Comprehensive Social Media Management with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social's comprehensive social media analytics tools, which really help me understand performance and trends. The easy-to-use and navigate UI and systems make managing social media much smoother. Getting everything up and running was a breeze thanks to the helpful and supportive reps from Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more implementations of fringe or lesser-known social media platforms, Discord being an obvious one which is an integral part of our activities as community/social media managers in the games industry. Discord implementation could be massively beneficial for our organization and I know other users of Sprout in the industry have echoed this sentiment. The ability to analyze server activity and schedule posts would be a good starting point. A wider range of listening tools to identify game-related trends wouldn't go amiss either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me centralize our social media platforms, identify high-performing posts, track trends, simul-post content, and improve our social media procedures.
Sprout Social Makes Comment Moderation and DM Replies Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
In my role, Sprout Social allows me to easily and effectively moderate social media comments and answer DMs with a very eye-pleasing user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you may see error messages when hiding/deleting comments, especially when doing it on consecutive comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just helping me moderate social media comments and answering DMs easily.
User-Friendly, Cost-Effective Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social really easy to use. It's cheaper than some of the competitors, which is a big plus for me. I like the tagging feature a lot because it helps with our reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a new product for us, so we're still learning. So I'm not entirely sure yet, but we haven't fully explored the reporting function. Just having a really simple and smooth interface and being able to have SSO sign on for our corporation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes everything really easy because it's all in the same place.
Easy, Fast, and Truly User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy, fast and very user friendly. Easy to learn and implement. Allows to support our viewers. We use it every day to reply.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing Salesforce case numbers in the reply section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because most of the interactions we use Sprout for are socials, Sprout is giving us abilities to help out viewers immediately once they posted a comment on Facebook or Twitter. It helps rising awareness and brand visibility, and that we take a good care of the customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is one of the most intuitive and reliable social media management tools I’ve used. Its clean interface makes it easy to navigate, even when juggling multiple accounts and platforms. The Smart Inbox is a standout feature bringing all messages, comments, and mentions into one centralized place saves an incredible amount of time and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time for new users to learn all the features and workflows. Once you’re familiar with it, it’s great but the initial learning curve may feel steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps streamline and simplify the entire social media management process. Instead of switching between multiple platforms, messages, and analytics tools, everything is centralized in one place. The Smart Inbox solves the problem of missed comments or messages by consolidating all engagement across channels, which helps maintain faster response times and stronger community management.
Content planning and scheduling are also much easier with Sprout. It eliminates the need for manual posting and reduces the risk of errors or inconsistent posting schedules. The collaborative features help my team stay aligned, manage approvals, and avoid duplicate work.

Convenient, Accurate Tracking That Helped Us Grow Our Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is super convenient. All my data is stored in one easy place, and the tracking is very accurate. Because of that, I’ve been able to measure our results clearly and grow our social media platform quite a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is quite difficult to understand for beginners. At first, I struggled to find things like where my monthly reports were until I turned on notifications, which then sent me an email every week. Also, my accounts keep disconnecting, which is really frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and managing our social media data each week is seamless. Once the accounts are connected, everything is in one place, and it provides accurate, up-to-date data across all of our social media platforms. I am able to generate reports to my company due to this which super helpful.
Seamless Scheduling, Impressive AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I majorly like the AI functionality in Sprout Social, which helps me write captions, especially when I'm having a thought block. It helps me create in different tones and voices that I plan for my social posts or captions. The platform helps me extract analytics of the social pool I'm scheduling, generate reports, and seek approvals from managers. Additionally, the integration with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram is seamless. The onboarding process was quite smooth with assigned personnel ready to help and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I put out a prompt which is not clearly taken up by the Sprout Social platform. So I think that seems to be a little off sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts in local time zones, extract analytics, generate reports, write captions using AI, and seek approvals.
Streamlines Posting but Lacks TikTok Features
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Sprout Social is the way I can bulk tag my assets. It helps get them ready quickly for the analytics team instead of going through each one by one. It cuts down my tagging time in half since I can just group them by which ones are similar.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a few features that are missing, for example no collab feature for TikTok’s or ability to add TikTok titles

I use Sprout Social to schedule posts and get client approvals, solving the problem of native posting across platforms. I love the bulk tagging feature, which cuts my tagging time in half by grouping similar assets for the analytics team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can customize and push out content to each platform, which makes managing different social media accounts easier. I also like the inbox feature that aggregates all incoming messages and comments for review, helping me keep track of engagement efficiently. It is very helpful to see engagement from all our channels from one view, simplifying the process of monitoring interactions across platforms. The initial setup was straightforward, which made getting started hassle-free. Overall, Sprout Social serves our needs well, as it was recommended to us and has been meeting our expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to add LinkedIn tags from Sprout Social instead of having to do so after the post is live.
