What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is always responsive and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not great considering most social folks are on their phone more than their computer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like any social management platform, it makes the team more efficient on all fronts -- scheduling, copywriting, planning, analyzing.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. UX is very user friendly and everything is all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the 3 tiers of subscriptions are very competitive. The most expensive one doesn't seem to have enough 'sweet stuff' for us to commit. Also, we would like canned responses to be available and us to see notifications when a post gets likes/shares without having to run a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can do everything in on place!

What do you like best about the product?
This software has helped our team make strategic decisions with all the reporting features! We are able to understand what is or isn't working with our audience. Addiontionally, our reps have been wonderful in guiding us over the last two years.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not able to connect with Asana. This would be more helpful for our approval process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The multi-channel editing option when creating a similar post will help save us time.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social primarily for social media analytics and reporting, and it has proven to be an invaluable tool. One of my favorite features is the ability to create custom reports tailored to our specific needs, which can be easily shared with colleagues and partners, even if they don't have access to Sprout. The technical support is consistently responsive, ensuring any issues are quickly resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of new platforms, such as Bluesky, could be faster. Additionally, the social listening feature is not always optimal for my industry (travel), as many sources are private, limiting its usefulness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, it consolidates all my social media platforms into one place, eliminating the need to search for native statistics on each platform individually. This centralization allows me to cross-reference data, make comparisons, and generate comprehensive graphs with ease. Additionally, Sprout Social enables the creation of custom reports whenever I need to study a specific topic, such as comparing organic versus paid content. This flexibility is crucial for in-depth analysis. Lastly, the integration of my campaigns within the platform streamlines my workflow, making it easier to manage and analyze campaign performance.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Sprout Social is its intuitive post scheduling and comprehensive reporting capabilities. I appreciate how I am able to post across multiple accounts seamlessly. The reporting tools provide helpful insights into social media performance, allowing me to track engagement and analyze trends.

Thankfully I haven't had to access customer support but I am confident that should I need to they'll be very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the social listening feature was free (again) rather than a premium feature. However, when I did have access to the feature, I could only do this on our Twitter/X account. This forced me to access our Facebook and LinkedIn account separately to accomplish this task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to schedule social media posts not only ahead of time but at the optimal times. It also allows me to schedule posts when I may be away on vacation or during the weekends when I do not work.

Amazing product!

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sprout for years! It's an amazing tool and helps me out so much as a social media manager. I'm a team of one so it helps me with scheuduling and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is them trying to constantly upsell you. They have a lot of great products, but we don't have a ton of budget for more. I appreciate the sales team doing their jobs but sometimes the hard sell is too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me aggregate all of the social media platforms our business is on into one! I can easily go in and schedule all my posts out. They also have great reporting and analytics that help track our success on social media.

I'd love to be able to schedule YouTube content!

The ability to push our tons of social content for different social platforms under one roof. Pull analytics to evaluate performance when strategizing.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is an excellent scheduling platform for social media marketers. Not only does it ensure content is all contained in one place and scheduled to launch at an optimized time, but it also allows me to easily pull reports to share with my larger organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, apps will disconnect from Sprout, or the platform's scheduling feature will be down. Luckily, their customer service is always quick to send out an email, or provide an in app notification, so I am aware. Additionally, the issues are always rectified quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to increase productivity by auto scheduling content, and by using their insights to inform content strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Cross-solution functionality that gets stronger every year. It is truly a one-stop-shop for managing social media at scale. Additionally, my customer and client service experiences have always been top-notch. Sprout may not be the cheapest option out there, but it's certainly the best in the game.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost per seat as gate can be hard to sell at times, versus a flat rate for buckets of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content and channel management, customer care and reporting. I don't have to jump between platforms for publishing or reply to customer inquiries. I can see it all in Sprout and run reports on just about anything.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is really easy to use, which is essential for us as 90% of our users on Sprout are not social media experts, but members of staff who support with social media at their location alongside their full time role.

The Central Social team find the Smart Inbox a really useful tool for time saving, and with the addition of cases it's easy to pass certain messages over to other teams - which has significantly helped with our customer service.

As a team, we use Sprout daily to answer messages, create posts, approve posts from staff in branch. It's a tool we could not be without now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting features up often takes a long time as there isn't a way to bulk create approval workflows, groups, and such which means that setting these features up takes a long time - but once set up they're a time saver for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is saving us time creating posts since we can publish one post to multiple pages and profiles at once. And also with messaging, since we can manage all the messages and comments acorss all of our pages and profiles in one place.
