and and social reporting, Sprout has all the tools our social media team needs to carry out our day-to-day responsibilities with ease and report key KPIs to our stakeholders. The customer support team is also extremely accessible and proactive in their reccomendations for making the most of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally, we'll come across a feature that Sprout is missing (for example, collecting reporting data on IG collaborations, etc.), but 99% of the time these features on Sprout's detailed roadmaps of what's to come! They are extremely open to feedback and constantly share our ideas with their developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout brings all of our platforms into one consolidated workstream that can be accessed by many users on our team in one place. It allows us to track and report social sentiment and key metrics, schedule content, and connect customers with our customer service team quickly and efficiently.
Sprout Social makes content planning a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
We manage over 75+ locations with multiple profiles per location all within the platform and they make it so seamless and efficient! We have compared other tools and always come back to Sprout! We are in the tool daily and having the Canva integration makes content creation super quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more developed bulk update features using a csv for some of our larger campaign inititives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us manage scheduling over 1500 posts per month across 300+ profiles and monitor performance in multiple ways.
I use Sprout as a social media manager for publishing and reporting.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to publish posts via Sprout. I also enjoy the post tagging feature that allows me to separate posts based on content for reporting purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features that I believe could be more intuitive. For example, I would love the ability to schedule the same asset across multiple platforms at the same time but have the ability to change the copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me not having to be on my phone at the exact time a post needs to go live. I am able to schedule out posts in advance which allows me to allocate my time to more pressing matters.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a large following, so consolidating our comments and messages from all platforms into one inbox is incredibly helpful. Additionally, we manage several locations, each with its own social media accounts. Being able to post to all of them from a single platform has saved us a significant amount of time and has helped us maintain consistent messaging across locations. The reporting feature provides an accurate and consistent overview of our performance, making it easy to identify popular content that can be repurposed in various ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
-It's pricey, especially if you want to add multiple users.
-Some features implemented on social platforms take a while to reach SproutSocial, if they do at all, so you still need to be actively using each individual platform.
-Comments on older YouTube videos do not show up in the inbox.
-Reporting is limited when it comes to custom tags, even at the Advanced level. I would expect it to be more robust than it is.

We manage multiple locations, each with its own social media accounts. Being able to post to all of them from a single platform has saved us a considerable amount of time and has helped us maintain consistent messaging across all locations.

Organization and reporting made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to post and respond all in the same window. It's a huge help when you are managing several channels. The reporting is top notch as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the price on extra features like social listening. That's a big component of social management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tagging posts is probably my favorite. I can quickly pull data for different topics without having to search for hashtags or through each post.

What do you like best about the product?
I mean it when I say that Sprout Social has been by far the easiest, user friendly social softwares that I've used. Compared to other platforms the implementation process is super easy to learn and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say my least favorite thing about Sprout Social is, just by personal preference would be scheduling videos. I still think that posting directly on social platforms manually is still easier than what sprout offers at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My very small marketing team wears many hats, social content, email content, blogs, company event planning, merchandise buying, branding, etc. We don't have a ton of time to dedicate to social media. So we need software that is efficient, and I feel that Sprout Social has really help me and my team stay on task with our social media stratgies and staying organized with our content.
